Went in for an oil change and 4 tires, wonderful customer service! Got me in and out in the time they said it would take. Great prices and great people!
My girlfriend and I are travelling across the country and needed some tire repair fast. We called here and they answered quickly and they had everything we needed! We were in-and-out in under an hour. We even got up to date with The Price is Right, so two birds one stone. 10/10 would recommend.Dont use counterfeit bills, they check ✅
Had 2 alternators replaced they didnt cover there labor the second time and faught the whole process. For my troubles they tore the boot on my right axel did not tighten the ac belt never replaced the skid plate they took off and missed an oil leak. Elliotts garage on the west side took care of everything and foumd the oil leak qith out me asking him too. Go to the west side youll be happier
I have been a customer of Pep Boys for many years. We have always purchased the alignment plans for our vehicles, that way we can get an alignment after every oil change and rotation. I’ve had tires worn out prematurely before, which is why I get regular alignments. My issue is EVERY TIME my wife brings her car to get it aligned, the “Manager”complains that she’s back again, it’s only been so many months etc. The printer is always magically out of paper or broken, so you cannot compare the initial readings to the adjusted. Without a printout, the Managers claim that the car is back unnecessarily cannot be proven, or for that matter it wasn’t just put up in a lift while someone took a smoke break. We are done with Pep Boys
Attempted to schedule work on my vehicle. The phone rang for several minutes before i was put on hold by Daniel. I was on hold for another 5 minutes before I hung up. I called back and Daniel immediately answered the phone. I asked if they were open and servicing vehicles since I just spent almost 10 minutes on the phone with no help. Daniel hung up on me. I called again and asked why I was hung up on. Daniel said Ive got enough going on here dealing with other things and hung up on me again. Sorry excuse for service and maybe Daniel should find another job if he cant handle it. I will certainly find someone else to give my money to.
BIG BIG thanks to Tom for his excellent service when we were in a bind. I highly recommend them.
Our vehicle broke down on the way home from a long trip. We were towed to this location. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable.
Great service my go to spot for all my truck work
Fast, efficient, and very kind. One of rhe best places Ive gone to and will keep coming back to them!
Made an appointment through the website (which showed availability) only to be called by someone not very friendly and told that they wouldn’t be able to get us in at all. If you don’t have availability, then don’t allow bookings to be made online. So my husband and I went somewhere else and they got us in immediately. I will NEVER recommend this business to anyone.
They do a good job of servicing my 18 yr old Subaru
I needed a new tire replaced. I checked around about 20 different local places on prices & they offered the best deal. The staff was very professional. I expected to have a long wait time but to my surprise it was very quick. I will now be a regular customer.
Great work done and amazing customer service! 👏 Shout out to Paul Daniel Greg
I arrived here at 5:10 pm for an oil change. This is the only pep boys in this town !!! And they were already closed !!! Although the door has a fun schedule that they are open until 6:00 pm !!! And Google Maps says they work until 6:00 pm !!! I arrived here in an hour from afar !!! I am very unhappy with the LACK OF SERVICE in this service network.
Made an appointment online only to show up and be told they can’t work on my car (BMW). No phone call or anything, they waited till I showed up in person to tell me this. I even put in my car’s Year Make and Model with the appointment status and they had it listed on the site.. Now I’m calling 100 other shops trying to get my car in today because I took off for this.. Don’t even wast your time to look their direction.. awful service should be known.
Scheduled an online appointment today for 5pm to purchase tires and have them installed - received a call from the Evansville location and was told that no one would be available because everyone goes home at 5pm. The store hours listed is 8am to 6pm! Nothing makes sense!
The staff was very nice and fast.
Sign on door says closes at five, Google says closes at five.. yet I was there at 4 and doors were locked
My car has been there for 2 weeks to get my starter hooked up i would not bring another dam thing to them
Excellent! Had to go there for my work car. They checked everything. Had a little confusion, as it was mine, and one guy theres first time working with us. Got it resolved quickly.
