The female manager and michael (not sure about the others) are horrible. I cant wait to finish out my contract to never deal with these people again. Sure, its pricey and I knew that going in, but If id have known what these people were like I would have never signed anything.

The staff here makes me feel like I have known them all my life or like we were childhood friends. They have a large selection here and when they deliver to you they are quick and will not destroy your home or your other furniture!

Salesman was in a hurry to write up my purchase. I was trying to look around but he kept saying my paper work was already. The same as cash or their you pay one week, we will pay 2 weeks is all a gimmick because they apply it to different configurations of the cost. Anyway you do it the price is the same.

Horrible staff and crew, they waited to call my references which I gave specific hours for their time to work and availability but they decided to call when not one but ALL were unavailable. Then said I didn’t qualify anyways, even though I have good credit and history. Wouldn’t ever recommend to anybody! Beware!

Walked in to the store today, and 5 minutes after being in there my family were covered in FLEAS! They need to take care of this. Gross!

Order furniture. Got a call day of delivery that the power block was not with the chair and they would get one in a week at the latest. 3 weeks now and still cant recline in my new chair. Terrible customer service. Go elsewhere.

Was a cash buyer and they gave us an amazing deal on coffee table and end stands. They even included the lamps!
