I had never shopped at this store before and did not know what to expect. Upon entering, I was greeted courteously and the staff were very helpful but did not hover; they answered questions, got a tape measure for me, carried over an end table to sit next to the sofa so I could see how it looked with it, and were knowledgeable about their products and honest about delivery timelines. I appreciated their help, especially Leah A who assisted me and my husband in a professional manner as we made our purchase. I am very pleased with the service and the furniture (we bought a sofa and end table) and the great prices at this store and would come back again and would recommend this store to my friends and neighbors. Leah A was a great help. Leah was patient and answered all our questions without hesitation. She figured out a few estimates for us before we made our final decision. Definitely making a stressful purchasing situation less stressful. I also really enjoy every time we go in everyone is so helpful, but also gives you time to just browse and talk without any pressure of someone following you around.

I have furnished my entire house from Evansville Overstock. The quality of service from the staff is always been top notch, and the quality of furniture is equal in value. I found the same pieces of furniture at a competitor for nearly twice the price. Insane! Why pay more when you can get the same exact items at a fraction of the cost?!

Once we decided on set of furniture she was helpful in finding out what they had in stock and looked at the ETA of when they could get the furniture in for us that had to be ordered. She was up front with us on the problems every company was having getting furniture in. She was very friendly, polite and honest with us. My husband and I have looked for a sectional for about a year and found the perfect one at Evansville overstock. Like most places we had to order because of a few special pieces we needed to make it a perfect fit for our living room. They guaranteed us an 8 to 12 week delivery which beats the 3 to 6 months at a lot of other places. Finding an in-stock sectional during this time is almost impossible. Jacob and Noah were quick to get me a list of what they had in stock and I had a sectional picked out and ready to buy within minutes of walking in the store! I worked with Frank P. Today. We answered every single one of my questions and was there the first and second time I came in. He was supportive through my decision making process and the prices were unbeatable. Considering I left to compare them at other places! Highly satisfied and I 100% recommend!

We walked in knowing what we wanted and walked out with just that! We found a beautiful bedroom set with additional pieces for a GREAT price! Mattress selection is great, plenty of styles, prices to choose from. We love the one we got, sleeps amazingly! They have so many options for couches, side tables, dining sets, recliners, bed sets, kids sets, you name it. We’ll definitely come back here in the future for more furniture! Only downside is having to wait for our furniture to come in, but that’s understandable and going to happen anywhere. Also quite a bit of options on clearance throughout store! This review is just on customer service!I went to about 5 different furniture stores a lot of them the sell guy just hovered over you while you were trying to decide which one you like. Then We went to Weekends and Frank was amazing he showed us what they had in stock let us have our time to look and enjoy the furniture when he seen that we sat in one for a while and talked about it he went and wrote up a quote. I can’t tel you how many question we asked him and he went straight back to look at the time it would come in. When we went to look at a couple more place he wasn’t overly trying to keep up in there to buy something he just said I hope to see you guys back. We went to Ashely just to see one other I liked and the sale lady there bashed them and wouldn’t even come close to matching their price. My self as a women who helps runs a business decide that Ashley lost my business with them from bad mouthing. I went back to Weekends and bought our furniture from them! Frank was my favorite sales men of the day thank you so much for helping us find the furniture for our little home. Keep doing you Frank!

I had a great experience buying our king size bed. I believe the guy who helped me, name was Klaus (on my sales order it says Nik F). But he was very helpful. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made sure to cover all bases and answer all questions before finalizing the sell. We wanted to purchase what was in stock, and he took me around the store and helped every step of the way. Very nice employee!!

My husband and I went over Labor Day weekend where we had so many affordable bedroom set options for my son. We were so impressed w the prices we actually ended up buying two bedroom sets for both kids! Although it was pretty busy, our sales associate (Frank Picot) was super friendly and efficient managing multiple customers. We purchased a great reclining sofa and loveseat set from Overstock Warehouse in Evansville this weekend and were very happy with the experience. We bought the same exact set that we had seen a little earlier in the day at another at another store and saved over $900.00 by getting it at Overstock Warehouse. Charis helped us with our purchase. She took time to answer all of our questions about the set we eventually purchased as well as a few other pieces of interest. She was friendly and knowledgeable.If you are in the market for furniture, I would highly recommend looking at Overstock Warehouse in Evansville. They have a great selection to choose from. The staff are pleasant and competent.

It has beautiful furniture but, a lot of it has to be ordered and you never know when its coming in. They give you a daye but it might be weeks or even months later before it comes in. Prices are good and they got a little bit of everything.

Truly did not know that customer service THIS HORRIBLE even existed. Spend the extra $$ and go to Ashley direct. I knew going into this order that this company takes a while. What I didnt know was that 8-10 weeks translated to dog years apparently and is now over 17 weeks (I stopped counting) and nobody will answer any phone calls at all. All emails, if theyre even responded to, take more than a week to get a response and the only response each time is a few more weeks. TF?? Do yourself a favor and throw the idea of ordering from these guys in the trash1 where the whole company belongs

Customer service provided by Hunter was top notch. I came in looking to buy a dining table set and after I made my purchase I went out to my car to leave. Well, my car wouldnt start and I could not figure out why. Hunter came outside and lended a hand. Hunter had my vehicle running in about 10 minutes. I was blown away by his customer service. BUT...it did not end there. My mom called me in tears. I asked her why she was crying. Well, my mom was having issues with getting her new kidney. My mom was unable to find a donor. YALL, Hunter straight up took the phone away from me, spoke to my mom and got her to calm down. After a few minutes on the phone my mom and Hunter were talking like some old high school buddies. I aint hear my mom laugh that much in years. Hunter said he was a match and would donate a kidney. I was befuddled to say the least. Hunter, if youre reading this, you a real one.
