Really unique retail store. Even though I thought this would be strictly trending merchandise, I was pleasantly surprised by some of the nostalgic stock.

Ive loved coming here since I was a kid, its a cramped store but the selection of products is really nice and ever changing to fit with pop culture and alternative/goth fashion. While the store itself isnt very plus size friendly, nearly any style you like in store is also available in their plus size section online and they can order it for you. The employees have always been the kindest and most helpful souls Ive ever encountered. From pop culture, anime, and band tshirts, to snacks, to pins, blankets, shoes, to nail polish and perfume, to piercings, gauges, necklaces and more. For your alt needs, hot topic is YOUR store.

Cool little store with lots of band t-shirts. Usually a little crowded, but thats cause its small. Has tons of clothing options, and I love it!!

Everything is pricey, and most of the stuff is silly, but where else do you go to get a Deftones t-shirt? Excluding the internet, of course. Sometimes its nice to look over a rad White Stripes - White Blood Cells t-shirt before purchase. Highly recommend.

Hot Topic use to be one of my favorite places, but has gone to **it over the past year... They are Extremely left leaning for some reason and seem to like highering Karens.... And their products are not as cool anymore and cheaply made...

I love this place. I have been going to this store since I was a teenager, and now Im taking my teen into the store. This place knows how to keep customers coming back.

A few day ago I reached out to chat because I had just purchased a new hoodie and when I opened it found it to have a hole. The guy I chatted with was not paying attention to my reason for chatting in from the start, mentioning a chair instead of a hoodie. I think what shocked me the most was his response to me asking if he was customer service after him saying I needed to contact customer service to get my issue resolved, he said “if It weren’t, I wouldn’t be talking to you now” . I even asked to speak with a supervisor or just someone different and he would make snide comments about that as well. I really hope this is not how your people are trained. But from the looks of other reviews it’s becoming a norm.

Great place to find those quirky items you want, being big Disney fans we love the selection, the young lady that was working behind the counter was nice enough to tell us about a sale, that lead to us buying more merchandise.

Employees were super busy with Christmas shoppers and COVID guidelines but still super friendly.

Cool rock/pop culture items and clothing but the store is dimly lit and very cramped. Chances are good that youll have to wait in line for a while to get in the store due to covid-19 occupancy restrictions.

Not a lot in life is constant. But know this, the manager of this hot topic store has been there since the 1990s. Shes seen me grow from 120lbs goth boy to the current chunky man I am now. Shes sold me t-shirts. Now she sells my kids t-shirts. If I ever need a reminder that there is stability left in the world I go visit hot topic.

I absolutely love Liz who is the manager. Shes always so sweet. Ive also never had a bad experience with their employees either, they always seem super enthusiastic and happy to be there.

Super friendly staff! The employees didn’t mind helping me out with picking out a Mother’s Day present. They checked up on me when I was struggling to find the right stranger things gear. And I was checked out and on my way in no time. The store selection has a good range of pop culture items and band T-shirts.

The associates are really helpful and some of the friendliest people in the mall. Everything is usually well organized and easy to find. They have one of the best loyalty discount programs and it does not require a credit card, although you can apply for one if you wish. I love this store and I think if you love music or pop culture, you will also enjoy it.

Been going in there since my children were small. Have a lot of hard to get things earrings jewelry studs tongue rings nose rings. Lots of different alternative type clothing shirts with slogans sayings Etc. Im 60 years old and I still enjoy going in there. Very diverse nice crowd. A lot of young people in there. Always kind

For whatever reason, I have never met a single employee I havent liked. The staff is always friendly and ready to help. Its my first stop anytime I am needing a new Tool or A Perfect Circle T-shirt. You can also find a good selection of piercings available. I can never visit Eastland Mall without a quick stop in to see the newest arrival of merchandise.

Its my favorite store to go to and they always have great stuff but its not really good quality and its really expensive at the same time. The jewelry is really cheaply made, yet it costs alot of money and I bought a backpack and after a month of use it ripped! But they have really great stuff and the workers are awesome. I love the hotcash idea and their pins are cool too

Hot Topic is one of my favorite stores since I was a teen. It has gotten softer now, but it knows what is popular and always provides. The staff is usually incredibly friendly and helpful but they Dont hover and make you uncomfortable.

Had to wait in line for 15 minutes to go in the tiny place that is always out of what you want

I like this place. They have a variety of pop culture items, cool trinkets and candy. They usually have a special on tees which is what I like.

Decent quality but can be pricey. Insanely small space, not a lot of room to maneuver. Its a good place to check out for the latest movie apparel or Funko pop.

The fitting room was scary. Also, I spent forever looking for shirts for the buy two get one free deal only to find out that one shirt was excluded. Multiple workers walked by while I was looking and no one said anything even though I was talking about the deal. Also, there was no sign next to the ones that were excluded. Very upset. Will not be returning to this location.

This rating is only reflecting to the store changes. I remember when this was THE goth store to go to. Bought many CDs, incense, shirts, all kind of stuff. Now its just another mainstream store.

Being inside the mall, it can get crowded. And it doesnt help that the merchandise is set up where you have extremely narrow walkways throughout the store. With that said, if you are in a emo/scene phase, or like any popular nerdy stuff, you can find a pretty good collection of collectables.

Had a great time and we bought several things in there from jewelry, to nail polish to bags.

When I tell you I dont want to sign up for your rewards program that doesnt mean ask me four more times during check out. Stop harassing people who voluntarily give you money.

Great place! The only problem is that they run out of a certain item in under a week. But I guess it just means Hot Topic is a good, and popular place.
