If you’re going to stay open, actually have cookies in stock. An hour before close and you have 1-3 of each cookie type. Just close early. I went to the mall for the sole purpose of getting cookies and we drove by at 3:30 and had another place to stop but it says open until 6…. So we decide to wait until we come back at 5:00 and there’s nothing left. It’s rather insulting that you actually list yourselves open until 6 whenever there’s no product left at 5:00. What a wonderful owner response. A nice generic message that does nothing to address the issue that you don’t have your products for sale during your full operating hours. Sundays are 12-6. That means for 18% of the day, you don’t have ample supply for customers. Imagine going to a restaurant that’s open for 12 hours and the final 2 hours they have food, Or a grocery store and the final 2 hours they refuse to restock shelves. Just terrible terrible service.

I sometime last week bought some cookies and some lemonade from this place. When I got home, my cookies appeared to be underbaked and though the lemonade was fine, there were some particles in it. But when I ordered my things, the worker was very nice and sweet, think her name was like Alyssa or Allison.

I purchased a cheesecake brownie from this establishment today and noticed there was a metal like residue on it. I had a young blonde girl take my order while two other employees one being a red head stood behind her and stared at me even with a line forming behind me.

Found a new guilty-pleasure dessert place! Got a Chewy Chocolate Supreme and a Domino, and they were sooo yummy! Cant wait to try more flavors!
