I am a foreigner. I visited Jakes Auto two times in 2020 and one in today. Two of them including todays case were because of my misunderstanding about vehicle functions. They were honest, spending time to teach me about the car.When there was acually a problem in my car, they were very professtional. And the price was very reasonable. I could feel their honesty.I like Jakes Auto. I will remember this place.

Jack is a very qualified mechanic hard to find such a great guy. Once you come to him you wont go anywhere else. Very reasonable and fair price.

I am extremely pleased with Jakes Auto. I worked with Rick (Manager) over the phone to coordinate A/C work on my daughters car and found him to be very professional and honest. They had to purge and reload the refrigerant and did not charge me for new refrigerant since they recycled what they took out. Actual cost came in well under original estimate.Highly recommend them!

Jack is the best mechanic ever - he is honest, reliable and does a great job with cars. There were some issues occurred with my cars electronic which he diagnosed for me completely free of charge!

Jake is an honest and conscientious mechanic. He saved my son from buying a really dangerous car. We live nearby, he always remembers us and waves if his head isnt under a car hood. I have taken my cars here for a long time, and he has always done a great job. In the summer his son worked there,and it feels like a family place. Rick, though not related does a good job too. As Jake keeps his faith, you have to get your car before three on Fridays, but I admire that too.

I took my car here because my mother suggested. I had to get my brakes replaced and they did that. Then about a year and a half later they were grinding and squeeking again. They had to replace calipers. Now less than a half year later, my breaks are grinding and squeaking again. 1500 down the drain and now im going somewhere else and god knows how much ill have to spend. I feel drained and taken advantage of. Thanks for nothin Jake.

UNPROFESSIONAL... I had a flat tire with a nail in it.,I spoke to Rick the evening before and the morning that I went, he didnt tell me that it would be a few hours before he could actually put just a plug and a patch on it., I asked him why didnt you tell me that when I called and was driving this morning, he said, you didnt ask... The place was empty
