I bought $100 EV nail from this place a few weeks ago. Great experience in the store. The 2 employees there were super helpful and knowledgeable on most of their products. However I just got my hands on some concentrate and the nail only heats up in the very tiny center of the nail, rendering it useless. I cleaned it up and called the shop asking about their exchange policy.. I didn’t want money back I want to exchange for a product that works. They refused to do anything for me. Literally was told “unless you want to come in and buy another one there’s nothing I can do for you.”What? The only thing you can do for me is take more money from me?If the owner sees this review please make this right.

I used to love the place and would come all the time. They switch systems and lost my VIP and all my points on clover. I asked what was Gonna happen to all my points from the hundreds of dollars I’ve spent here and the answer was “IDK”.🤷🏼‍♂️ Lost my business

The young lady that helped me and my daughter tonight (6/19) was great! Very personable and very patient. There is a nice variety of products there.

Buy a fume vape pen and not even a hour later the coils burn out and when I call them say sorry nothing I can do for you. I could understand if it was any longer but within a hour is kinda ridiculous

Im from out of town and didnt want to aimlessly drive around and get to the shop and it be an outrageous price on what I needed, so I phoned store and check to see if they had want I need which was a smok Nord 2 replacement pod. I asked worker how much for item? Being from out of town I want to enjoy my vacation and not waste time to find a crazy price she refused to give me price even after explaining the situation to her she refused. So to be honest if my first encounter has an issue then most likely I will have more. Im displeased because I am now going to travel 6 miles further to purchase my pod from Puffs tobacco because not only did he quote price, he also immediately said I hold it till you get here I dont want you to travel for nothing and waste vacation time. So I give this place a zero star if that were possible!!!

They have hours such that you dont need to rush over after work. Staff is friendly and encourages you to validate the product before leaving.

Quitting cigarettes. Went in and explained. 2 employees were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a small nicotine vape just to get through shock of not smoking. They were friendly and wasnt expensive. Walked out with my items for less than the price of a weeks worth of cigarettes. Clean on the inside

When they first opened they were super nice. Now Everytime I’m in there I feel rushed. the other day I got flustered and bought completely the wrong thing (got a cap instead an entire nail for a rig) didn’t use it once and couldn’t return it still. Twice. One being a a bag that hadnt even Been unzipped bc I just looked at my piece and saw it wouldn’t fit.

Charged me 31$ for TWO normal sized puff bars. There’s no way i actually just got cheated that badly, puff bars are like 9$ a piece, not 15$. DONT go here. Waste of MONEY.

Do not buy your puff bars from here! they’re way overpriced and do not even work. yes you can check to see if they work right after you bought them but i came home with two that were burnt and only lasted a couple hours. big waste of money tbh.

Had to edit my review down since Ive been coming here for a few months.unfortunately, wake n vape has been a bit of a letdown recently. they always seem to have a limited-to-none selection of whatever you may be pursuing to purchase at this store. its a shame but I really do like going here for my smoking needs. they just need better consistency in keeping stock on hand and more wide selection of products.

Best smoke shop that Ive been in so far. Very friendly and helpful with any questions and have a wide variety of products and fair prices. It even has a little section with a aquarium table where you can sit and vape with a tv.

They have all types of vape juices, cbd gummies, vapes, juuls, disposable vapes, i was happy with my visit for the first time and i plan on coming back.

The staff at this shop is amazing, very knowledgable and friendly. I got my first vape from here and they helped set it up, gave a quick run down of how to use it, and even made sure everything worked before I left. Gonna be coming back for all my vape needs.
