Very clean, happy environment. The employees seem to enjoy working here and keep a positive impact when talking with customers.

Going to miss this place. It is a true sign of the death of box store retail. Its sad that I will not be able to take my kids to a toy store and let them each pick one. I was a straight up Toys R Us kid. Im glad that my children have been lucky enough to experience a retail store aimed at fun and wonder. It had that candy store vibe for kids. Im sad that the child my Wife is carrying right now will never get to go here and pick out a toy. Theyre last few black Friday sales were awesome as well. I saved hundreds. I got my kids awesome toys here. Most of our Hot wheels track builder stuff came from here. They kept complete product lines from your favorite toys. Their closing is a sad day.

It got to the point where I just couldnt take it.I had to get out. And hiding myself from the world just wasnt an option anymore...

So sad to see them closing. Even the ice cream was marked down. People helpful still. Bought my grandsons birthday gift there. Took my youngest shopping with his birthday money. + Godspeed! :)

Great place to find the toy or game you need (want)!Even with the closures the store is wonderfully stocked!! And 10% off retail price is a good bargain anytime.

Sad they are closing. I would take my child there to make her list of items before Christmas or birthday. The options are by far the widest selection you can find in the area. Glad shes getting bigger & doesnt request as many toys, but that doesnt help most people

Place was going out of business but most things was still only 10 percent off. Place has always been too expensive for me. The selection is awesome though.

As most know they are going out of business. Had a bad experience in the Muncie, Indiana store. Went to purchase a stroller that had a clearly marked discounted price but it rang up $23 more than the marked price. Cashier tried to blame the markdown sign on a customer and then proceeded to tell me all Toys R Us stores have been instructed by no means to do any price overrides. They refused to honor their signed advertised price. Called coroporate and explained issue. Was informed that I would receive a call back within 48 hours giving me a resolution to the problem. What a joke! Its been 5 days and I have yet to receive a call from them. They in my opinion just dont care about their customers now that they know theyll be closing their doors. The manager of the store had told me I could try calling but nobody would probably even answer. Guess their resolution is sorry not sorry loyal customer of many many years. Severly disappointed!

I love the spirits there, they are very nice. Its sad to see them go. RIP ToysRUs. 😭

Always in here with my Grandchildren. Being they match prices this is the place to buy all your toys bicycles and pretty well everything for children. Just my opinion.

I really hate that this place is going out of business. Im not a person who buys online and toys R us always had what I needed to get for the kids. And I loved the store as a kid myself

For going out of business it sure didnt seem like it. Shelves fully stocked and barely any discounts.

Stuff is too expensive I can go to Target,Walmart,or Amazon.Thats why your going out of business.

The closing sales arent all that. I was hoping for more percent off, their low. But maybe when closer to time theyll drop even more. Its def a mad house in there.

Any time we call to see if they have an item, its always, on the truck. When we call the next day, its on the truck tonight. There must have been some miscommunication. Or, it may not be on the truck. We can take your name and # and call you. Days later still no call and when I call, they dont know anything about me or what Ive been looking for.

Its a mess, be warned. Great deals though on whats left.

Store sign advertises up to 40 percent off. Virtually everything is 10 or 15 percent.

Ive been to this Toys R Us countless times. Its unfortunate theyre going to close it but a sign of things to come. The going out of business sale is not that great and some items were actually more expensive than they were before the going out of business sale started. Video games and other items were mostly picked over.

I think its overrated. Way too overpriced.
