Absolutely fantastic experience here. Noticed an issue the day after I bought my truck got in contact with them told me to bring it down and they would make it right. Will definitely send people this way and be back when Im ready for another vehicle.
They have almost zero new cars on the lot. I realize that is a Toyota problem and theres nothing they can do about it.It would be better marketing if they would offer to order a car instead of waiting for customers to ask about ordering one.
This dealership talks a good game. However, they are biased against women, make statements regarding extended warranty that are blatant lies to get you to buy their vehicle and coverage, and then say the item at issue is not covered. However, the item is standard equipment and the piece that covers the arm of the mirror just fell off. There was no bump, scrape or damage, it was there and then after a short drive it was gone. I was told it would need a complete mirror replacement and I had to assume the cost. The Highlander is 1 1/2 years old and has not gotten 10k miles yet. It is garage kept. Very upset by the negative response. I certainly would not recommend this dealership nor vehicle.
Weve purchased two vehicles from Kenny Kent over the past two years and our experience with them has been excellent. The sales team exhibited a very straightforward, no-nonsense approach to the process of evaluating the vehicle and coming to a fair price. Most recently, Roger in preowned vehicles did a great job helping us get our daughter into her first vehicle.
It was a pleasure working with Steven to purchase my new 2021 Tacoma. I had reserved the vehicle and they were very lenient on when I could pick it up as I was starting a new job. Everything came as described at an unbeatable price. I would shop here again, even though it is about a 5-hour drive for me. Steven even followed up with my after the purchase to make sure I was enjoying my new car. Very reasonable and efficient dealership.
Awesome service department! Really appreciate how accommodating they are here - visitors lounge, complimentary ride service, after-hours drop off, & online self-scheduling. Their guys have squeezed my car in during emergencies when I had to have it towed in even when they were fully booked! Life-savers!
Horrible service, nobody at that shop has a clue what is going on. They originally claimed that we needed over 800 dollars of service on my father´s van, we were trying to get it ready to sell. Then, after keeping it for almost two weeks, said that it was not necessary. According to the receipt, they did the work, but according to the secretary, they did not. We did not pay the 800, so we are guessing they did not do the work. Also, it did have a flat tire, but each time we called, they would alternate between saying that they do and do not do that type of work.Their Lexus service is much, much better. However, if you own a Toyota, avoid these guys at all costs.
Bought our first Camry from Chris. He was wonderful in getting us into the right car and very considerate of our wants. They aren’t pushy and take the time to earn your business. Best purchasing experience yet!
My husband and I have a growing family and needed something bigger for our kids. We went in thinking we knew what we wanted and ended up finding something even better. It was a very quick and easy process. Luckily they even had a color that I wanted, even with their inventory selling super quick! Steven shutz was our car salesmen and he did a really good job making it as easy as possible for us. We love our Camry, now we get to love our highlander!
There is a recall On the Rav 4 I purchased new. I called in to see when I could get it taken care of. I was told it would take 3-4 hours. I don’t get off work till 3:30 so I was told to bring it in the night before the day they were going to fix it. I told them I can’t do that I have to be at work at 7am this is my only car. I was told I’ll have to get a ride to work Toyota doesn’t loan vehicles. Well my recall says the car might crash while driving and I can’t get it fixed. Why would I ever purchase a brand new Toyota ever again? I guess I’ll go trade it in on a Ford!!!!!
Wesley was easy to work with. But there is a tire light in the the car that didnt even get addressed. Otherwise, I was pleased with the service.
I just took delivery of my 2021 Toyota Tacoma 4x4! All I can say is what a amazing truck! Kenny Kent Toyota of Evansville is top notch, especially the delivery and walk through of my vehicle! Noah Meyer exceeded in explaining every detail about my new truck. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the functions, and was invaluable on getting my phone hooked up to the JBL Apple car play and all its other functions! Also setting up the Toyota app and functions! I would still have my nose in the owners manual if not for him! I give him a Super 10+ on the delivery process! Russell Parker was great it getting all my financial, and paperwork taken care of. Explaining all the warranties and options I had and plugging in numbers until I was completely satisfied. Thanks to all at Kenny Kent for a Amazing Truck buying experience.
Fast service on scheduled work. Friendly technicians and counter staff.
