I got the delicious Blue Sister smoothie with protein and, my favorite, the sausage Breakfast Club. My bf and I split their pasta salad. He got the Almost Famous with chicken (not pictured) but the chicken breast and spinach kept wanting to fall out of the sandwich. All things considered, it was absolutely lovely as usual ♥

This place continues to be Evansvilles best kept secret. Its not flamboyant, presumptuous, or over-hyped. Stepping into this place i always feel like Ive been transported to a suburb in Boston, or to a small friendly town, population 100. Every single time I have stepped foot in that place its been just the most pleasurable experience. They have a great menu that is very diverse and how they manage a flattop grill with such efficiency is remarkable.

I usually order my usual from any coffee establishment: Caramel Frappuccino.This one in particular from this place was delicious. It wasnt too strong and it wasnt too sweet either. Yo... This place is cute! Food is amazing! You can make your own sandwich, their bun options are the best by far my dude. Also Its for sure a vibe with super decent coffee. Im on a diet so I couldnt get a sweet latte (sad face) but their straight black is fire fam.

My boyfriend recently tried Penny Lane about two months ago and was dying to take me after his fantastic experience. Finally on Christmas Eve 2020, we started our busy day by driving to the cute, unique coffee shop. Prices are averaged between $4-$6 which thats fine for the fact its a local business. The service was great and the drinks were even better!! The one and only thing I dislike is the parking arrangements and how narrow the small space is. But its okay, I wont let that get in the way of crediting this business with five stars!! 🌠😁🌠

Never a bad time here the taste of the food is always worth the time. Drinks choose one you will enjoy it an always smile an you will see one back.

Penny Lane is a much needed coffee pub here in the River City. I am so happy we can incorporate this wonderful, community oriented into the area.

We attempted to go here yesterday afternoon. 1st: They didn’t have coconut milk. 2nd: The attendant was very rude to my wife regarding wearing a mask. My wife has a medical condition that prevents her from wearing a mask. She attempted to comply but the attendant was still very rude. This could have been handled politely but it was not. I definitely support businesses right to make their own decisions but with cases as low as they are, is it worth losing customers over? Is it EVER right to discriminate against folks with medical conditions? How is this acceptable in the 21st century? We left.

Cute little coffee spot that offers sandwiches as well. There were two girls working the Sunday morning we went. Almost every table was full and we still got fast and courtesy service! I got an iced coffee. It was delicious it wasnt bitter like typical iced coffee. My 4 and 6 year olds both got smoothies and loved them!

1st time ... Wanted to go for forever and just never made it over... I had to go there for my internship. Condom kits. And decided hey Im here! And it was soooo worth it!! I got a large Voodoo Child coffee and I cant remember the name of the sandwich... But it had grilled chicken cheese and spicy mayo and some veggies... 😍😍 I want to definitely try more items! Brunch here is amazing! My sister had the blackberry and lemon mimosa and I had the peach and lemon Bellini. Both delicious! I personally enjoyed her mimosa more (I proceeded to drink most of hers as well :D). I ordered the eggs Benedict - amazing. Sis ordered the hash - pretty good, but wouldnt order next time. Was still nice to try!

Penny Lane always has a very relaxing, fun, and nostalgic vibe every time I visit. highly recommended :)

Theyre always great and super friendly. Best veggie burger Ive ever had. Theres always something exciting happening there too. Even now that I live on the other side of town I still stop in every now and then for my Shamballa and a sandwich just for the environment.

This is one of my favorite local shops! Its ecletic, local, and the environment is darling. The drinks and lunch options are amazing. I have not been impressed with their desserts/treats (very dry) and their smoothies. Other than that, Ive had nothing but positive experiences.

First time here with GF of mine & the ladies were friendly, atmosphere was vibrant in most chill way, it was clean & coffee/food was yummie! I even bought 2 pieces of Art Jewelry!! It was an excellent lunch date even with the heat, it was shaded enough to enjoy comfortably & chitchat. Will return to try more of the variety of beverages & the Art Jewelry😊

I love this coffeehouse! The food, service, and atmosphere are always great. I personally recommend the biscuits and gravy, Dazed and Confused and Voodoo Child. They are all wonderful. The girls at the counter are always super friendly and helpful. Ive never had a bad experience. They are easily found and have very pretty landscaping. They also recycle, which is a big plus. Overpriced diahrrhea coffee served by pretty young girls. River City is better quality if youre looking for a better downtown option. Unless you like to make young girls feel uncomfortable. There might be other places but I havent tried them yet.

This is my first time here. The drinks are food are very good. Good atmosphere. Seemed a little pricey, but arent they all these days? Definitely worth trying.

Indoor seating that isnt completely freezing is a mad plus (outdoor seating available w/sunbrellas for my pale people). There is so much condensed in this place, pick up some books, games, magazines, local art/events, and even a public journal. You should come in and write your chapter in.

I was annoyed at how difficult it was to get to this place, but thats not necessarily their fault (construction and idiot drivers...) but then I was confused about why there was no pasta on their menu but it said something about a side of pasta? The girl kindly explained that it means pasta SALAD-completely different-should probably specify...(im Italian so my pasta hopes were dashed with this disappointing news). The girl was great with describing the various different breads and was way chill about my gift card being short a few cents (earning her a (cash) tip that was almost 50%!). The atmosphere was very nice (though it seems like they need some more room!) but I wouldve expected music a little more in tune with The Beatles Era, given the name/theme, but overall I enjoyed the visit!

I really like this place. It was recommended to me from a co-worker. I docked a star because the girl was rude on my first visit. It was 30 minutes till closing, but still she was pretty rough.

They have the smoothest cup of house coffee Ive ever tasted in all my 72 years!! The people are friendly, the place is comfortable....somewhat of a throwback to the coffee houses I frequented in my 20s! Minus the poetry readings and guitar playing. LOL

All stars for the sake of the Beatles reference in the name. Sadly on all occasions I’ve gone, the coffee is just not flavorful enough, leans towards the watery side. But the service is great and the atmosphere is awesome, love the classic rock/British invasion theme. Coffee just lacks

Coffee & late breakfast sandwich. Comfy place. Not very big. I could see it getting crowded very easily, but it was quiet when I was there. Worked on my laptop while I drank & ate at one of the small tables along the wall. Several others were doing the same. Wifi was fine. Staff is just pleasant enough. Wouldnt call them rude, but not warm either. They seemed to work well & efficiently together. Food was ready promtly. Will be back. Love the location.
