We needed repairs to our Jayco Pinnacle while on the our honeymoon adventure and our St Louis dealer Apache Village found Wellings RV for us and Holly and Mark stayed late to keep our adventure going. And even gave us their cell number in case we had any other issues!

I had been warned by lifetime local residents to not use this company. But, I like to form my own opinions and was as fully prepared to spend my money locally! I love my community! I am sad to say I was greatly disappointed in Wellings.A person would be wasting time, money, and effort using this company. From the ignorance and lack of knowledge of the business to the nerve racking rudeness of the person in charge We had wasted 30 days to have absolutely nothing done. Even the insurance company was beyond frustrated. Excuse after excuse was given for lack of work, ambition, and ethics. When I inquired about the lacking service I was told they would have my camper buttoned up and I could come get it. NO APOLOGIES NO CARES GIVEN. I picked up my camper and thousands of dollars in repairs went away. just like that...With that being said, on June 1st there will now be a new repair company in Evanston and I will be 1st in line

We had a customer on the road that was having issues with their Jayco Pinnacle. We contacted Welling RV & they were more than helpful to get our customers going and back on the road.

Best car dealer I have ever worked with they have always been there to help even just advise at time but they do everything they can for there customers

These guys will charge you for services not rendered. If you like spending money for nothing then use these guys...otherwise use someone else!

This place was ridiculous I called to ask how much it would be to come and fix my trailer out to Wyoming downs I was told a $55 service call plus the parts..I went into pay my bill and I was charged $185 bthey charge an extra $95 for labor doesnt a service call mean the $55 what a rip off never again will I go there or suggest anyone

Cheap in house financing, I bought a vehicle from this place a while back and it had bent pistons, I also bought a extended powertrain warranty that was supposed to cover that but they would not accept the warranty