We use Max for Lexus when we have it serviced. I use Josh for my Scion. Both of these gentleman are fantastic to work with. Kenny Kent Toyota Lexus should be very proud of these two employees.
Amazing help getting me into new vehicle Ive wanted for long time. Cant wait til it comes in!
Kevin Wilson agreed to change a part (water pump) on my car for over $550, when he knew I would be unable to continue driving the car after it was replaced. Such a disappointment knowing that the service department is only interested in making a quick buck rather than counselling the client honestly.
Only one down side. I was told I would be picked when I received a call that my care was fixed. What I was not told is that I shold have made that call my self.So I did call back because it as getting later and I know you would be closing at 7 pm.But Mike Minton came to the rescue and I was grateful for that.
Kenny Kent is great. I have leased two cars from them and both times the sales people were friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured and they went out of their way to ensure I had a car that was right for me.
The only problem I had was that I was not told that the work would take 3 to 4 hours. It would have been much more convenient if I had had that information. Otherwise, everything was great.
I bought a used car from Kenny Kent all over the phone and online. I live in Montana so couldn’t come down to see the car before buying. Everyone I worked with was SO helpful and extremely kind. I never felt like I was getting a sales pitch. Everyone answered my questions quickly and really went above and beyond.
Service Department was very accommodating. They ordered a part to complete a recall, set up a rental vehicle with Enterprise and completed the repair the following day. Thanks to Josh for taking care of everything!
I have yet to have a good (or even decent) experience with the Kenny Kent service department (ex: multiple trips into their service department to finally fix an issue with my radio, having to wait 40 minutes for a shuttle ride because the driver was in the parking lot and left to take another customer without taking me or letting anyone know, asking for my car to be washed only to be told they ‘didn’t do that’), but my most recent experience ranks at the top of terrible service. After calling to schedule for my free PPM oil change and being told they are out 3 weeks, I asked if it would hurt my warranty any to wait, as I thought going over on mileage or time frame would void it. I was assured it was no problem. I made the appt and dropped it off the night before. I was told my vehicle was ready for pickup, never informed of owing anything, so I arrived to be told my total was $90, instead of free like I was expecting. Not once was I told my PPM had expired and I would owe for my service, nor did I authorize them to perform the service for anything more than free of charge. Had I known it would be an almost $100 oil change I would have taken my business elsewhere. They promised to get the manager, who never came to talk to me, and the next day I called and left a voicemail for him, only to be called back by an advisor, who was no help. It’s a bit rude and disrespectful to make promises of being able to talk to a manager, only for him to never surface or only have calls returned by someone with no authority, and no care for your concern.
I was upside down in my auto loan and needed a new car. Steven Shutz listened to my needs in a car and helped get me in something I absolutely love and fits my lifestyle perfectly! He was able to get my payments $120 cheaper than with my previous loan! He was very honest with me throughout everything! I highly recommend hitting him up if you’re in the market or the next time you are in the market for a new or used vehicle! I will definitely return to him for my next one!
I was on their website yesterday playing around with numbers for a trade in just to see what was up. Then today I get an email asking if I wanted to get a closer look and a hand on experience. I politely declined and said I was just playing around with numbers. Then I get an email back asking “So are you in the market to purchase a vehicle or not?” Not the best way to address a customer just browsing for vehicles. The dealership really needs to work on customer service. Burkshire Hathaway has given Toyota a bad name
If you want a hassle free and professional experience . Visit the gentleman at The Kenny Kent Neighborhood Store they were phenomenal.
Went to test drive vehicles and the salesman treated me like I was joyriding and even told me that I shouldnt test drive until Im serious about buying. I spoke to the manager and he acted like it was no big deal. I have had several other issues with this dealer on different occasions as well. I have just bought a brand new truck and it definitely was not from them!
I was greeted by the consultant. Asked what the issue was and was told a diagnostic evaluation would be necessary. From comments made, I got the impression that an update was needed on software. That is exactly what occurred. It isnt a reflection of Kenny Kent that a notice wasnt received by me regarding an update which corrected apps which remained running in the background even when the car was shut off, resulting in a dead battery. Toyota should have notified owners of this issue.
