Needed an oil change after work. Got in and out in about 40 minutes.

Yesterday after trying to call all day to the Bobby Jones Auto Care and couldnt get through I call the Evans and actually talkexu to the Mgr. Jim he set up an appointment from the next day. When I was there I was treated with courtesy. Great crew. Such a difference from Bobby Jones, the customer service there is rude, the techs are great but those that handle desk have history of bad customer service . Great job Evans!!!

Bad service from the person at the desk. Unhelpful and uncaring. While she gave me bad service, she complained to another customer that management was terrible. Takes one to know one. Went to the Walmart in Evans and had great service and people were really nice.

Out of the oil my. Car uses and was unable to reach over the telephone before arriving

The employees were very friendly and it took about 40 minutes to put 2 new tires on. I will definitely come back

The automotive center in this store has been the best yet. The friendliness and speediness of the service was amazing Ive never gone into a Walmart and only had to wait 20 minutes to have tire changed out and Ill for balanced and rotated and back out the door and on the road. Evans Walmart service department you guys are phenomenal in my book! I will recommend you to any and everyone I see. Thanks so much for the Speedy service I really needed it today.

Friendly staff! We showed right about the time of the last customer this afternoon, but there were no signs or rolling eyes and they took us right away. My thanks for the wonderful service!

Really terrible and extremely slow . Workers also smell like they just got done smoking a pound of weed .

Evans Walmart has its positives and negatives, but the girl who works the auto center on Fridays always gets us in and out and is soo friendly. Theyve helped us out with flat tires and oil changes in a pinch so many times when. My husband has had to leave for national guard and we got there just in time for quick maintenance. Definitely 5 stars for Evans Walmart Auto crew, particularly the Friday PM crew. Theyre awesome.

So I came 1030 this morning to get an oil change...At 1245 I went to the desk to see if my car was ready only for them to tell me that my oil change was never done bcuz the wrench that they use was broken...I asked to speak to the manager ...so now my oil will be changed at no charge today only bcuz I said thats what will happen for me sitting and waiting that long without any communication...dont bring your car here for an oil change...very unprofessional I will not be back

Went to Bobby Jones Wal-Mart, for tires. I had an old couch in the back. After waiting an hour for my truck to be next, the person came to me and said they cant lift my truck. He explained it was to heavy. So I went to the Evans Wal-Mart and got 4 new tires. Too heavy my A$$.

After our service was complete, there was oil residue on the center console, steering wheel, door panel, and personal items. Our wait time was at least 45 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were great and helpful. However, in regards to the service to our vehicle, it is easy to say we will not be coming back.

I called the tire center inquiring about an oil change, if I needed an appointment and the last call for service. They told me no appointment needed and to just come in, they close at 7pm. Which was the reason I chose here as I work late and this is the only place open in my area for an oil change walk in. I showed up at 6pm and was turned away because they werent taking anymore tickets that day. Ok..I was irritated but I understand, it was an hour before close and I wouldnt want to keep them past seven if they were that busy. So the next day I ask to leave work a tad early so I can make it there a little earlier, I call and ask if they are still taking people, they said yes come on by. I come by its 5:30, the lady tells me she has to go check with the shop manager but she thinks they are done for the day. She comes back and says yes, they are finished for the day. There was one car in the bay, zero in the parking lot area and no one in the waiting area. I just walked off. WHY have hours until 7pm if you stop taking people an hour and a half early! If that is your policy tell people that when they call. Dont tell them to stop on by. Post online that open until 7 but last call is 5:30. I wasted two days in a row trying to get an oil change here. Nothing fancy..standard change. I left work early to try my best to show up early enough so theyd still accept me. I wouldve asked to speak with someone but she told me it was the shop manager who told her they were done for the day. I wish I could rate on the service I received but I never got any service! So I dont recommend here if you are looking for a place open late..they arent. They close probably around 5pm just no one clocks out until 7pm.

Literally couldn’t even change two tires and made us wait 3 hours to tell us that they couldn’t do it. said that the tire wouldn’t break the bead and walked in and did it with my hands. Lazy. 90% sure they just didn’t want to deal with it. Take your stuff to professionals that actually care. NTB across the street does awesome work.

At least some of you could get some sort of customer service. Ive been on the phone for 45 minutes just to get someone to answer! Walmart customer service at its finest!

Horrible horrible horrible. Whoever I dealt with in person acted as if I was wasting their time and taking away from them holding up the wall. After 30 seconds of interaction, I get told to call and check later to see if my tires are in. Whatever, I’ll do that cause I’m not trying to make people mad thatvare working on my car.Fast forward a few hours, I get an email that the partial order has arrived. I wait awhile and then call to verify. This kid, I’m assuming the same, tells me “Well if it’s just a partial order just wait cause it might only be one or two tires.” No offering to go check. No offering to call and let me know. So here it is, 5 in the evening and I have a last minute business trip to D.C. tomorrow.I will never go here again. This is why you pay a little extra for local business.

I got in line at 6:01 pm. Posted hours say 7-7. Two employees immediately made eye contact then let me sit there in my car until 6:09, when they informed me that they would not be taking any more cars today. I asked what time they take the last car and was told 6:30. Well, thanks for letting me wait almost 10 minutes to tell me youre closed. Now its too late to find somewhere else to go today. I bet that was on purpose.

2 and a half hours no oil change. lied to be about wait time. stated 4 people however watched 8 cars get serviced.

I arrived at 10:10am. 5 employees were standing around, and 1 car was in the garage. I check in for 2 tire changes, what I thought would be an in-and-out, turned into 2:30hr wait. The technician as I type this, is changing my tires and moving like he has nothing else to do! Seriously, at the slowest pace ever! He may as well have his hands in his pocket. I’m so annoyed. Just want to get back to Atlanta safely, but feeling like I should’ve chanced it and had my car serviced there.

Service wasnt the fastest, but the guy helping me, was great. Super pleased.

Said they’d call when car was ready. Waited 2.5 hours and finally got tired of waiting so I went up there to check on it and it had been done for an hour and a half.

They replaced my tire and completed my oil change in a timely manner. No long wait

Ordered online, went to store they had pulled wrong size, 40 minutes to get it straightened out. Meanwhile I am steadily falling down the line to get installed. Took tires and left. Not a happy camper!!!!

7:45am Oil change was 2 hrs. And I was telephone that my car was ready when I was in the waiting room the whole time.....

They lost my ticket, and I waited 5 hours for a tire plug. But the job was eventually done

I didnt require any help, but it was nice that the employees of the auto center greeted me while they were stocking the shelves and asked if I needed any assistance.