This was my first time at Pep Boys. I had ordered some tires online and had them delivered to my door. I called them to ask about their installation rates and asked if they could put a new tire pressure monitoring sensor in on one of my tires that I had purchased.I got there 15 minutes early where they checked me in quickly and promptly on a Saturday and pulled my car in immediately. Less than an hour and I was i my way home with my new tires properly installed and they even programmed my tire pressure system for me even though I had mentioned I could do it.Best price I’ve found. Quick service. And great job. I’ll be going back.
I got a great deal on the tires... fast and helpful staff
I went for a simple alignment on my tires. I was informed after about 30 minutes of waiting, that they could not do the alignment. They said my ball joints were completely ruined and needed to be replaced on both passenger side and drivers side. They then told me that my car was manufactured with the ball joints made into the lower control arm. They told me to get my alignment I would have to replace everything listed. Looking deeper and thinking that sounded funny, my vehicle shows no signs of bad ball joints, and my car specifically does not have the ball joint made into the control arm as one unit, they are two separate units. I was told to fix my car would cost about $1,400. Looking closer on my itemized receipt that shows everything I declined. They were trying to charge me forTwo (2) wheel alignments @ 89.99 eachTwo (2) Control arms @ 155.98 eachTwo (2) lower ball joints @ 81.88 eachRemove and replace left control arm 185.40Remove and replace right control arm 236.90Labor warranty 40.27Two (2) new tires 73.99 eachAfter looking at my invoice they were trying to charge me for two alignments. One alignment covers all four tires. Parts were way over priced. After looking up the prices myself ball joints for my make and model are $37 each and control arms are $75 each ( both being the most expensive I could find for my car, without going into performance parts). Really feel like I dodged a mess, there is no doubt in my mind if I would have let them “fix” my car they would have found one thing after another to charge me more. I will not be going back to this business.
I needed a battery replaced, they got me right in did the job and even added oil to my car that I needed without charging extra.
My Brother (visiting from Texas) and I discovered late in the afternoon/early evening that one of his tires was flat. My Brother had hoped to leave the following morning very early for his return to Texas. He and I packed the flat tire in my vehicle and headed for town. By now it was nearing 7:30. We called every tire repair business that we could think of and either got a voice recording or were informed that the shop closed at 7. Pep Boys finally came to me as we were in the vicinity. We pulled up to Pep Boys 8 minutes before they closed at 8pm. They were in the process of closing the bay doors. My brother ran inside and explained our situation. The techs were very eager and willing to get us taken care of. One of the techs discovered a piece of siding in the tire and had the tire patched within 10 minutes. They did a fantastic job on the tire repair and getting us in and out quickly. Their service was greatly appreciated and I would highly recommend.
Helpful and courteous but they do not sell parts anymore. Service center and tires only.
Fast and very friendly
Fast, friendly service. Less than an hour wait on installing new tires. Great price. Will definitely be back.
Reliable place for automotive care with a great history. I go here to keep up on all my vehicle maintenance and highly recommend you do as well. Go see the Pep.
They did a great job and were very quick.
Made an appointment for an oil change at 2:00 pm. Showed up and the lady at the desk had issues getting the computer to function properly. She then noted the only filter they had was a 5000 mile filter. I wanted 10000 mile as i use pure synthetic oil and didnt want to pay for the premium oil and only get 5000 miles out of it. We waited 30 minutes for someone to help her get the computer issue resolved. At this point she said it would be $116 for my oil change. I then questioned, why so much? She said the oil was $100. I then walked to the back of the store and grabbed 5 quarts of the exact oil I wanted and pointed out that it is only $8/quart. Since my truck only uses 7-8 quarts my oil should be max $64. Everyone seemed perplexed. I asked for my keys back at 2:40 and left the store. It was simple oil change and should not be that hard. I couldnt imagine going there for anything relatively hard.