I went in to test drive a used Nissan on the lot, but wasnt totally impressed. Kevin worked quickly to find a car that offered all the features I was interested in, and didnt hesitate to let me whip it around town without an escort! Needless to say, he and Joe helped me get the car financed, ensured I had a great warranty, and had the car detailed, so it looked as if it just came off the showroom floor. I am now the proud owner of a sporty Toyota Camry XSE! It was the best experience Ive ever had purchasing a vehicle, and wouldnt hesitate to use them again in the future. Thanks Kevin and Joe, you both are awesome! ☺️
My family and I loved Kenny Kent Toyota, especially the kids. The staff took them out of our hands while we finish signing the paperworks. Shawn Merkel and Russell were outstanding. I felt so comfortable with my purchase and with everything I was signing. I definitely recommend Kenny Kent Toyota for your next purchase.
I’m sending a TEXAS sized thank you to everyone at Kenny Kent. I live in Dallas, TX and the microchip shortage has drastically depleted our inventory. While everyone else is taking advantage of the shortage by charging well over MSRP, Kenny Kent still offers prices that cannot be beat! As someone who has never purchased a car in another state, I could not be happier with the support I have received. Kris Haner has been an absolute treasure! Whether you’re in Indiana or across the country, this is the dealership you should entrust with your car needs!
Have a great experience with Kenny Kent buying my first new suv will defiantly go back
Bought a car with a clean carfax. After a test drive, i bought it, and on my way home the check engine light comes on. Multiple problems, over $1000 in repairs and not only do they do nothing to make it right, they also hung up on me. Ill be spreading the word: Do NOT buy from Kenny Kent.Edit: I bought a 2017 Ford Fiesta from Rick Walker. The fact that you couldnt find any documentation of that (or so you say) says alot about how you run your business. Shameful.
The least stressful car purchase Ive ever had. I received zero pressure during my purchase and felt like I received a good deal. The service department is top notch as well.
I had my 2011 Toyota Sienna in for a recall. Brandon Hancock was the service technician I had. He was awesome to work with and answered all of my questions. He arranged for a rental and that went perfectly! My van was completed within the timeframe I was given. Brandon was professional, courteous and personable!!
Everyone at Kenny Kent is pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend
The staff was great did a great job on my Tacoma on 5000 mile service and that I appreciate. Jwn
Noah and Matt were great. They answered all my questions and everyone there made the car buying experience quick and easy. I’m very happy with my purchase.
Terrible customer service, full MSRP with every possible addon charge was the best offer they could make, after I was turned over to different sales.person and switched to different vehicle, after the first one I looked at sold before I got there and they made fun of my name on Twitter. Unethical/Unprofessional and arrogant.
I am a repeat customer of Kenny Kent Toyota and just purchased my new Highlander this week. The salesman that I worked with was the best Ive experienced so far. No pressure, no hassle from start to finish and very thorough. The finance department also has is all together with a well executed process. There is a reason I continue to do business with Kenny Kent and I expect nothing less throughout the life of my vehicle warranty. Great job to everyone!
Would lower the stars but it’s not possible. Spoke to the salesman who sold me my car about a scratch on the hood that wasn’t noticed when I purchased it a week ago. He told me to figure out how deep it was and let him know. But when I gave him a copy of the estimate to get it fixed he decided to tell me that they could do a touch up which wouldn’t fix the problem. He should have never told me to let them know about it if they weren’t willing to even fix it.
