This is the first Mercedes I have owned in my life. I bought it as a certified used car and I am well satisfied with the car. I am also really satisfied with the service that the mechanic did in and repairing my sunroof and examining the transmission to make sure it was working properly. I picked it up today drove it and its driving excellently I havent tried the sunroof because it was raining all day but Im sure it will work fine if it doesnt Ill take it back but Im sure that it will work fine. I appreciate the fine work that you did on my car. Thanks again.
I initially took my car in because the sunroof would not close.I had also mentioned that there was a squeak that I had heard when driving my car and ask if they could check that out while it was in for repairs.I thought it would be a quick fix, maybe 3-5 days, but it turned out it was longer. I was so happy that I received a loaner car, while I waited for my car.David, was in charge of overseeing the progress of my car, and kept me updated in a timely manner, which was important to me. He is so pleasant to talk to, and was helpful with all of my questions. Appreciated him so much!!!Not only did was my sunroof fixed, but they fixed the squeak, AND my car doors, that would not stay open when initially opening them, when getting out of car. So, needless to say I am very happy with my service that I received. I want to give a MAJOR THANK YOU to the Mechanic(s)that worked on my car. When I brought my car in for its regular service, they discovered a small oil leak and differential leak. Since the car was still under warranty they suggested I get it fixed since it would be an expensive repair once my warranty expired. They ordered the parts and repaired my car. The service advisor was very professional and everyone at the dealership was great to work with. I have had 3 of my cars serviced at D-Patrick and have always been satisfied.
I bring both my BMW 328i X-Drive and my Mercedes CLA 250 for service here . I like how I get a full detailed report explaining what needs to be serviced on my vehicles through email. As long as they stand behind 100 % Customer Satisfaction and Warranty the work they perform. Then theres no reason to bring my cars elsewhere.

Had a wonderful experience last Saturday at D-Patrick. Our service was prompt, even though we arrived early. Jacob, our service manager, was working that day. All went as planned including the unplanned use of an excellent loaner while they worked and washed our car for us.
