I used to drive by this place every day on my way to work and I never gave it a single thought. Then I noticed it had a TON of good reviews and that the parking lot - which was always full of cars - always had DIFFERENT cars every day. They do a lot of business. Theres a reason - they charge fairly, they work quickly, and they do good work. Its a no frills shop and that is OK! They do a ton of work and get a lot of repeat business.The lesson? Dont judge a shop by how nice the building looks.I asked them what they could do to make my car quieter. The previous owner had an aftermarket cat-back exhaust which was always annoyingly loud but was now even rattling. They gave me a price range and some various things that COULD be done and told me to drop it off and theyd take a look at it.I did that and I decided that the way to go was a new direct fit muffler and they were able to put it in after they got the unit delivered. The price I paid ended up being slightly less than I expected. I dont think Ive ever been happier to spend 230 dollars on my car. Its quiet and feels like a completely different car.If I could tip them right now, I would.

Decent price but will not work if you have any type of schedule to keep. I could not drop my car off, just wanted to wait on it while the work was performed. I called yesterday and the gentleman told me if I would be there by 7:30am (when they open) he would get to me first. I show up at 7:20 this morning and he said there were a couple already in front of me and he would not work with me on my schedule. I’ve been here several times before and they do fine work, but I can’t waste my time and effort on a business that won’t keep a schedule.

Went to 2 other shops before this one for exhaust work, said they couldnt get me in till the next day despite only having two cars in the bays. These guys had several cars being worked on and still managed to get me in and out in under 2 hours. Great work too!

Was really busy. So made an appointment.

Awful place to go. Went in for my car making a noise, they said was ac compressor. The mechanic accidentally left my fan unplugged, car overheated to the point that all antifreeze boiled out. Took my car back on the same day, everyone there acknowledged that it was there fault and they left the fan unplugged. Noises continued to be an issue, overheated again, have taken the car back 4 times, before finally just going to a new shop. The mechanic at Muffler Express caused my car to have a cracked head because of the overheating. I called and the man who answered the phone said theres nothing they can do, claimed I brought my car in for overheating (definitely did not until they caused it to overheat). I paid Muffler Express about $1000 in total to fix my car, and now I have to pay another shop about $3000 to fix what was done to my car at Muffler Express. Awful service, poor workmanship, dishonest people!!!

These guys were great! Came in just to ask how much a replacement exhaust resonator would cost, and there were able to replace it on the spot. Danny explained the problem, dropped the old rusted resonator out, and put in a new one very quickly! And at a great price. Highly recommend

I have been driving my father back and forth to this so called mechanic, and they have yet to do anything remotely visible or otherwise of fixing anything! Now as of today, I had to let my father borrow my car (2017 Ford Mustang which Id never take here) because they keep saying it starts for them when even this morning a man named Danny said it didnt start. So at 1pm my father calls to see when it will be ready, since he is tired of it dying on him at random places, and Im tired of dropping what Im doing to be a taxi driver. Well, this man says it started later, so its ok...??? What planet is that ok? Maybe his car will die somewhere and he has to rely on getting a hold of someone to get him every other day! At that point my father had to explain to him I guess in the language from the planet this guy lives on that his vehicle keeps coming back because he wants it fixed, not because we like to drive out of our way once a week. If you are a mechanic, fix it. Just like a pizza man wouldnt take your order and give you a hot dog. Come on, be smarter than that. Im going to write a bad review everywhere I can because of the wear and tear on my car for this, and the hassle this joke of a place has caused!Update: they have now had this vehicle all day. My father had to call and ask if it was finished when this so called mechanic says it started now so I didnt fix it and my father has to explain that he wants it to start ALL the time. Now it is 4:00pm on a Friday, I am still without my vehicle and he is just now starting on it. Hes only had since they opened to work on, thats why people take their vehicles in to get fixed. Im just beyond dumbfounded by this place. You are a mechanic, do something mechanical!I guess my father imagined that Danny said it did not start at on that Friday morning. Also, whoever replied has added things I did not say, such as keeping it overnight. I said you had it all day! And yes, it is an inconvenience when I work full time, have a son that missed soccer practice because of this before, and also have to endure the wear and tear of driving out of my way all the time. Last thing, of course he was kind on the phone to you. But after Fridays fiasco I guarantee he told me he will find a new mechanic that works on cars!

I called, took my vehicle to them and it was repaired in no time at all. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The prices are great!!!!!!!!!! Overall it was a wonderful experience. I had an amazing experience with this company this morning. I called on Saturday and spoke to Danny about an issue I was having with my Jeep. He told me to bring it in this morning, it was first come, first served. I arrived at 7:50, and discussed the problem with him. Forty minutes later I was called with the diagnosis, I approved the work, and my car was finished before 9:00, at a very reasonable price. I have not had great experience with mechanics in the last year. So, to say I am extremely happy, is an understatement. The staff was very friendly.

Superb work. Taken my car here a couple times and they have always had the lowest price with labor and best quality work. Other places want to clamp on a muffler and these guys will only do it properly and weld it with proper hangers. Theres no crazy franchise prices here, only honest prices for real labor. They dont do appointments but you can always stop in and they will quickly get to you.

Took my truck in to have ab exhaust cut-out (y pipe) welded on and they had the truck for 2 hours and called and said it was done. It looks great with no leaks and at a great price. Would highly recommend them for any exhaust work.

I have had them work on 2 different vans of mine. They fixed the exhaust system very reasonably. I didnt feel like I was being taken.

Did a great job on my muffler but they do not torque lug nuts to proper specifications because apparently when torqued properly they come off even easier than when just zipped on with an impact driver. Who knew??? But hey at least they refunded me for the tire rotation.

Will not go back to this place was charged $ 80 for one caliper not including labor they are only $50 for both at any auto parts. When I asked about it he said thats just what I changed you. I have spent a lot of money here on both my vehicles here over the last two years and dont like having to find someone else because it only a couple blocks from my house but cant afford to pay double the price for half the parts. In response to owners post I didnt have a problem with the mark up on the part the problem is that you changed me for 2 calipers kept one of them then marked it up and as far as the brake fluid i would hope that was included in brake service I paid for did not have any problems with price or work for brake service not to mention the fact that you replaced the master cylinder two weeks ago so it should have been new fluid unless the $300 I paid for that didnt include brake fluid as far as the estimate I didnt go over everything till after become I trusted the people I have been doing business with for the last two years that was my mistake

Went there to get a dual exhaust system put on my 2010 F150, and they did an amazing job. Great price, too. I paid $325 plus tax for a full Magnaflow system with all piping, labor, and even chrome tips! Very nice people, too.Update: Its been about 4 years since I had the original Magnaflow system installed, and earlier this year one of the pipes coming out of the muffler broke off due to really bad rust. I returned to the shop and had them redo the full system in a different side-out configuration. I had to pay for it all but they are reasonable people and the new setup looks great. They replaced the muffler itself free of charge due to rust, since Magnaflow carries a lifetime warranty. I just wish the shop used better quality exhaust tubing, like stainless...but you get what you pay for.