Stopped in for a quick fix, passing thru heading back to Chicago. The 2 guys working in the service department were wonderful. Took care of the problem quickly and they were so nice.
Went for oil change. Had tires rotated now my check tire pressure sensor stays on after technician check tire pressure. Not happy 😠
My husband and I had to stop in unexpectedly when my rotors locked up. We live an hour and a half away and needed quick service. Pepboys squeezed us in on a busy Saturday afternoon and worked very hard to get us good service at a reasonable price. I thoroughly recommend this location - friendly service, knowledgeable team, and well-kept shop!
Tom in Service department was super. Willingly stayed to repair my tire even though it was almost his quitting time after a long 12 hour shift.
I went in for an alignment today, they got me in and out fast, and they did an excellent job too. The guy at the front desk was curtious and helpful. Thanks
I visited Pep Boys just yesterday and I have to say that the service was beyond what I had ever expected. Heres the story: I recently purchased two lift supports for the rear hatch of my 350z. When trying to install the support, part of the plastic chipped off of one of them and I was unable to install it properly. I noticed on the receipt that there was a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the parts, so I decided to try my luck and see if I could get the part replaced. When I arrived at the store (sometime around 7:50), I was promptly greeted and asked how I could be helped. I explained the situation and the man behind the counter said that he would be more than happy to care of my problem. When trying to obtain the part that I needed, the associate found that it was out of stock in the store. He said that he would have to source it from out of town and that it would be here in no time. However, whenever he tried to get it from the warehouse he found that it was out of stock. He then did something that I never expected. He offered me a higher quality part for the same price as the one that I had purchased before! He even had it shipped by next-day mail! To top it all off, by the time that we had everything taken care of, it was past 8 P.M. (their closing time). I felt awful for keeping the man there for longer than he needed to be, but he assured me that he was more than happy to help and that it was no problem. By far the best experience I have ever had at any Auto Parts store. A+++
Really good prices on parts just they shop mechanics really try ripping you off. I got a wheel balanced they came back told me I needed new brakes. I said Id like to see how bad they are knowing already just had all 4 replaced 2 days prior. We get put there in the shop and hes pointing saying see theres nothing there and you will need new rotors. I told him rotors are smooth and brakes are new you not pulling one over on me. He said sorry man thats just what we are told to do.
I came into Pep Boys at the recommendation of someone I had just met. The person mentioned that the service was good on repairs and the prices were reasonable. That was important to me as I had been tire shopping getting prices. Unfortunately, my Jeep Grande Cherokee had just picked up a nail on the edge of the tire. A sensor light came on to alert me to the problem.I was hoping just to get a plug in the tire until I could more easily afford a set of new tires. The tire was not able to be plugged safely due to the location of the nail. A young man, named Justin, was helping me. He felt driving on the tire without replacing it could be dangerous.Since I had been to two other places to get tire quotes I asked if he could help me with a good price. His manager, Scott Pate, was helpful in making a decision. I wanted tires that would be good on wet, and snowy roads. He assured me the tires I purchased would be excellent.I left believing that my service had been very helpful! I will go back to get the tires rotated.
Place was awesome people were nice and Daniel and Oscar were big help
Pep boys used to be the best place for automotive supplies and extras. Its a shame they stop carrying such.
Great customer service! Great tire service, fast and honest! My overall experience was Great! Thanks Pepboys 🤗
Fast, friendly repair service on our vehicle.
Called over an hour before they closed. Took several minutes for then to answer the phone. Once they did answer I was told they didn’t have anybody in the store that could quote me tire prices. If they can’t/don’t want to give tire quotes then I definitely don’t want to give them my business....
I went there for an oil change. Scott (manager) and JT (service manager) gave me great customer service. They answered all my questions and did a lightning fast oil change and inspection on my truck. I got a great deal and great service. I Highly recommend Pep Boys
Ive been here 4 times now and they go above and beyond on customer service. There are many auto maintenance options in the area, but Ive tried most and settled here. Really helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. Id recommend coming here, even if you have a bit more to drive!