I’m happy with the Toyota TRD Tacoma Sport I purchased at Kenny Kent Toyota on December 30, 2020, dissatisfied with my treatment by the sales department at the dealership.I arrived at Kenny Kent Toyota on Wednesday, December 30, 2020 at 4:30 just before dark. It was raining steadily. I test-drove a 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD Sport that I saw sitting on the lot in hopes of trading in my 2015 Chevrolet Colorado Z71.The salesman asked if he could take the Tacoma around back to have it cleaned up before I transferred my belongings. I gave him a quizzical look. The vehicle was already detailed. Water was beading up on the paint and rolling off to the ground. The interior was spotless. I shrugged and said OK, I guess. The truck disappeared for less than 10 minutes and was brought up front for me to transfer my belongings from the Colorado. When I looked up at the rear-view mirror, I noticed the sterling silver cross and chain that always hung from my vehicle mirror for over 30 years was missing. I asked the salesman what had happened to it. He said he took it off and laid it in the back seat of the Tacoma. I went over to the Tacoma and couldn’t find it. I have searched the truck high and low several times and the cross I carried in my vehicles for more than thirty years has never been found.I was taken to the loan originator’s office to complete the deal. I told him I didn’t want any frills, bells and whistles added to my truck. No service plan, no theft insurance, no body sealant/protectant, etc. I told him if somebody stole the truck, I didn’t want it back. I signed the paperwork hastily and took the truck home.I couldn’t drive the truck off the lot. It was dark and raining and I was unfamiliar with the controls. I left the truck running and went in to get the salesman. I told him my plight; I couldn’t turn on the lights. The Tacoma was the first vehicle I owned that had the light switch on the end of the turn signal lever. The light switch on the Colorado and all the vehicles I owned was on the dash. The salesman came out and hastily showed me where the switch was but never showed me what the 3 positions were for. It was an interesting trip home as I fiddled with the switch. I didn’t know until the next morning that I left the truck in reverse overnight because I was unaware of the shift gate offset. The next morning, I reviewed the Tacoma paperwork. Much to my chagrin, I found a $2800.00 Service contract and a $199.00 theft insurance contract (etching a number on the windshield). I called the loan originator at 8:42AM. I was not kind. I railed at him for 11 minutes reiterating that I had told him the night before during the contract writeup that I was not interested in adding a service contract or etched glass theft protection. I had made a big mistake trusting him. I reminded him that the Toyota extended warranty would cover major repairs and I would do the minor repairs. I told him again that if the vehicle was stolen from me, I didn’t want it back. I made arrangements to return to the dealership later that morning and have the contract rewritten because I still wanted the truck. The loan originator stated that the salesman and the used car manager told him that I approved the service contract and the theft contract. I never discussed either contract with anybody except the loan originator. He rewrote the contract. I was offered the service contract at half price which I angrily refused. Later that afternoon I reviewed my paperwork and lo and behold, the etched-glass theft protection was still in it. My bad, I trusted a dealer that had just proven they could not be trusted. I decided I would absorb the charge. My personal fee for trusting a dealership.I hand delivered a longer version of this document with my phone number and address, in a manila envelope to Butch Hancock, General manager, marked confidential on May 20, 2021, around 10:00AM for comment. Mr. Hancock has never responded in the two weeks since I delivered the envelope.
My purchase of a new vehicle was very easy and efficient at Kenny Kent. Salesman Ron N. was very helpful and even set the purchase details up on his day off. Extended warranty details and questions were all answered by Russell P. Quite happy with the whole process with a great team.
The manager will tell you anything to make a sale. Ron Nickens was our salesperson and very nice, friendly, and helpful. We will not return or recommend to anyone.
My husband and I had a great experience while taking ownership of our great new vehicle (2021 RAV4 XLE)!!! Before we even entered the building a salesman came up to us to ask if he could help us and then into front doors we were met with a friendly welcoming from the young lady at front desk, Brenda Callison. Then we met the Financial Manager, Jeremy Niehaus, who was so professional and so adept that all the paper signing was explained and signed so quickly that we actually enjoyed the time spent. After that we met up with our salesman, John Doss, and he explained everything about this new vehicle that had more bells and whistles than we have ever seen! John put both our phones in the system and we tried it out. Even after John explained everything about every button and what it did, we continued to ask questions to make sure everything soaked in. John was so patient and easily answered all our questions! When we left the lot we felt we knew our new vehicle and felt safe having that information! Kenny Kent Toyota was a great experience for us!!!!!!!!!!!!
Called about a used car. spoke to Dan the internet manager. I asked about the car that is still up for sale. They sold it some time back, unfortunately,. He asked if I wanted to see anything else. I told him I am looking for something like an xterra. He hung up on me. Poor customer service and manners from these people. Whats so hard about thanking people for their interest and saying goodbye. Very rude.
Excellent service from Shawn!! Love our new Hylander Hybrid!!
