My worst car buying experience to date. Purchased a Mercedes 2017 C63s coupe (Out of state buyer). After my deposit/down payment was taken, everything went down hill from there. Communication dwindled to the point where I thought the car had been sold out from under me even with my deposit in place. 2 and half weeks later, after numerous requests to have my car delivered(3 hour drive) it was finally driven to my house by their porter. Upon arrival of my car I noticed the fan was running at full capacity. The car was overheating and was leaking coolant on my driveway. The exterior and interior was dirty! My car had to be taken to the shop for 1k in repairs which I had to cover the day of the delivery. I was given two key fobs with dead batteries. I went to start the car after letting it cool down and it would not start. Made a trip to autozone to purchase new batteries. I made it clear to Josh that I would back out of this deal if I was expected to cover mechanical issues that happened prior to my possession. I was promised it would be taken care of. They literally did nothing for me, nothing! I now was without a car since they took my car in on trade. I was ignored again when asking for a solution or reimbursement. The Mercedes dealer where I brought my car for repair never heard back from the dealership in question. I had no choice but to cover the expenses. A week later, my car was back in my possession. Now, another issue arose which seemed like such a easy fix, but was still getting the run around. They would not issue me temp tags/registration which I paid for. 3 weeks have now gone by where I was without a car. I was promised my temp tags would be over nighted via FedEx, never happened. I had to message Josh repeatedly who chose when to respond to my messages. His common response, “let me check on that in the morning”. You would think if someone spends 70k on a car they would make it a pleasant experience. It was the most incompetent transaction I have every been part of. Out of state buyers beware. They did this to me without a care in the world, and everything I stated above is documented. Go elsewhere.
