Great staff and good food for a convenient store plus employees are very helpful and friendly but they don’t have one thing I like White chocolate Doubleshot Starbucks coffees other than that I like this one 😃🙃🤨 well they have changed their food service to self serve and I think that’s a mistake with the virus and everything yeah I don’t really want the sandwich that someone might have touched I prepaid for gas and the pump did not work right so tried moving to another pump they said it would go back on my card because I didn’t use the money except 4.04 since but they did not tell the truth so I’m out 25.96 I guess I have to go back that store is not worth ur time 😤😠

I stop here almost every moring for the breakfast empanadas cause I love them. The moring workers are awsome and greet me every time I walk in. I pass 2 other 711 on my way to work and this one is the one I wait to stop at because of how friendly they are

I grab 2 liter zephyrhills from the cooler wait in line and the total comes to $2.79 when the sign in the cooler door says 2 for $2.22. So I mention that by the way the sign definitely says 2 for $2.22. I’m just giving information, already paying for my stuff, hoping they’ll take down the sign, because I work in retail. I don’t care about 50 cent myself, but someone else might. The cashier has the audacity to tell me to “lose the attitude.” Are you kidding me? I’m so mad right now, that he could even think that was ok.

Clean people that work their are friendly.

The worst! Always has been. Even before it was a 7-11. Older lady behind counter with hair pulled up and glasses has provided nothing but a nasty attitude for years.

This location doesnt even deserve 1 star. Yesterday I got a tea from the self serve area and it was spoiled. Unfortunately, I drank some and got extremely sick. Had to leave work in the middle if the day. After spesking to others people this morning, i learned that this location is very nasty and does not clean the machine.

Because I can’t give a lower score than 1 Star. The car wash doesn’t “wash” but aside from that, it was my fault that I used their car wash. Both cashiers but mainly the woman should be fired. The customer is always right, but especially when I try to report a problem to prevent other customer issues.HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and terrible personality. She was still yah-yahing me when I walked out. I told them simply if you continue to let customers use this car wash in its current condition “you” are the problem.

Huge turnover in staffing resulting in under trained assosiates that are not customer focused, lacking in any sense of urgency, inability to prioritize tasks. Staff continually disappears leaving one person to handle customers even if the lobby is full at night.Staff shows their lack of customer care skills with arrogance with nothing to support it, back talk, crude remarks and unprecedented levels of unprofessionalism at nightRestroom, at least the mens, is in a perpetual state of unclenliness and the toilet paper is out and no soap is available for hand washing at night.Hot food is not consistently available and the main cooler for sandwiches and similar offerings repeatedly has issues leaving food safety integrity in question at night.Drink station, sink and trash area are in a permanent state of disarray, understocked, dirty and sticky at nightDaytime is a whole different experience its almost like a different store altogether. This boils down to a hiring and training issue.I go to this store out of sheer necessity and no other reasons.