Just bought a car from them and couldn’t be happier. The price was right, the paperwork was easy, and our salesman Jarrett Buck was extremely knowledgeable about the car. I have been so used to dealing with slimy, pushy salespeople that I didn’t know how to react to a true professional. We made the purchase with confidence and couldn’t be happier. Thanks!
Had our Prius Prime in for its 18 month check. The appointment was on time and completed within 40 minutes.
I purchased a vehicle from this dealer last month, and I dont think I could have had a worse experience. I flew from out of state to buy a truck that I had put a hold on on Monday and flew out to get it on a Saturday. When I got there, the truck was over due for an oil change (I would think that that would be a prerequisite for buying a vehicle from a dealership), the windshield wipers were so bad, they might as well not even be there ( it was raining the day I looked at it and I couldnt see anything on the test drive), one of the tires had a faulty repair and was leaking, the interior was barely cleaned, they told me it had two keys then waited for me to sign the paper work and then told me it only had one. They told me they would take $50 off of the price of the truck to replace the wiper blades, then they never did. At this point, I couldnt not purchase it because I had already committed to the vehicle. I was happy with the price and could figure out the rest myself, but was hopeful that the sales staff would get back to me about the other key, because they said they would. I waited a week, and didnt get a call until the Friday after I bought the truck but this call was not about the key, no, it was because they filled out the financial paper work wrong and forgot to tax me. They wanted me to pay them $1500 out of pocket for their screw up! I told them no, but they said that its either that, or I can pay my DMV the $1500 when I get the title transfer. They ended up talking with the bank they use to let them put the taxes in with the rest of the loan like it should have been in the first place. They said they overnighted me the paperwork to sign on Friday, but I didnt see it until the next Tuesday. I called them, but it went straight to voice mail. sent it to them, called them again the next day, went straight to voice mail. I left my phone number and name, and I still havent heard back from them. The only thing I have gotten from them since was a letter from them telling me that they hoped I had had a good experience with them, and a conformation from the bank with the wrong payment on it.If I were you, I would stay away from this dealer. You have been warned.
I want to give a credit to the kind salesman’s out at Toyota. They will put you in the car that you want satisfaction guaranteed. Tell them what you are looking for and they will make it happen. It is a place you can go and they will take care of your needs and your family while shopping. Once again job well done.
Drew was great and was not pushy and was wanting us to get wat we wanted and not pushing himself on us will definitely go back to Kenny Kent for our next car
We did not have a good experience. We bought a used car from a new car salesman. The car had a slow leaking flat tire and a problem with the battery. We were told that the car didnt have to be jumped to start it for the test drive. We were, also, told that the Toyota technicians wouldnt know how to work on a Ford. Really? The Ford dealership was having a hard time finding what was creating the parasitic drain on the battery. I tried contacting the salesman and a manager and heard NOTHING from them. We have put very, very few miles on it and bought a $20,700 car that we couldnt drive. The salesman and the company are dishonest and dont stand behind the product that they sell. It was a VERY frustrating experience.Ford was finally able to fix the vehicle. I will not buy from Kenny Kent ever again. I cannot believe that you can spend over $20,000 on a car, have problems with it immediately after purchase, and the dealership is dishonest and does not help at all. They, also, misprinted my middle initial which I informed them of immediately. They didnt fix it on the title and now the title has the wrong initial. Is everything more difficult during Covid? Yes. This was the worst experience I have ever had buying a car, it was the most expensive car we have ever purchased, and has given us the most problems. Do not buy from Kenny Kent. Buyer Beware.Side note: go to D-Patrick. They are willing to do everything they can to help you unlike the people at Kenny Kent.
Bad customer service and they suck!! Was calling for a service appointment and the lady just kept putting me on hold for how many times and hung up. If you cannot accommodate me, just let me know right on. DONT GO HERE FOR AN APPOINTMENT!
It was great! Fast, efficient, convenient.
Great experience with Rick Walker, one of the sales reps. He works in one of the neighborhood stores. He was fun to deal with and made us laughs and even had some great stories to tell. He says he just takes the orders, but to us, he did more than that. He made us feel welcome and at home. To me, that makes a great sales rep. Thanks Rick,
Had recall repair on airbag, seat belt system. Only been 3 days since work completed. So far so good. Had oil changed. Oil is at proper level & no leaks. Had 21 point inspection. Its no more than a check of things they can sell. No liquid levels topped off. Don Moore in Owensboro actually topped off washer fluid level, cleaned corrosion off battery posts, etc during my previous visit.
