I found Bay Street paint and body because their sister company A-1 towed my vehicle after an accident. Damon was honest and always available to answer questions and stayed on top of my insurance company to make sure I got manufacturer parts. My car was completed in a timely manner and he gave me time to make sure everything was as I thought it should look and function after repairs. I have been back and could not be happier with this business. Nice to have honest family owned businesses in our community.

Highly reccommended! I went in for headlight restoration. The price they quoted was more than fair but after seeing how badly in shape my headlights were, they repaired them at no charge because they knew Id have to replace them soon. Also, I was given a quote for body repair that was very reasonable! I unfortunately was unable to get that repair due to budgeting, but will DEFINITELY be back when I have the money saved. Bay Street Paint & Body is honest, fair, and provide great costumer service/ satisfaction!

Damon and Christine took very good care of me and my F150. They did everything...dealt with the insurance company and their adjuster to get all the needed work done, made sure the rental vehicle was extended as the supplemental work orders were agreed to, even let me drop off the rental at their shop when I picked up the truck. Very poor service and very rude staff. They will break your car and pretend it is not their fault. Do not waste your time or money.

Less than impressed. We had our car repaired there and they did a horrible job, not only did they not even bother to line up the panels on the car but the paint they applied has already come off while the factory painted parts are still great. The mirror the installed on the drivers door has been defective since the day we picked the car up. When we asked about it they told us that they would fix it and never did. They also told us the work had a “lifetime warranty” however since we live out of state we couldn’t get it fixed unless we came back to Florida to have it done and when I took a transfer back to Eustis, they gave me a few bad excuses to why they didn’t have to fix it. If I had it to do over again I would and have gone elsewhere. They come across rude and do sub standard work. The car has since been fixed by a family member who owns a body shop and after working on the car he said that they shouldn’t even be trusted with finger paint.

Cant say enough good things about this place. If you need a repair on your vehicle, this is definitely the place to go. They will work with you and do a wonderful job. My car was wrecked and the whole front end was messed up. When I got it back it looked as good as it did when it was brand new. This shop is the best!

I went to several body shops looking for help with a scratch on a rental truck that was due to be returned the next day. Everyone said they couldnt help me on such short notice. Then I went to Bay Street Paint and Body. Damon said he was backed up with work, but would see if he could fit me in. An hour later I drove away with a perfectly scratch free truck. Best body shop I have ever been to. Incredibly nice front desk service and the owner shook my hand on the way out. Arrived at 9:05, was out the door at 9:25. Mike, the mechanic was professional and very knowledgeable. Would rate 6/5 if it were possible. I am from out of town so the fact they did everything so fast was a lifesaver.

Brought my car in for some body work and I cant even tell where the damage is anymore. No joke, I had forgotten which side it was on so I was looking on both the left and right and that didnt help me at all. The quote was very competitive and the final price wasnt an cent over. I will definitely be bringing any future work I need again.

I went to several body shops to quote damage done to my bumper, they all told me I would just have to buy a new bumper and repaint it but Bay Street was able to get the job done at a reasonable price & the workmanship is flawless. These guys are super honest, knowledgeable, informative and helpful. Highly recommend.

Both owners ( husband and wife) were so kind and helpful. They were easy to talk to and understand my situation re insurance. Although it took time to get my parts to arrive, it was a wonderful looking vehicle when I got it back. I Pray I wont need to be there again, but I know thats where I will go.

Incredible body shop. I went in with a nick on the back of my Metallic Glacier White Audi, and these guys did a fantastic job. Paint match is perfect, and you would never even know anything happened. The guy who helped me was hella neat to talk to. Hell understand, and also knows what hes talking about incredibly well. I came in for a free estimate for repairs on my car and he just popped back in place a few things, replaced small pins for free, and the car looked significantly better, all just by looking at it. He tells me immideately what other issues I have, and how I can apply temporary fixes to them untill I can actually get it fixed, or just work arounds I can do at home. From this small visit, it impressed me, and I definitely recommend this place.

I have never had a better experience at a body shop! My bumper fix was super simple, and while all other places wanted to charge an astronomical amount, the owner took a look at it and in less than 5 minutes it was done. The owner of this shop has restored my faith in humanity, as going to the body shop is almost as painful as having teeth pulled for me. He took a crappy situation and turned it all around. Their work ethic is awesome, you can tell they just really want to help people out. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for auto work, huge or small jobs. Dropped off my Tacoma and got a complete walk through on what was to happen with my truck from start to finish. It was done in less than a week and looks brand new. Everyone at the shop was friendly and answered all of my concerns. I got to speak with the owners first hand when I dropped my truck off, and again when I picked up the truck. It felt great having them show me all of the work completed before I drove off.Small business owners never get enough credit and I gotta say they have a forever customer with any of my body shop needs.Thanks again!

This is a predatory towing company. They are scam artists and thievesMy daughter had an accident in Mt Dora and wanted her car towed to her house, which was about three of miles from his businessHe proceeded to tell her that $ 400 extra to tow it to her house. How nice of this jackass to take advantage of a young girl who is distraught and crying.When someone is need, you should extend a helping hand and not take advantage of them.He wanted to tow to his business, so he can charge $ 26 bucks a day storage in an open field.When you treat people in this manner, it defines your character and apparently he is nothing more than a swindler who preys on the young and emotionally upset. What an a**hole.Run like hell from this business as they are grifters and dishonest.and will cheat you.
