Honestly and truthfully in the beginning I was very upset with communication within the business. But all in all in the midst of COVID and other unforeseen issues the job was finally completed, and the 3 guys that came to get the job done did outstanding! Very professional, punctual, and respectful. “Mr. Posey give them fellas some recognition, they did their thing”

Crew Chief Allen Williams led a very professional and friendly crew. They installed ten new windows and a very nice bit of siding on my home this week. I was very impressed with the entire crew as they performed their job. They were timely, professional and never hesitated to answer a question when I had one. They cleaned up the site each day and made sure to keep the gate closed and locked when they left for the day. My dog loved each and every member of the crew. I would not hesitate to have them back again. Great job, guys.

We had vinyl siding installed on our home. Jeff Story gets a 5+++ for the wonderful work that he did. He showed up early each day and put in more work than expected each day until the job was completed. Our home looks like new again. In the end and after the first roofers were fired and replaced....our metal roof was completed and looks wonderful as well!!!

After mr Posey came to my house took pictures of the bad work his crew did,,mind you its the second time his crew had to come,,, mr Posey in my house told me all my concerns was legitimate And he would get back with me so we could correct the problems 4 months later still havent heard from Mr Posey he seen active leaks on both sides of my chimney his crew did and he took pictures,,,, Please tell me what I did to deserve the treatment that youve given me??????,, Your own crew told me That the shingles you used was shingles from 2017 that had been sitting on his work yard for years and was leftover shingles from a previous job...

I signed a contract with the Posey construction salesman and paid 50% down on windows install and was told that due to the pandemic, it could take up to 3 months to receive the windows. They do not order the windows until Jack Posey verifies the window measurements and Jack did not verify the measurements until 1 month after I signed the contract. 4 months after I signed the contract, I was given and install date by Brandy but that was canceled just 1 day before the scheduled date because of some problem. Brandy told me that I was the next person on the list for windows install so they would be contacting me soon. After 2 weeks of waiting, I called Brandy and was given a new install date for the end of the week. I called their office at 3 pm the day before to confirm that nothing had changed but no one answered the phone. I called again at 4:30 pm and received the after-hours answering service. I explained that I wanted to confirm that I was still scheduled for the next day and after talking to Jack Posey, she said Jack would call me back in a few minutes. Jack never called. The next day, no one showed up. I called Brandy asking why no one showed up and she said I should have confirmed the appointment and when I told her that I spoke with the after-hours service who spoke with Jack Posey, she said “I don’t know what they told you, I’ll check on it” and hung up. She never called back. I contacted the salesman who made some calls and had me scheduled for the next week. The windows were installed 5 months after I signed the contract. Mr. Williams ‘ team installed the windows and did a good job except for one item. Everyone knew that the widow sill of one of the windows was rotted and the contract said they would replace it. Instead of replacing the rotted sill, some of the sill was cut out and a piece of bare wood nailed to the rotted sill. Some rotted wood remained, the repair wood was unpainted, it was not caulked and metal trim was placed over it. If the metal trim ever leaks, water will run into the house as there is really no sill on this window. I have reported just the facts that occurred and leave it up to potential customers to decide if this is a company you want to preform work for your hard earned money.

First talked to Larry about getting my siding done. I was really skeptical about the whole process due to the potential money cost. Larry was a cool dude along the way and talked me through everything. He gave me different options and was up front about every question that I had. He helped me pick out a great color too!Larry consistently updated us the whole time from finance to completion. Every time I asked him where we were on the board he would up date us within minutes. Larry is seriously A+ for customer service. I will not hesitate to use him again for any home improvement services that I need.The team that put the siding on were experts. They were friendly, responsive, and always in a good mood! They were so awesome, I even gave them some of my prized peppers that I grow! Seriously an amazing crew! Double their pay!The house looks immaculate. I will continue to use Poseys for years to come.

I purchased 14 replacement windows from Posey Home Improvements last December 2020. The salesman Nick Halliday was punctual at the stated appointment time. He demonstrated the window and provided a very competitive bid. When I chose his bid, he explained what would happen next and due to the covid epidemic he stated there may be some delay. There was no delay as the windows arrived and the installation date was set. The installers arrived as scheduled and completed it in one day. The windows are just as promised and are a great improvement in my home. I would recommend Posey to everyone and ask for Nick.

