Went shopping because I had a reward 20% coupon and when I went to check out the rewards system was down so I wasnt able to use my coupon. Disappointing but the staff was friendly and store was really neat and clean.

This Big Lots has a lot of square footage and it is filled with everything from furniture to seasonal decorations and foods. It is fairly clean and organized for a discount store with a wide array of brands available at any given time. Its worth a stop in here, especially when working within a budget. The store was very busy the day I shot these photos!

Very disappointed they had nothing I was looking for .Didnt even have stuff I was looking for . No wrapping paper container. Throw rug for kitchen. Shower curtain with color of red in it.

Went in lookin at furniture. After I found one I wanted, no one to help. Waited for 20 minutes for an associate to come help and no one showed up.. Finally decided to go somewhere else and as I was walking out, there was a group of 4-5 workers standing around jus chatting away.

Best place to stock up on laundry detergent, TP & paper towels. Occasional bargains on unusual food & drinks, like Aloe, trail mix, veggie straws, toasted banana chips, etc. Seasonal sales on lawn furniture, some nice looking home furnishings at better-than-average prices. Always good parking.

Many things were not priced, unorganized. I feel this place is really falling down. Too much space to have empty shelves. The money is in the products. Invest!

Very disappointed in my experience with big lots and leasing. DO NOT LEASE WITH THEM. I bought a couch and was told it would be set us through progressive leasing and payments would automatically come out three times in 90 days. I just realized that that is not the case and I’ve been making payments for the last 5 months. Paying almost twice as much as I was told for the couch. I thought I was getting a great deal but turns out I was not AT ALL. I just got off the phone with the leasing company they go through (progressive leasing) and told them the situation but they were no help at all. I will not ever buy furniture from big lots again and will share the word to all my coworkers and friends to stay away when looking for deals on furniture.

Didnt have what I wanted

I probably visit this Big Lots once every month. They have good clearance. They have an interesting supply of foods usually at really great prices. I also have interesting seasonal decorations and a pretty good selection of kitchen supplies. They also offer lots of cute yard ornament types items.

Just returned home from Big Lots. I impressed by the neatness of the store. I enjoy looking for special items for my tea party along the European aisle especially the various cookies and creamers.Thanks to Cashier Jayden being super nice and signing me up for specials! A very pleasant shopping experience in!!l

I LOVED my cashier! She was amazing and very likeable. District Manager or someone important was there and she was that... Obnoxious, saccharin sweet.The employees are all wonderful.The store needs a makeover for sure

Door is clean and organized and the employees are friendly icons only have one cashier working which causes people to have to stand in line and not everyones social distance

Took forever for the cashier to ring me up because she was texting and playing on her phone

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My husband and I bought a chair from there and when it was finally ready to be picked up they called us And told us it was ready for pick up, then two days later They call us complaining saying they are going to sell the recliner to someone else if we don’t pick it up now. They were supposed to give us two weeks! The lady was BARBARA which happens to be the manager to, she was very rude and told my husband that he can get the recliner and pack it in the car himself since he was so late picking it up.

I just bought 2 C type phone chargers, the price on the tag was $5.00, when I checked out they wrung up $7.00, I told the cashier the price was wrong, she requested a price check, she said that they said that the items are what ever price they rung up. That is Poor Business practice and false advertising.

Im giving them 5 stars because they do what they do very well. They carry a lot of merchandise thats not exactly high-end, but you dont really expect that. They do have a lot of name brand items though, as well as some imports that are really good. Some things they carry are exactly what youd find at regular stores, but for a lower price. Other things you just cant get anywhere else. I keep coming back for things like the guacamole flavored tortilla chips and the large bottles of aloe vera juice.

A little disorganized and messy, but not bad. Was able to find what I was looking for. Cashier was nice.

This locale is very organized as far as layout of store and products. At the time I visited, it wasnt crowded in the least. Even if it were busy, the aisles were wide and allowed two carts to easily pass each other. Cashier was courteous and helped me figure out my rewards card and store credit card for the first time.

It was great had amazing holiday decorations . For the bathroom. And also a gift set for spa day for my dude . Now he can kick back in his jet tube and soak his tired body after a long day.

Love big lots. Employees are so friendly and helpful on diamond Ave. The big lots on Green River road could use some training from them.

Big lots is always good there a subsidiary from Target so whenever Target is overstocked and something and they cant sell it big lots gets it and its way discounted 😁😉

Stringtown Big Lots, friendly, clean, well stocked and maintained. Reasonably priced,I would go there before BB&B. Variety of home furnishings, lawn and garden, food, drinks gifts and cards.

Bathroom was DISGUSTING!! there was pee everywhere and used toilet paper stuck to the seat. Great customer service but they need to clean their restrooms! Sad thing is it was even signed off on.

Bought a stereo there in Dec.Worked great for 2 mo. Then it quit working.Called the store they said you only have 1mo. To bring it back.I said OK. Lesson learned. Dont buy Electrics at Big Lots