Tom ( service writer) and Beau (mechanic)..They got my car in and fixed fast.. Great service and quality work!! I highly recommend them!!
Came in for an oil change while waiting in the customer area two team members were speaking Taylor and Tom. Mind you my 9 year old son has accompanied me. Taylor stated “you don’t know what my girlfriend looks like” Tom replied, “ I don’t, but I know you are butt f***ing him.My tires weren’t rotated. They should have told me they weren’t going to be able to rotate them prior to service preformed since it’s included with the oil change.Service 0Customer Satisfaction 0Communication 0Professionalism 0I won’t be returning to this location.
Employees were very helpful. Got a good price on battery. Installed for free. Total time in store 25 minutes.
They were able to get me in at the last minute to plug my tire and did it fast.
I would give it no stars if I could. They changed the oil on my Mercedes Sprinter diesel and put in 13 quarts of gasoline oil. They knew they had done something wrong because the mechanic asked me about the oil light (it was just a routine oil change and there had been no light) and a manager on duty warn me that my seal was leaking. Mechanic verified that my seal was leaking. But neither of them entered any information on the receipt which is typically something that he would do to protect themselves if in fact it was leaking.Im an over-the-road driver under load and had a deadline delivery to meet. About 15 miles out the high pressure light came on.As soon as I could I stopped and check the oil level and it was normal. Down the road a few miles as soon as I could, along with consultation, I had the oil changed again using actual diesel oil. The high pressure light went away. (The consultation educated me that if gasoline engine oil was used it would create a high pressure and if not dealt with, eventually that would blow the seal out, which is what Pep Boys warn me about. They were prepping me for a blown seal.)The oil changes were 300 miles apart. Even with both receipts Pep Boys would not refund any of the $150 oil change charge. The manager said he would check with his regional manager and get back with me. Its been over 3 weeks and he never made that return phone call. This is the first one star Ive ever given.
The most unprofessional service we every encountered. This shop deserves 0 stars. We will be taking them to court. They changed an older ladys credit card for over $1000 without her approval or signature. Everyone who is reading this please avoid this place. They cannot be trusted. They took advantage of this lady and will most likely take advantage of you. First, they made an unnecessary repair on her vehicle changing $1000. What actually needed to be fixed they avoided. They stated that this repair was necessary. A day later she found out that nothing changed in the vehicle. It was still making the same noises, it was making before. Later she brought the vehicle back telling them that they did not fix it. They agreed that they used the wrong part for her vehicle, because there was some confusion on the #s the referenced on the vehicles door. Again she had to again take a rental and spend more money. Without telling her the price, they made a 2nd repair. When they finally finished which took more than 2 weeks, and they charged her credit card without her approval for another $1,000! For 2K is more than her current vehicle is worth. When she came to take her money back they said no, we made the repair so have the right to charge your card without your approval. Unbelievable. The owner of this business has no shame, fear or is completely insane. It is to our surprise that this shop is still in business. Hopefully after this the court will close it down.
I was driving from Indianapolis to Evansville and I realized that one of my tires was low on air. I took it in and they said I needed new tires, which I did. I bought them and they told me that I would receive a 50 dollar rebate if I bought 4 Kelly edge tires. I bought them on April 27th, 2019. I went to submit the rebate today (May 3rd, 2019) and received an email saying it was denied. I called the number and the service center said that rebate ended in March. I wouldnt have bought those tires if I wasnt getting a rebate. Now I have tires I dont normally use and I dont have the 50 dollar rebate because the store gave out outdated info. The customer service was good, but the store should be on top of the information and not misinforming customers.
