Ive been going to Turners Conoco since 2009. From previous owners to the new management, theyre all very helpful and knowledgeable. All the workers are very nice and friendly. Prices are also reasonable. Thank you so much Turner Conoco for taking care of my car needs.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!I called Turners because I needed someone who could fix a water pump connected to a timing chain on a 2007 Dodge charger that I was looking to buy. They said they had to call me back with a price. I get a call back they quoted me $600 said they could do it no problem and can start the next day. So I bought the car set up a FREE TOW!!! And got it there. I called them the next morning to see if they could change the timing chain while there were doing the pump. I was told that they wouldnt do the chain but that they can still change the pump. I say ok and let them do. I get a call about a hour later from them saying that its not the water pump its the freeze plugs and its gonna be $75 an hour for shop labor because they dont know how long it will take them somewhat understandable being as to where some of them are so I tell them to do it. I get a call about 7 hours later from them saying that its not the freeze plugs its the water pump and we wont do it come pick up your car. When I asked why did they tell me they could they said well we thought it was like every other car. Well after I get out of work I go to get my car I asked if they could at least hook me up with a tow to the next mechanic cause I could have used my free tow to bring it to someone who could have done it. After looking at me like I was stupid for even asking a question like that he told me he wasnt F**king paying for that and that he has never seen a car with the water pump in the engine. Now its gonna cost me $150 more (witch really isnt a bad price compared to some i got) plus the $100 tow ride 5 miles up the road.

GREAT PLACE TO GO FOR GAS AND OIL CHANGES and for brand new tires and anything want done to your car or truck, wash jobs to.

Went had car detailed.they did a half a job it still has dirty sits still have dirt in doors and stains on seats.then when my husband calls and complains about it she told him i have a crappy car.for one my car isnt crappy.and now i have to pay thomas car car to do the job right.
