Helen has been tirelessly creative and attentive while trying to fit my very difficult feet through the pandemic. We ended up with a pair of Russian Pointes that are the most comfortable shoes Ive ever danced in! Other staff members like Natasha also go above and beyond, shipping orders on off-days to make sure orders arrive in a timely manner. Allegro staff are knowledgeable and supportive of the older dancer. Excellent shop!

These ladies do such a thorough and excellent pointe shoe fitting. They are patient and knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to really ensure the dancer is happy, comfortable and has a good experience. We would never consider going elsewhere; the customer service at Allegro is superb.

I was just here for my first pair of pointe shoes (Im an adult dancer), and it was a wonderful experience! My fitter really knew her stuff, and was a blast to talk to while we worked. She spent an hour and a half making sure we had the right shoe and teaching me how to sew and care for them. The time flew by and not once did I feel rushed as we carefully made choices about my shoes.Thanks so much yall!

Staff felt unsafe when me and my 12 year old daughter walked in store one young lady began to close opened doors and secured her belongings I felt uncomfortable but I spent over 100 dollars only because my daughter is a fantastic dancer with jofffrey ballet for the past 5 years!!!

The associates are always friendly:-) Appointments for Pointe shoes fittings are required, but the associates are incredibly knowledgeable. Each fitter undergoes thorough training and apprentice for months before being allowed to fit solo. Pointe shoe fittings generally take an hour, especially for a first-time fitting. For successive fittings, bring in your old Pointe shoes. Allegro is the only place we purchase Pointe shoes:-)
