Service was exceptional when purchasing a box spring that will be picked up for me tomorrow by a friend. The gentleman that helped me in the furniture area was polite and very helpful with my transaction and request. Thank you for making me feel appreciated as a customer.

I wanted a round table cloth. Bought one that was wrapped up and said round on pkg description. Opened it and it was actually a rectangle size huge. Go figure. I gifted to some other people.

I love going to Big lots... I could spend hours in there. I love all the home goods.

Did not have any of the Furnitures we were looking for in store and they have a back order from other Customers already pending so it be a week or more before you can get anything you really looking for. Clean store, great Customer service just nothing you really looking for is in stock

They have a good selection of home goods. I bought a futon mattress there. Very good prices. The salesman was very knowledgeable of merchandise and deals. Very courteous and professional.

Big Lots has changed a good bit over the years. Better than I remember, or maybe it was because I was at a different locale. Decent place to find home furnishings, although the actual furniture can be a bit more than expected. But timing a bigger purchase with sales and rewards would be beneficial. A little higher prices on personal items, cleaning supplies, and toiletries, but can be made up for in other areas. Everytime I have been, there is always something good in the clearance section.

They use to supply big bags of lollie pops that store vendors could purchase for their customers children,....but not anymore. The past 5 times Ive gone in there to buy a few bags, theyve been out and no one seems to know anything about the Lost Lollie Pops of Big Lots!! 🍭

Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere. It was About an hour from closing and of course every five minutes you are hearing the alarm from the register clerk about hurrying up and getting out. I was trying to get two computer desks. I didnt see them out anywhere and the man that was supposed to be in that department really completely ignored me while he was standing there taking to his buddy who says he was running a credit app. I dont think he was still doing it 30 minutes later when he was still standing there and the guy still ignored me even though he knew what I needed and the guy up front was still on the alarm. Long story short I left my stuff in the buggy and walked out and wont be back

Great service and prices.

I carry a weekly shopping list and when I pass Big Lots I stop in, usually they have a good number of those things on my list and the prices are always better than if I drove to the supermarket. Its nice I can shop there and lower my overall costs for the week. Saving bucks here give me more gas in my cars tank. Nice place.

The service I had today was amazing, however when it was time to checkout I became aggitated. I’m a very patient lady, but checkout today was slow pace. I had to wait 30 min while the lady worker with blonde hair continued to talk as the line grew longer. Thank you to the cashier with black hair for assisting me.

Ive visited this location a few times, but yesterday the customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The store is always clean. The staff really made me feel like I was important and that they were glad that I was shopping there. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

Furniture team is awful. Guy with the dreds is lethargic, useless, and frequently provides blank stares indicative of complete cluelessness when presented with the simplest of questions. Manager of furniture section is clearly indifferent. This is not suitable for people spending hundreds of dollars.These gentlemen would be much more suitable as custodians. I believe better serving furniture associates could be hired from the nearby Burger King.

Its a nice Big Lots. Not great, not bad, but nice. I think they are a little proud of some of their stuff and showing it with some of their prices. However, there was one employee that worked there, I really wish I could remember his name, that was very friendly and helpful. Good job on keeping the store clean.

I like Big Lots the only complaint I have about this store is that they dont have motorized carts. Im disabled and cant walk very far. I would love to be able to go through the whole store but I cant without the motorized cart