I was really pleased that they were able to schedule my oil appointment so late in the evening and were able to complete the job so quickly. In addition to being friendly, the manager, Scott, also provided me with a coupon so that my service was less expensive. I was actually pretty surprised by how much money I saved by going to Pep Boys instead of the garage where I used to take my car before I moved to Evansville. I will continue taking my car to Pep Boys on Metro and hope that the service continues to be as good as it was this first time.
The guy who answered the phone was really good at turning customers away! I was trying to shop around and find the best price for my tune up and the guy on the phone told me that if the engine light isn’t on, I shouldn’t worry about getting my car serviced because anyone else would be trying to just get money outta me. That’s not really a smart business move to turn customers away. He wouldn’t listen or even tell me a price only because the engine light wasn’t on. Some people don’t wait until the light comes on, some people actually wanna keep up with the cars maintaince. And reading through these reviews have me convinced that I dodge a bullet anyways.
I went here to check out the battery light that was on. They tested it on some electrical tester, and kept trying to convince me the battery was old and losing power. After the guy goes in and asks for help, another guy came out and put the tester back on it. After he had me rev the engine, he said the alternator was bad. I asked how much to replace it and he got on the computer and said $446. I haven’t had an alternator put on in years but thought it sounded high. I was desperate at the time and approved them to replace it. While there, I started looking online for a replacement alternator to check out prices. The most expensive I found on line was $129. I called the Toyota dealer next door and it was $117 for the alternator and $105 for the labor. I paid and looked at the receipt. It was $267 for the alternator and $95 labor. Here’s the kicker, there’s a $35 shop fee on there. As if they didn’t overcharge enough already. I called a couple of other places and the most they charged for this is $250. Never again will I go there and I warn everybody not to. At any rate, when the total cane back, it was around $415. Not sure why I got this “discount”.
Got 2 new tires staff was very professional. Let me know in advance of problems and gave me suggestions, did nice job so I will go back when needed!!
They were very accommodating and helpful! Great prices and even better service! Every time I have been here they have done a quick and good job!
The staff has been helpful in finding the parts I need for my vehicle, which can sometimes be hard to find. The manager is extremely friendly and hard working, and they always have some kind of deal or discount going on making it my go to place for DIY auto parts.
Awful technicians! Took my pristine collectors car in to perform some in-depth engine maintenance and new tires bc I assumed they would be cheaper than a dealer. BIG MISTAKE! When I picked up the car after a couple of weeks overdue, grease had been ground into the paint on several body panels and in the interior. I WAS PISSED! To make matters worse, another technician, while the shop manager was there, used a harsh cleaner that oxidized much of the clear coat and even stripped some off completely! Complete idiots! Also, the tech that performed the job obviously had set the engine on its left side due to all of the oil clogging up ducts and tubing on that side and fouling all three of the plugs. After I cleaned up what I could, I took it back to have them do a thorough cleaning and replace the back plug underneath the fuel rail. Despite being very clear about it being their fault, I was still charged! In the end, I had spent over $2500 for what should have been half of that without factoring the damage. Sued them and got enough money back to cover the repaint (it was still the original paint in nearly cherry condition!). Afterwards, I found out that D-Patrick would have been cheaper and far better workmanship. Three weeks later, the engine went up in flames due to a series of leaks in the fuel lines that werent there before their shoddy work! Conclusion: NEVER EVER let them work on your car!!!
Okay where do I start.. I had a pep boys fix my truck in Pensacola when I was on vacation. They put my serpentine belt on backwards and it was just a mess. This Pep boys though, they fixed what the other store fell short on and wouldnt even let me tip the employees they where genuinely happy to assist me. How often do you get that level of amazing customer care? I highly recomend this store and the management is on point. 5 stars for you guys, you rock. Thanks for getting my FJ back up and running better than it has in months. I assure you you will not be disappointed since Pep Boys is under new ownership and they are cleaning house and this particular store is the pinnacle of how it should be. This is how the commercials make it look. Fast, fair, friendly, and fun because they even conversation with me while the repair was being done. Wow thats all I can say
I absolutely love it. So many nice things for my cars
Had my annual Lyft inspection today. Staff were very prompt and courteous. Ill be back really soon to get out other vehicle inspected.
