Love these guys! Terri is so great at matching her gorgeous pieces to her customers. I told her that I liked estate jewelry that was art deco-ish and she found me the perfect ring. The NEXT DAY, one of the smaller diamonds is missing, just fell right out. I brought the ring in to the Eustis store and the Franks took one look at it and said theyd fix it right up, no questions asked. I had the receipt with me from their Renningers booth, but they didnt need to see it. Absolutely love family businesses. Yall have a customer for life.

Im almost never a 5 star reviewer but I wanted to have some jewelry appraised. Imagine my surprise to find a certified gemologist in my own little town.Frank Junior is highly qualified and certainly knows his diamonds, gold and pearls and is a very personable young man. I did not need a full written appraisal so the price of about $10 per piece was more than very reasonable. I would expect to pay more if I needed him to give me written reports for an insurance policy.The store itself specializes in estate pieces. If I was planning to buy jewelry, I would surely come here first.

I had a wonderful experience here. I drove to Eustis from Ocala to get my antique wedding band and engagement ring worked on. Paul, the goldsmith, is a real artisan. The hand engraving that he did on my wedding rings is just gorgeous. Frank Sr and Frank Jr are so warm and welcoming and accommodating. Frank Jr even took the time to appraise some of my jewelry while I was there, and changed my watch battery. They go above and beyond for their customers.
