A small family business with great customer service. They will get your vehicle taken care of and keep you updated during the whole process. Jim and Melody are amazing people who will go the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied with the job done. I doubt I ever use a different collision center I was so pleased with my experience.

I was in a wreck 2.5 weeks ago and I was needing some repairs done to my car. Me being me, I knew nothing about collision or repair shops. So, I googled a couple and picked the one with the highest rating. And, let me just say I’m so happy I went with Jim Phillips. His staff were very knowledgeable Chelsea and Melody. And, they had my car painted (hood) and repaired within 5 days. If you’re looking or need any work done to your vehicle, I highly recommend Jim Phillips! 🙌🏽

Had my suv repaired here after a deer hit me. The staff were extremely helpful and communication was great. I got regular text updates. When it was all said & done, my vehicle looked fantastic! Wouldnt go anywhere else.

I set up an appointment to have my truck paint buffed out & polished, we agreeded to the price of $500 cash?, the truck looked better when I picked it up, but whatever they did only lasted about 5 weeks & then you could see the scratches again that were never dealt with? Really looks like they spent one hour spray waxing it and let it go., next I had an agreement with them to pick up my truck at my work & they were going to put new decals on it, they never showed up & I called a few times but no one ever answered? Looks like they took my money and ran. Owner insisted that I paid cash?, I will never use this place again

Great people. Detailed my truck inside and out after the repairs. Kept me updated finished early. Staff was great and very polite. I plan on having them paint the car Im restoring. Highly recommend this shop!!!!

I got my vehicle repaired here and I was pleasantly surprised to see my car was miraculously cleaned inside and out and the repair looked awesome! It looked like it did when I first bought it! This is a great family owned business and I recommend it highly!

Absolutely unprofessional service. I went in for 2 repairs. One for my door and fender, and one for my back bumper. They said it would take a week for both to be repaired. Two weeks later I went to pick my car up to learn that they had completely forgot to do repairs on my bumper and that my windows would no longer work through the door controls. I would never recommend using this business for car repairs if you value your time and sanity. If I could give 0/5 stars I would, but sadly 1 star is the lowest I could go. I waited a week longer than stated for HALF of what I was promised.

I want to give 3 stars just because of the female workers here, but I cant. What was scheduled as a 5 day repair (7 with weekend) took 18 days in total. I was told by the female receptionists that the wrong parts were ordered so it would be another week. They took care of what I owed and everything and I was very appreciative. Week goes by and I get another delay until Wednesday and then another until Friday because he forgot to order a fog light. Just got it back today (Friday) and I was talking to a guy there i think its Jim idk. Extremely rude making excuses saying it wasnt their fault when I brought up the ordering wrong parts. Blamed it on everyone else but him. Would have given 3-4 stars if he took the blame and was a bigger person about it because the car turned out fine but the service from him was awful.