Greg is awesome saved me $40 on wipers!
Shawn the manager gives exceptional service. I actually enjoyed getting my car fixed. In fact everyone I met in the store was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Pepboys for car service.
Scott really helped me out when I was in a pinch. I am a college student with limited funds but he was able to help me get my car working and running in a short amount of time without breaking my budget. All the guys at the store are very helpful including JT and I always have them do my oil changes or go there when I have any troubles.
J.T. was excellent from minute one. He greeted me with a smile and a hand shake - a rarity in service industries these days. Memorial day weekend, but you wouldnt know by the state of the employees efforts. They got my car in fast, with short notice, and even had some tires that fit my strange wheel dimensions. Give this place your business!
Horrible experience! All I needed was a oil change, I took my vehicle here. Firstly, the wait time to get my vehicle worked on took too long than I believe it should. Secondly, when I got my vehicle back from Pepboys, my heat wasnt working anymore. Contacted management, and they attempted to explain to me how it was my fault and that they didnt do anything but change my oil. Wrong! This place is infamous for shady business practices for selfish gain, so youll bring your vehicle back to get charged again. Never let them lure you in by those oil change discounts and go to a real dealerships.
Service manager is so moody, you never know what youll get. Great work one day and doesnt have time for you next. Gave them many chances, but I am now done with them. Not much better on the retail side.
Employee Corey said my car would be finished at 12pm. When I arrived at 11:30am, my vehicle was completely disassembled in the shop with Corey frantically working to put it back together.
Best place in town for quick turn around oil changes with usually no appointment required. Still recommend calling ahead, but Ive never been turned away or had to wait long.
I had my tires changed there and those guys were very cool and informative
Great speedy service with a smile. I knew it was going to be a cold weekend but my Toyota Corolla had been crying for weeks for an oil change. Tis the season of not having much money to spend so I turned to PepBoys. The night before I went ahead and signed up for a PepBoys account online just in case there was a deal, and guess what there was! $10 off is $10 off and I took advantage of it. I also joined the rewards program, because who cant use points? The website made it easy to set an appointment for the next day. I stopped in handed them my keys and walked around the store a little. Lots of little things I thought my little Corolla would enjoy like air fresheners, dash cams, backup cameras, and oh yes cup holders. BUT I held strong and kept reminding myself that Amazon needs my money for Christmas. Before I knew it they were done! I paid my $28 and I headed on my way wish a cashier saying Have a good rest of your day! And you know what? I think I will!
I went in for a battery replacement. My car died about 2 blocks away and I just needed jumper cables to get my car there. The store had no solution for me. One of the staff went to his car and gave me his personal set. That was ABOVE AND BEYOND, but the store had nothing. Though I ended up being stuck there, they were reasonably quick about installing the new battery. Initially I thought the price was high, but apparently my battery is expensive everywhere. I think they were fair in price, but I was disjointed about them not having jumper cables for me to buy or use. I wouldve left a deposit to use them and I think they could have solved a common problem like that.
I took the time to schedule an appointment for a confirmation and took a half day of work to get an ac repair done. I showed up an hour early ready willing to wait and with issue and was told too bad we wont complete a scheduled appointment. There was no remorse or attempt made to resolve the issue
Very good service from the employees very helpful and polite.
Great customer service!
Didnt rotate the tires like the service states (I always mark them to make sure). Steering wheel had oil residue on it. Probably wont come back
Worst experience EVER!! I wasnt the only customer there they tried to screw over! And they couldnt make it right. Nor did they try. Hire some competent people! Even their customer service SUCKS!
Left car with them and they had work completed very timely and when I paid the Bill- their coupons worked too!