Squeezed me in quickly, finished the repair quicker than promised. Wasnt a cheap fix, but got the parts in quicker than anyone else. Put my removed parts back in the truck as requested. Easy peasy.
Service for my Sienna went very good. Norm was very helpful with my appointment and service. The service took an hour and a half with no explanation of why. My appointment was at 9:00am and I arrived at 8:45am and the service was completed at 10:30am.
Polished, professional service from everyone we came in contact with. We used the Costco Auto Program which made the transaction haggle free. Was impressed with our salesman, Steven Shutz. Very knowledgeable and a go getter! Would recommend Steven and Kenny Kent Toyota with no reservations.
Great service! Friendly staff. Will continue to take my vehicle to Kenny Kent Toyota for service.
I stopped by today to see if I could get assistance pairing my new phone to my Rav 4 2020. First I stop by service department. They indicated they didn’t know much about all the whistles and bells and asked me if I bought the car there. They sent. Me to the sales department. The first thing they asked was did I buy the car there. I said no because you didn’t have the car I wanted. They were not going to help me but the salesman offered reluctantly. I had many other questions but they didn’t want to help. I have bought at least two or three cars from you and have always used your service department. Not wanting to help me was terrible customer service. I have spent thousands of dollars at your facility and am very angry how I was treated.Bonnie Daly
Easy and safe check in. Simple explanation on findings. Got car back in reasonable time. Thanks.
Excellent salesman. Easy to work with. Great inventory!
Had the pleasure to work with Jared Buckle and for the actual first time I enjoyed the process of buying a new car without haggling. They gave me the deal I wanted right off the bat and was really happy with the way they handled the process. Happy with my xse Highlander :).
Kenny Kent Toyota! Wonderful sales team and great service.
Shawn was very knowledgeable about all Toyota vehicles. Even though we werent sure of what we wanted, he seemed to find the perfect match for both my husband and me. We didnt feel pressured, but it was more like what would you like? We considered other SUVs but stayed with Toyota because of our past experience. 300,000 miles and they are still driving great.
Quick, friendly…accurate….great job!
After talking with a salesman about a specific vehicle, filling out a credit application and discussing my need to fly in and pick up a vehicle, I sent an email to follow up the next day and make final arrangements. The salesman told me he failed to follow-up since there were other customers checking out the vehicle, so he would wait and see since my name wasnt on the car and he didnt work on commission like that. Seriously??
Properly diagnosed and fixed problem. Very friendly and prompt.
I moved to Evansville with my car and a maintenance package. Called Kenny Kent Toyota to service it. Could not get an appointment for 2 weeks. Told them about my prepaid maintenance. On the day of went there to find I would have to pay and be reimbursed, which defeats the purpose of preparing for maintenance. Quickly found another in town and no problem taking maintenance coupon. They lost any hope of me ever being a customer.
I have been wanting a 4Runner for five years. I’ve been patiently waiting as I’ve lived outside of the country for the last three years. Noah has been in constant communication with me since March. Keeping me updated on the inventory and new arrivals.Steven made the process quick and easy. Showed up at 10, drive off the lot in a brand new 4Runner by 12. It was excellent service dealing with Noah, Steven and the Kenny Kent team.
Loyal customers for over a decade. Courteous, reliable, and personal.
Josh did a great job taking care of us.
Great experience in car buying at Kenny Kent Toyota! Give them a try!
Excellent service and professionalism demonstrated by the staff.
Excellent service! We worked with Tristan, and he couldn’t have made us any happier with the car we bought!
Exceptional dealership. My brother was in the market for a truck earlier this year and Steven Shutz did an amazing job helping him find exactly what he was looking for and at a great price. Prior to going to see the vehicle Steven had it cleaned, pulled around and already walked through it a few times himself. He pointed out a few things to make note of(it was a used vehicle) that we had missed in the pictures to make sure my brother knew exactly what he was buying.Steven was incredibly transparent when recommending the warranty that Kenny Kent Toyota offers on all of their vehicles, explaining how the process worked should an issue occur, etc. My brother opted not to purchase it and regretted it shortly there after due to a known issue popping up a few hundred miles later - obviously no fault of the dealership, just one of those things that happens when purchasing used. Thankfully the manufacturer, Ford, stood behind their vehicle but Steven had already made recommendations and called around to get information on costs and what the repair entailed to help his customer despite not taking his recommendation.Purchase the warranty, especially if youre buying used! Go see Steven Shutz! He and the team at Kenny Kent Toyota will provide an outstanding, professional buying experience and take great care of you. Thanks everyone!
