I have shopped here for 20 years and love the chain and company values. recently noticed employees are not as eager to help with grocery carry out or as friendly at the registers. (All locations)Other departments are courteous and helpful. Prices seem exceptionally higher than other stores. Ive never felt that Publix wasnt as competitive until recently.Curbside service is prompt and accurate. However, they charge more on some merchandise maybe because instacart is involved.I hope things can go back to the way they once were.

They have the best lobster that you can have around for a great price. They have a 8 oz lobster for under $35 and it is phenomenal. The bartenders are great. Waitresses are very kind and receptive if you need to change anything.

I love shopping at this Publix, its always clean and has everything that I need. The pharmacy has such nice friendly employees and they get prescriptions ready quickly. Great place to do your shopping.

Great store always clean and kept up nice. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Small and easy to find everything. Does get quite busy in Sundays but they handle the increased amount of guests well.

Customer service is great as always but inventory is a problem here and has been for a long time. I think the store is undersized for the area it is serving. They are out of things very quickly.

Not sure if all the persons rating this store highly work for Publix. But this store is a little dirty and VERY expensive. Compared to other stores, this store is in fact very plain and not at all fancy. So what about the high prices?? As an example, how can they sell a gallon of milk for more then $4 when many other stores in the area sell a gallon of milk for less than $3. Most other stores sell chips at LESS than list price. Publix charges full list price. Most items we purchased were 30 - 35% more expensive than Walmart or Target grocery. I have been to this store twice and dont plan to go back. Both times I went there, it was NOT crowded as it appears people are fleeing the high prices of Publix. If you like spending more than you have to, and going to a small dirty store then go to this one. If you would rather save money, then avoid Publix.

Brought a frozen turkey breast. When we went to cook it there were 3 gravy packs weighting 8 oz. each that is a pound and a half of meat I thought I was getting a little bit of a rip off. Like Publix but didnt like this. Last time we bought there was one pack of gravy.

This is the 3rd time that the deli specifically has messed up an order. I ordered online ahead of time to pick it up and they were cold sandwiches where I explicitly put the option for both subs to not be toasted, and guess what happened? THEY WERE BOTH TOASTED. Can anyone in the deli follow simple instructions?

A small version of the market, but they get a bunch of stuff in there. The deli was busy and moved the people pretty quickly. All in all a nice place to shop.

The store is great, but the deli and fried chicken department is the worst Ive seen. People waiting for over 20 minutes and no one behind the counter says a thing. Terrible.

First time ordering subs via phone, everything was spot on just like I ordered, bet your dupa well be ordering again, kudos to the submaker you deserve a raise, right Mr Manger.

I had the most wonderful experience with the girl cashier, and the girl that was bagging my items. An item I purchased was in wrong location marked as a sale item, upon checking out I seen that it was over double of marked price on shelf. I asked the cashier about it and she very nicely had the girl bagging go check it out. She returned and said your right they are in wrong spot let me talk to the manager for you and see what can be done to adjust the price according to labeled price. I not only got item for the bogo but they reduced price in half and also took of a 2 dollar coupon of item basically making the items FREE. That isnt what impressed me by a longshot I was impressed because these 2 young ladies were nothing but helpful, kind, cheerful, and eager to make situation right. As I exited store I stopped and spoke with manager and let him know the positive experience I had and he said he would make sure that these young ladies would receive lunch for awesome customer service. I was visiting from Kentucky and I will absolutely go to PUBLIX again when Im in town.

Just as youd expect from Publix, friendly staff, clean store, much faster checkout than Wal-Mart

The only downside was that the fresh herbs were going to be restocked; I did go after 7:00 pm though, so Ill take it into consideration. Otherwise, its great!

My fave! Well stocked, with a wide range of products in each category. Old favorites next to the newest trends. Super friendly staff and great weekly prices.

Too small but good for quick shopping and Pharmacy. Prefer to shop at ones with self checkout though.

Woodland Centers Publix. My step mom, KA told us that her best friend considers this place her own personal Publix. Which just goes to show what a great job The Woodlands Publix is & has been doing because we 100% feel the same exact way, that this is our own personal Publix too. The down home personal touch & treatment this store & pharmacy has shown us makes it easy to see that we are just a lucky few of many that w/ out a doubt feels the exact same way bout all of ours own personal Publlixs. Btw if u dont have ur own personal Publix I highly recommend u find one cause u dont know what ur missing, thanks Woodland Center Publix Eustis, Fl yall RULE!!!!

Just went in to get subs and the Deli lady tells us were out of all bread but white and the white we have are these then shows us 6 inch hogges and goes to say that two is a whole and one is a half. How dont yall have bread made for subs??? Come on I know yall can do better.