Great service, but the tires it showed on the web as being available, in fact were not. So it cost me 150 more than I had anticipated.
I have had two poor experiences at this Pep Boys. After the first bad experience, I swore to myself that I would not go back; however, I found myself in a pinch around 6:30 PM when all other auto shops were closing up. Long story short: The staff was very rude, the job took much longer than it should have, I paid an extra $50 for the exact same two tires than I paid at another shop, and I pray that I will never have a flat after 6:00 PM ever again.
Had an appointment for Monday 2/4 for my Ford Escape, however on my wifes way to work her truck broke down. I had it towed to the Pep Boys on Evansvilles East Side. They understood and switched appointments and repaired her truck fast and fair. The serpentine belt, and a pulley broke. Her truck was out by that afternoon and she was happy. So was I . Thanks
Went to have my tires balanced. Long story short, they rotated them without my permission. went back to have them rotated to the way they were, then i was told my wheels need an alignment. I dont know why they didnt tell me the first time around. I was missing a valve stem cap and my rim covers were all scratched up and one is cracked. This place made a mess. I went in for their help and ended having more to deal with. When I were to have my tires rotated back the man was actually getting upset and defensive because I told him I gave NO consent for them to rotate them. Thanks for an unprofessional attempt.
Mechanical work really over priced wanted over 600 to replace an change driver side front hub. Took to mechanic we usually take our vehicles to an paid half that.
The employees are really friendly and knowledgeable
Service desk clerk must have been new, manager was very helpful
Twice Ive come in with a flat tire and received incredible service by the team. Very impressed.
My dad took his Tundra in for routine service and oil change. They have serviced his truck many times before, including mine and my moms vehicles. This would not be the first issue we have ran into, however, the worst. After calling to see if his truck was finished, they called back to say it was and he could pick it up. Apparently the mechanic decided to drain the transmission fluid instead of a routine oil change. Pepboys did not know how to fix the issue and Toyota was already closed. They were no help in finding a rental vehicle. I called and found a rental for my dad. His truck was schedule to be fixed at Toyota at 8am this morning. My dad called to check on his truck, and was told their senior mechanic would be in at 9 and will fix it. We obviously asked for the vehicle to just be taken to Toyota since we didnt trust they could fix it. My dads request was ignored. After numerous calls to the local store and to corporate customer service, at noon my dad is finally on his way to pick up his truck. We still do not know if the trouble will be fixed. No manager has called about the issue. We even requested to speak with the owner, Bob Hildenbaugh (unsure of spelling) and he will not call us. To top it off, my dad currently is still responsible for the $150 fee for the rental truck. Very poor service and no one to take responsibility, make a call, and make this issue right.4 days later and still no call back. We were told someone would contact us within 48 hours. My dads credit card is still charged for the service pep boys screwed up as well as the rental truck he needed because pep boys made his truck undriveable.
Omg idk what to say Tom is the best man ever he helped us put a belt on my truck as mechanics wasnt in and wasnt able to so he helped us so much this guy strives for customer satisfaction!!
Very helpful staff, went out of their way to be helpful.
Better than Auto Zone as far as tool or parts, price, warranties, or knowledge of installation and or product information.
Pep boys in Evansville, Indiana never lets me down. Whenever I have a emergency they always pull through and get the job done!!! Awesome place, I highly recommend!!!
I always go here first customer service is excellent
Great customer service in and out pretty quick with installation of new battery. Staff friendly
We broke down on a road trip and were lucky enough to be near this great store. The service was great and the people were genuinely concerned about helping us.
I always get my truck worked on here. Very friendly, very affordable compared to other shops.
Quick service. Good prices and a nice group of guys
Had a crisis on New Years day, and they were the only helpful tire shop open. The workers seemed knowledgeable and patient.
Sam in cervice department is awsome. She was very helpful and gave me fast friendly service for my stereo install. I will be back.
