This location was desirable for a quick breakfast in an outdoor setting this morning. The patio area has about 7-10 tables with two chairs per table. Great for a meet up or a snack and coffee break outdoors. The interior also has a typical Starbucks layout with seats and tables for those who prefer an indoor setting. This one is also a drive through which can make navigating around the property a bit congested during select times. However, if the car line is long, just park and head inside for prompt service. 👍

Clean, efficient, good, and fun. A place you want to spend some time. This location offers plenty of parking and a nice outdoor seating area. The drive-thru was non-stop while I was there, but the staff kept it moving right along.

Its alright under normal circumstances. Due to covid and staffing the place isnt open normal hours. I got a drink there the other day that was really bad. When I tried to go back to return it they were closed. Tried again today and theyre closed. Im keeping this drink in my freezer and returning it- one day when they are open again.

My sister in Florida insisted on driving to check out this new Starbucks that is only three weeks old. It is in the Mount Dora-Eustis area, in a shopping mall called The Shoppes at Eustis Village, which is on US Highway 441 North.The Starbucks is easily recognizable and located on the corner so there is also a drive-in window for people who wish to take out. There is also ample parking in front of the entrance, and once inside there was an absolutely beautiful and very spacious Starbucks. There are many tables and a large table opposite the order counter, and there are four comfortable immitation leather chairs to the right of the front door.Since the place was almost empty at 7PM, we took the comfortable chairs up front and enjoyed our drinks. My mother had an iced drink and I had a regular coffee.The thumping music from the overhead loudspeakers was not to my taste, but it was not the worst. I imagine that the employees liked this to while away the hours. Nevertheless, I fully expect that when this Starbucks is discovered by the people in the area, it will become a very popular place and one of the best in the greater Orlando area.There are three other Starbucks within four miles, but this one is definitely the most spacious and relaxed.

Recently went with my girlfriend and got two drinks as well as a gift cup and gift card. After placing our order, I got my frappe in about 7-8 minutes which I understand a busy drive thru takes priority but another 12 minutes later and nothing had come. I noticed other people who had ordered in line behind us had gotten their drinks and left as well as some friends of the workers came in, ordered, and got their drinks in less than 3 minutes. After a total of 20 minutes and my drink melted, we went to cancel our order. I’ve never had such an awful experience and waited so long for a drink and will not be visiting this location again.

I love this place. Very friendly and accurate with orders. My only complaint is the super long drive thru line but I know that I can only be helped so much, so still 5 stars for sure!

Mobile order for pick-up in the drive thru. The 2 drinks on the order were both incorrect- one of which was a big deal as it is specifically ordered through the app so the ticket displays substitution to avoid being made with allergen..and they made it with coconut milk when the ticket said water... The worst part is the barista treated me like it was a huge deal because I asked them to fix it 🙄 The other drink error was not noted until driving away, but overall disappointed especially when it costs around 12 dollars for two drinks.

I pre ordered so I wouldn’t have to wait. When I arrived half my order was unavailable. They clearly don’t know how to use their website/app to put things as out of order. Also the line was around the building so they seem disorganized and slow. The manager was the only person who knew how to do a refund so they are also uneducated. If I had known my order would be incomplete I wouldn’t have put it in. I am now missing out on lunch and have wasted time I could’ve spent getting food elsewhere because of their incompetence on such a small thing. Get it together.

I didn’t get the name of the cashier working the window today, because I opted out of a receipt, but she was so incredibly kind. She gladly accepted my add-on request at the window for a plain coffee (trust me, if it was a mixed/blended drink I wouldn’t have asked). The order came up quick and was delicious as always!

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks daily since it opened and I’ve never had any issues with the employees here until recently. The new employee Brittany has left me to feel unwelcome at this location several times and speaks to me in a very condescending manner. I suggest driving a few more miles down and visiting the Leesburg starbucks location instead. For some reason, the customer service here has drastically decreased lately.

This location never disappoints. Even when busy they get the orders out quickly and accurately. As youve come to expect with Starbucks they never get my name right, last time was George, but if thats the only downside I really cant complain. Love their leather lounge chairs.

This location is a great place to relax and have a good cup of coffee. It is also good for working on the computer or just socializing. It also has a great assortment of music playing in the background. I would recommend this location to anyone.

This starbucks has terrible service we wait for 30mins the employees hang out to much and they even messed up our drink order it would have been fine if they took long and it came out right i dont recommend this starbucks for anyone to go to.

Susanna didn’t even hesitate telling me not to worry about it and proceeded to hand me my drink. I am so thankful for her generosity, she really didn’t have to do that! What a sweetheart. This location has improved greatly since first opening. Occasionally they run a little slow, but most days are great. Shannon, AK, and I believe her name is Danielle are wonderful in the mornings. I can definitely notice when they arent there.

The old bait and switch. Get free reusable cup. Got there didnt have any but they would sell me one and it would not be eligible for the discount they are offering with the new holiday cup. I will be helping them limit their impact on the landfill. I wont be going back.

Honestly the best customer service in the area. The staff here give 110% no matter the day or hour I stop by. Ive stopped by all hours of the day, even on holidays and Ive never gotten anything less than perfect customer service.

Pumpkin holiday coffee is special for this time of year. This was open on Thanksgiving when even McDonalds was closed. A lot of space to sit down and good parking early in the morning.

The staff is cheerful enough but they rarely get my drink right. Taste what they give you before you leave or youll end up having to double back around. Id guess they just need more experience or better management.

New one on US441. Staff is friendly and my iced sweet cream vanilla cold brew was perfection. I am editing after a year. Now it depends who is working whether the service cordial ir even correct. Today, Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon and not busy the service is not stellar.

This location is usually really good and time efficient. The last couple of days I’ve come in the store and the gone through the drive-thru, things have been terribly slow. Long lines of people inside waiting to order and a lot of people waiting for drinks. Today I saw quite a few people walk in and leave because of the line. The condiments area wasn’t stocked and customers where having to ask the staff for creamer etc. I hope they are just understaffed and having a bad couple of days because it’s this store and the one in Mt Dora and they are both pretty busy. 😬

Staff have very little customer service skills. The girl that took my order could not explain to me the total on my receipt which was not the actual total of my order. When I tried to explain my question further, she quickly got an attitude. Keep in mind, just bc you keep an upbeat tone in your voice, does not mean it covers up the attitude you put out bc her attitude was very evident. On top of that, it was my birthday. Not the way I wanted to be treated on any day let alone my birthday. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. There are plenty of other Starbucks around with a much better staff. Avoid if possible.

Theyre great. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes when I order a bagel they give me one small thing of butter for both halves of my bagel.... One butter is enough for maybe one half and half of the other half...its getting very annoying.
