The store is clean and very well organized the customer service is friendly and professional

I took my 14 yr old and 5 yr old granddaughters to get new shoes. I asked the 14 yr old to hold my wallet while i helped the 5 yr old. She laid it down. Someone stole it. It had$386.00. Very suspicious that 3days later my wallet was found empty. And manager didnt want to show me the video. My guess is she tookthe money. Will never go back.

Shoe store. Is what it is. Wife digs it. I usually sit in the truck. Do get some Merrels there. And liked the boots enough to buy another pair for later.

Spaced out, good prices, friendly staff and was able to get what I wanted and get out very quickly.

My sister and I love this place. Great selection and great prices. Be sure to check out the clearance racks, super great deals there. But get it when you see it because chances are it will be gone on your next visit. We like yo get our socks there. And theres a good selection of accessories. And super nice purses.

Great I got 2 new pair of shoes today

I really like their selection of shoes and the prices. If I need a cheap pair of shoes Ill go to shoe carnival. If I need a good pair of shoes for dress or casual Ill go to DSW

I shop here pretty regularly. Ive bought gift cards, leggings, and shoes. Their rewards program is decent and sometimes you can really find a deal on their website as well. I have returned/exchanged shoes that Ive purchased from online and I will tell you that if youre buying shoes made outside of the US. Refer to the online shoe reference when exchanging them! Other than that, the staff was/is very friendly and will let you know if you have a reward that you may want to use and will allow you to combine offers. I dont know who they have training this girls, but he/she is doing a great job. After working in customer service for years, this is one driving factor for me that will deter or encourage me to shop at the store vs purchasing online.

I like it here much better than that other local shoe warehouse. Its easier to find items & they have a great selection. They also have a lot of unique items. Unless Im looking for something specific, I can usually find something fun on the clearance rack & its always a great price. The other items, not on the clearance rack are average to good price. Staff are helpful. I regularly get coupons for free stuff, but they often run out early, so if you dont get there the first day, you probably wont get it (not sure if they actually have very many of the free items). Ive also gotten leggings there, which I found at the mall & DSW had a better price. Good location

Unfortunately, very disappointing. I have a wide foot and there are virtually NO wide widths in the store. Their shoes are beautiful, their displays are eye catching, but it does me no good to shop there.Please get WW or bring back Payless Shoes

Always friendly staff, good selection and prices, no loud noises or pressure to buy. Very enjoyable shopping experience.

Was in the store for 30 min and tried to chase down an employee twice. The kept going to the back room to get on their cellphone. No one checked on me I finally found someone and they advised me they just really didnt carry much for my size and rushed off. I have a gift card and probably will never use it. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

I usually find great deals in their clearance section, but it was pretty empty after Christmas.

Was not asked if I needed help one time. I stood by 2 associates discussing how many card signups they needed and how the day had been. Those should be off the floor conversations. I was not greeted at any point in my visit. Their prices seem marked up on clearance. Every pair I looked online was the same or less with than their additional clearance discounted price. Reminds me of Kohls and their marketing tricks.

Huge selection and pretty good prices. Ive been preferring shopping here to Shoe Carnival. Sure you will see a few overpriced items, but overall, you can find a lot of great deals here! A few more bucks is worth not fighting the crowd and enjoying your shopping experience.

Just shopped here for the first time and will definitely go back. A shopping trip that would normally have took hours and been very stressful took about 30 minutes with no stress at all. Thank you DSW.
