Our family will only recommend Marks Mattress Outlet. My husband and I were looking to purchase a king size bed set and a twin set for our daughter and we fell in love with the quality, prices, and customer service. Ryan at Mark’s was very friendly and did not pressure us AT ALL. We went there first, and knew when we left to go to the other mattress stores in Evansville, we would probably be going back to see Ryan. And we did! You can find similar mattresses, and MAYBE a price point that’s close, but the deal we got was a little sweeter at Mark’s, we got everything we wanted at an excellent price, and honestly, I really wasn’t quite as impressed at the other places. For the money, I really don’t think you could do better. The service at Mark’s was excellent, Ryan was super patient with us. And you can spend as much or as little as you want. They’ve got the product for your budget. Trust.

I came in on 2/26/2020. I had been looking for 2 full size mattresses and box springs to convert my kids toddler beds to full size. I had been to a few places and was disappointed until that point. I go in and my sales rep Ryan was wonderful! He helped me find beds in my price range and helped me load them into my van! Which on its own was not an easy task. Purchased a King bed with a power base for $3,300 Saturday March 2, 2019. We had to load the bed mattress and base ourselves; as Marks Mattress only delivers on Friday. On Saturday night the power base broke. I called the main warehouse in Evansville, IN on Monday March 4, 2019. I sent them the photos they requested of the broke base. They said it is a valid warranty. However they didnt have the base I purchased in stock. They stated they would have to replace it with a similar but different base. I reluctantly agreed and scheduled for my wife to be at home on Friday for the replacement of the base. They never showed up or gave a courtesy call to let us know they would not be coming. She had scheduled off work to be at home to let them in. It is now Sunday March 10, 2019 and still NO CALL or REPLACEMENT. While they may have decent pricing; THEIR SERVICE IS LESS THAN DESIRABLE!!

We got an excellent price and was able to set up delivery. On delivery day, the guys called ahead and were professional and courteous during the set up and removal.