They did the job in a very timely manner. Gave me a ride home and picked me up when job was done. A-1 service. Courteous. Great place to deal with.
Better off takin the shoe lace express
Made an appointment to get my new 2020 Sienna van oil change, tires rotated and a good look over. Dealt with Wes and he took care of me in a courteous and efficient manner. My 1st appointment and a pleasant one too! Thanks Kenny Kent!
Four stars because of the always friendly, always smiling, always happy associates behind the customer service counter! I would have given a 5 however, why is it the service team member I work with during my visits ( those who check you in) never smiles, never says hello, and always greets me with a flat, muted tone of “can I help you”.
We love doing business at Kenny Kent. The service department is great....and fast.
We had a good experience. Roger Bannister helped us pick out a car and it was a great one. We are really happy with it. Talk to Roger he will set you up.
The best service department! Clean, comfortable, fast and they take excellent care of my vehicles. I travel and 1 1/2 hours to this dealership because of the outstanding service the Kenny Kent team provides for both my Toyota and my Lexus.
Wonderful buying experience with sales associate Rick Walker at Kenny Kent’s Neighborhood lot, corner of Green River Road and Pollock. Wanted a used Toyota for my daughter and they had plenty of good ones to choose from, and fairly priced. No haggling and no nonsense. Rick is a true professional you can trust. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s birthday unforgettable.
Hisom provided excellent service. He really listened to our needs and got us the best solution for our family. Truly excellent company and staff to purchase from.
As normal it was very professional mark lindenberg my salesman was an absolute gentleman answered all questions any of concerns that I had chickens with the manager once again he was very professional they worked with me well I would highly recommend them at Kenny Kent anytime
It was my first time buying a new car and they made the process super easy. My salesman Andrew Auler helped me find a car I’m very happy with
Our family has only purchased cars from Kenny Kent Toyota and Lexus for over 20 years. Shawn Merkel and the rest of the staff were again, great to work with. Multiple cars were pulled up to show and test-drive. Buying process was 0 pressure and did not take any back and forth. The buying and signing portion might have taken 20 minutes at most. Car was detailed and ready for pick-up next day as requested. Great group!
Always great service with the service advisor named Norm Thompson. So kind makes you feel so welcomed when you walk in.
This is the second car I have purchased from Kenny Kent Toyota (KKT). I have purchased 10 or 12 new cars in my lifetime. I have never had better service from any dealer than I have from KKT. Jarrett, the salesman who worked with me, was friendly, professional, and informative. I find this hard to believe but I enjoyed the entire process. I would recommend KKT to anyone in the market for a new car.
I was able to schedule an appointment within a reasonable time frame, I arrived on time and Norm Thompson immediately discussed the scheduled service and what I wanted done. I explained that in addition to a routine service and tire rotation I asked Norm to have the car test driven as it was making a loud road noise. Norm explained he did not think they would be able to do that due to a tight schedule. I was okay with that reply. The service and tire rotation were quickly completed and Norm told me the loud road noise was due to a front wheel bearing going out and offered to make an appointment for the repair. I told Norm I would consider his recommendation and contact him later. I was completely satisfied with the courtesy, professionalism, and completed work performed by Norm Thompson and the service staff. In addition, Jeff White greeted me when I pulled into the service area and offered to direct me to Norms work station. My expectations were exceeded by the entire service department and created a favorable impression of Kenny Kent Toyota.
I went in looking for a RAV4 with certain features and come out with more than I was hoping for. Jared, my sales guy was informative, and very helpful, and Russell, my finance guy were both beyond pleasant to work with! If youre looking for a new vehicle, go see these guys!!
Highly recommend salesman, Steven Shutz. He helped me special order my truck and made the entire process easy. Great experience!
