Very Friendly staff, good organization in the aisles. Love coming here. I CAN ALWAYS FIND WHAT I NEED plus a few extra surprises. Always enjoy locating hard to find items here....they carry a broader range of products than other discount chains.

I was totally and pleasantly surprised when I walked in. It has been a while since I have shopped there! The new floor is Awesome and the ease to shop through the store. It was clean and well stocked. The associates were knowledgeable and pleasant.

Frequent this location a lot used to get Pokémon packs for 1 dollar until they were being restocked and an employee told me them and another associate at the store were buying the whole lot and the store even has a sign saying 3 per customer I couldnt believe it so I wont be going back and I suggest everyone else find a better more honorable store that treats their customers fair and not second rate citizens after their employees have everything they want and needGoodbye no more business from me

Store was clean I went in for some cleaning supplies but didnt have everything that I needed but I expected that. Overall it was good

Well because of the pandemic the check out is slower. If youre not a patient person, youre in for a life lesson in patience. The store manager is doing a fine job. The store is always clean. Has a good selection of some unique home decor. Great place.

Prices going up and the manager and employees DO NOT wear masks. Very stressful and tense in this store. Very bad vibes and potential for risk of covid exposure

One cashier a line of 8 people. It was clean looking.

I bought an umbrella that was broken and when I returned it, I was treated very disrespectfully by the store manager, Chris. She was glaring at me like it was my fault and no apology at all for the umbrella being broken. Very rude every time Im in there. I wont be back.

The family dollar store on Columbia and Fulton itself is nice most the staff is nice but that manager is not friendly at all. The manager instead of saying thank you have a nice day after making my purchase she says great i hope the next customer has the exact change because you took all my change very, very, very rude. The manager also treats everyone that walks in the door like thieves. I know 1 bad apple makes it bad for everyone but you should not treat everyone like they steal. By the way if it wasnt for the customers you would be jobless. TAKE MORE PRIDE IN YOUR WORK AND STOP TREATING CUSTOMERS BAD.

Mixed feelings. The cashier Christine was very helpful with the dollar tree app. I had clipped some coupons but didnt have the app on my phone. Only problem was it wouldnt ring up after I put in my phone number and I had the exact item in the picture. She said unfortunately she wasnt able to fix any smart coupons so I couldnt use the coupon and it is only good for one day.

Every time I go in the store with my backpack they get all hostile and get in my face and disrespect me just because I refuse to put my bag by the registers. Fyi it is not against the law to refuse to put your things by the register. Just because its a company policy doesnt mean its the law you UNEDUCATED fools, i go to college for criminal justice I know plus Im a political science master.

Love the Family dollar and the smart coupon app. I save so much $$ on all my household stuff and sometimes find really cute home nick nacks.

Terrible Customer Service. I had my item and receipt, and the manager still refused to refund my money. Every large chain store, Target/Walmart/Home Depot, will return or exchange anything if you still have the receipt. Sometimes I would forget my receipt and a store I reciently stated would still even give store credit, or exchange. I always keep my receipts 90 percent of the time. Also I have a daughter and they made our visit a waste of time & money. The item was only 15$. I had everything I needed for a fair return for the defected item and my proof of purchase. The manager was very petty, rude, and just made the whole ideal a way bigger mess than needed. I will never shop at family dollar again, because if I were to get another defected item and still had a receipt, its not even worth the effort to run into another bad manager and be an unhappy & unsatistied customer.

Love Family Dollar. They have lots of things you want.

I only visit family dollar when dollar general isnt within a 10 mile radius. Theres simply no other reason to stop by. Staff is generally unfriendly, even rude the majority of the time. Store is dirty and cluttered. I would suggest using this store for emergencies only.
