I am more then happy with my experiences at this big lots, we went in a week ago to look at couches but the one we wanted wasnt available so we left. We came in a week later to grab some random odds and ends and the staff member Gina remembered the we were looking for couches and came up to tell us she had the one we wanted in stock now. Thanks to Gina we were able to get the couch we wanted!

The store was well stocked but no staff. Only one cashier.

Didnt have exactly the phone Accessory went for, they had the next generation, a stand with card wallet.

Stay away from any collectible card or TCGs like Pkmn or YuGiOh etc. Went to buy some booster packs for my nephew and only thing in store were re-packaged cards loosely placed in a heat sealed clear see through package that said 15 cards and 1+ promo. My grandma could come up with better package design.

They dont price things ....and new check out arrangement...kinda sucks

Love shopping around at this store and looking at great deals compared to the bigger chain stores. This store always looks amazing clean as well so finding what I need was no hassle. The only problem is I always leave with way more than what I came for!! Love the staff as well very courteous and willing to help.

Tristan, manager of the furniture department was excellent. Went way beyond good customer service. Many could learn from him. I bought a recliner and he put it in my car. I could have purchased it closer to where I live, but he was so nice I decided to purchase it from him. He also took the time to search other stores for me for another purchase. He had a great sense of humor and I really enjoyed shopping at this particular store 😀

Big Lots isnt consistent anymore in making their pricing highly visible. In fact they have NO pricing on groceries! This could be solved with some price scanner stations around the store. This is the sole reason for the 3-star review. Nobody wants to tell the cashier to put stuff back if you dont like the price when you see it at the register. I left all my grocery items behind.

Wow, has this Big Lots been transformed! It is a huge furniture store in the front as you enter. Their home goods section has improved 100%! We went to look for Easter decor and candy after no satisfactory results online and we bought quite a few nicely priced items. We noticed their outdoor living furniture looked impressive. The food section is located in the back of the store. We didn’t have time to look but I’m sure it’s well stocked also. We will be back for our summer supplies for sure!

Was very clean and organized store, drive about 9 miles farther from Leesburg fl. We have a big lots but not as kept up and organized as this one. Good Management and team work

Bought a recliner motion console. The employee was pleasant and helpful but really needed help. They only had one employee for the furniture area despite a line of people 4 deep. He also seemed be the supervisor for the store that day! This was a Saturday morning at 10 am.We had come in after work at 6pm another day and the same thing happened. Please get more help for the furniture department. The poor man was sweating!! At 10 am!!

Stores well laid out and they have lots of available products and offer a veteran discount which I took advantage of. Whats nice about this big lots is there are plenty of employees on the sales floor to assist you with your needs. Ive been to other locations that have like two employees one of them is running around doing something and the other ones running the cash register. Its nice to see a well-stocked and staffed place that can assist customers.

Plenty of cool items with reasonable prices. The store was also fairly well organized compared to some I have visited.

I came for a bag of rice, they had bags of rice. I paid and left. Store was fairly clean and the lady that checked me out was friendly.

Loved the decor options they have. My room came out great!

Amazing how theyve grown in the last 20 years

Last week I bought two small boxes of expired strawberry pop tarts for the price of $3.50 each box. Came back two days later with my receipt to either get a refund or check again for a fresh date and exchange the two boxes. The refused to refund or even do an exchange; the cashier and manager there was EXTREMELY RUDE and I am never coming back to this store ever again, much rather spend my money elsewhere.

Service was good The only thing it was really hot inside the store

Very clean store. Nice overall selection of items. I think this is one of the nicest Big Lots I have been in! Staff is also very helpful and pleasant.

Eustis Big Lots is #1. Had went to Leesburg 3 weeks ago and supposedly ordered a chest .NOT, never ordered. Went to Eustis waited on right away and the young man new the number in his head and it was loaded in less then 10min. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales people. Well worth the drive instead of going to Leesburg.

Love Big Lots, but Christmas music was playing. WAY to soon! Very disturbing!

It did not have all that I needed

I usually love Big Lots, but today they were out of everything. A little disappointing.

Well, every since Big Store it is my go to store for cleaning supplies. In the past I have purchased furniture for my living room. I just love to look around because you will never know what you might find. It is like a kid in the candy store but I cant buy everything I see. It is one of favorite stores.

Not bad, but with Ollies near by now I find if Ollies has the same item it is way less then big lots. Big lots has become my last resort store for items I just cant find else where. Still normally only 30% of that time they might have what I was looking for reasonably priced.

I wanted to purchase an item that was on the rack that said $2.00. There were many more there. I picked up five. When I got to the register it can up that they were $5.00. I would have paid the higher price if that was what is was and where it was at, but they would not honor that they mistakenly put things in the wrong place. It was the principal of the situation.

Pleasant purchasing experience.

Very impressed with the new remodeled Big Lots in Eustis. The walkways are wider and everything is neat and easy to find. This store also has a good selection of items especially bedding and specialty food items. I will definitely go back to shop. They also have a good selection of wall art. It felt nice, clean, and airy.

They have changed it around and it is nice and clean and neat. the bathroom was especially nice and clean which I very much appreciated. The whole store is very well organized and neat.

Dont bother with this store.Everything is way over priced.It is hard to find someone to ask question. Dont bother asking someone stocking the shelves, a vendor, a question. They do not know were anything is located, and are extremely rude about it.Will not be returning to this store anytime soon .

I love the new look to the store however it doesnt seem like they have enough space. The furniture is right up front, to where you absolutely have to look at it before everything else. Seems just a bit congested to me. But the new look is nice otherwise.

The people that work there are atrocious. The ad stated cdl drivers showing there cdl would receive 15% off. When I checked out, I showed the lady my license and she wouldnt honor the discount. I have a cdl. She called me everything but a liar. I wont be going back. How rude.

We dont do quantity shopping here, but there are some items we get here that we either cant find or else are more expensive elsewhere. Coconut milk and sunflower seeds come to mind. When they have their Family and Friends specials, the lines can be brutal, so if I am only buying our usual stuff I avoid those weekend days. A few of the check-out clerks have been there a while, so it is neat to know them when you check out. There is a pretty good variety, so that sometimes we even buy items we usually get a bit cheaper elsewhere for the sake of convenience, like milk or eggs.

My fiancée and I recently got a mattress and box spring set from this big lots. We had ordered a queen and got a queen box spring but the mattress was full. We brought it back and Brian took such great care of us. We got the new mattress with 0 problems and the staff were extremely helpful and prompt about fixing our issues. Great customer service! Also the store looks amazing! Keep up the great work guys!!

Just looking around, comparing prices on patio furniture. Seemed a little high, but Im sure its comparable to other stores. Nice furniture there.

The store is being revamped and I think they are trying to make it more organized but I liked it the way it was as I knew where everything was located, now you have to look around to much to find what you came in for. I will be glad when they are finished with this reno. Otherwise a great place to shop.

Nothing to brag about the Christmas selection this year is very small and while waiting to cash out the young guy helping on the walkie talkie had to cash me out because the other cashier skipped a woman ahead of us very rude

Place looks like it got an extreme makeover. Its so easy to find things now.. Definitely a 10.

I love this store! The place is great for last minute gifts for children.I need to watch my money and this store helps me do just that.Nice things for the kitchen and garden. Inexpensive HBA items. Not cheap...inexpensive and there is a difference!Most of the employees seem to enjoy working there. Theres been a couple times I experienced crabby salespeople but thats not the norm.

Gotta love this place!! Lots of bargains, from soup to nuts, decorative pillows, the after-Christmas bargains, greeting cards, cat litter etc. etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Give it a try; you wont leave empty-handed!