We had them come out and give an estimate for a new roof and 2 weeks later we had a new roof. We couldn’t have asked for a better company to put on our new roof. He also pointed out everything that I need to have fixed on my roof before I finish payment with the slightly cheaper roofing company. Mr. Posey and his team converted our grass roof to a metal roof on our tiki bar. Every step was explained in detail and any concerns we had were addressed immediately. New roof in January. Installed ridge vent, removed shingles, replaced all damaged decking, installed architectural shingles, Team was relatively prompt, worked late into the evening, and were very courteous.Roof looks great, weve had no issues. Clean up was fabulous! Wend above and beyond with the clean up. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof.Additionally, Posey was the only roofer that mentioned that I had hail damage, at least two other local companies had already been on the roof. This ended up allowing me to use insurance to cover the cost.

They didn’t show up when they told me they would come. Then they didn’t want to give me my money back. Four weeks later I found a check for the down payment I had made!

Posey did our siding and replaced all of our windows in May 2015. We were recommended to them from by a family member that saw them at a home and garden show. They were very impressed with how the company presented their selves. We had 2 other quotes from prominent companies in the CSRA for this project. Posey beat all the other quotes (apples to apples) by hundreds ($$). During the quote they were very friendly and explained everything to us. We were also impressed with how they handled their selves and presented the company. Once the work began it took about 3-4 days to complete. The crew was very friendly and worked very hard and well together. They cleaned up well after each day and at the end. During the instillation of the siding our AC wire was nicked (which I was told by AC company it is a common mistake that happens). They picked up the bill for the repair and apologized for the inconvenience. We had one issue with a screen not sitting right and it was corrected by Posey. Overall we enjoyed the experience and love the way our home looks now! It has made a big difference! It increased the appearance, the noise from outside is decreased, heat/cold gain/loss is 100 times better! I would definitely use the company again in the future and would recommend them if you need new siding or windows!

The company done a great job. They came and finished in one day. The crew had to worked around our christmas decorations and left them the way they were and all at a great price. I would recommend them to my friends.

Horrible. They will take your money and you NEVER hear from them again. When you ask them to show up and do the job the give you the runaround. Took 4k from us for a deposit. Never heard back. Called and called. Finally got a call from Jack days later saying he never said when he would do the work. Been over 3 weeks. He said he was busy in Tampa and didnt know when he could do the roof. RUN. DO NOT TRUST.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! After trying to get someone to answer the phone for four days, I finally got a free estimate scheduled for the following Monday at 11am for some roof work and other upgrades needed to my house. Then I get a call during the weekend telling me my job wasnt big enough. They had never seen the job to make that assumption. I told them I had a lot of other stuff I wanted upgraded cause I plan to put the house back on the market. A lady name Christine said she would let Jack know that. So Monday comes... they dont even show up, no calls to address my situation or nothing. Ive never experienced such poor customer service in my life.

Marty came out and gave us an estimate, he was great. Gave them the down payment then didn’t hear from them for months! After harassing them they finally came and did our roof. They subcontracted the work out to some other ppl, who were careless and we ended up having a major water leak in our sunroom! We told Marty about it and he claimed they would replace our water damaged items and when it came time to pay they didn’t want to pay! The guys they got to do our roof blew a fuse in our garage and never told us anything when we got back home all of the food in our deep freezer was spoiled! Had to twist arms to get reimbursed for that! Marty promised there would not be a bunch of nails left on our property as we have small children, surprise surprise months later we are STILL finding nails all in our grass! Customer service was great, actual service sucked! Would not recommend this company! We should of went with a different company! Lesson learned!

I gave Mr. Posey $4000 deposit to get my roof done within two weeks it is now 16 days I called two days ago no answer finally answered and I was told that he would call me back that day he did not the next day I called them back again they said theyll put me in the queue to be called back and that I was a written down on paper then the next day which is today Ive been told that its going to be possibly next Wednesday
