I have been an employee for over (2) years now, and I can truly say it has been a pleasure working for IRD and the family who manage it. Small business is tough, however, the owners are passionate, honest, and committed people! I love working for this company.

Ive been with IRD for nearly 2 years and still love coming to work every morning. I work with some really great and knowledgeable people who I can trust to have my back. Ive made new friends/connections and Ive learned skills that will stick with me forever.You get out what you put in here; If you are a committed, hardworking and honest person - working at IRD is great! If you arent any of those things management still genuinely wants you to succeed and will work with you to better yourself. Youve got to be realistic though, this is no free paycheck.Dont believe everything you see on the internet, these negative reviews are likely from a spiteful ex-employee. Dont sleep on IRD, this place is going to continue to grow and be better than its former glory. You want to be a part of this team!
