Blush Bridal has been a dream to work with! I found my dress here on my first dress shopping appointment. I was so excited about the dress, but also the experience. They made me feel so special and the process was a breeze. Theyve also been really helpful with all my questions. My #1 tip if youre a bride in the area is starting your dress search here, they have just the right amount of every style so you get a good idea without being overwhelmed.

I am so thankful I came to Blush when I began looking for my wedding dress! Stephanie was the one that helped me try on different dresses, and helped me find the most perfect dress! Jennifer and Madison helped me with our bridesmaid dresses, menswear and all the accessories! They always kept me up to date on all the different things we had ordered and answered any questions I had. They are seriously the sweetest and most helpful people Ive ever met. I wish I could give more than 5 stars - I 100% recommend checking them out! Thank you guys for everything!

Blush is awesome! This was the 7th shop I visited and definitely had the best experience here compared to the others. My consultant, Marie, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Despite being by myself, it wasn’t awkward at all and she offered to take a bunch of photos for me. The owner, Jennifer, was also super helpful with her recommendations. The dressing areas were large and private and I love that they have an area to see your dress in natural lighting (only one other shop I had gone to suggested this). The only minor bummer was the dress doesn’t come with a garment bag and you have to pay $25 for one. I asked a few of my married friends if this was normal, and they said all their dresses came with a garment bag. Not a big deal though. I would definitely recommend blush for anyone searching for their dress!

My experience at Blush Bridal was everything I wanted it to be. The staff was wonderful, the shop was beautiful, and the overall environment was so welcoming. The entire process was stress-free. Whatever you want your process to be, they will make sure to make it so.

The second I walked in, I was greeted so warmly and made to feel right at home! They knew from my survey exactly what dresses I wanted to try on and pulled 4 right away. Jeana was fabulous and was a fantastic stylist who made me feel special the whole time. We managed to find my perfect dress, even with this being the first place I shopped at!It was magical and beautiful and I highly recommend their prices, being able to buy off the rack, and the packages they offer for their dresses.

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my experience with Blush. Even though my wedding was two years ago I still follow them on social media to see how happy they make each bride. It always reminds me of my experience and brightens my day! I went with my mom, my sisters, and my best friend and had an amazing experience picking out dresses and trying them on. My experience with alterations was also very wonderful. I wanted to change the sleeves and the seamstress was so helpful in trying to get the look I wanted. Unfortunately we had to scrap one idea and go for another but in the end my dress looked incredible and I felt so beautiful in it. I would absolutely recommend them to any of my friends and family and already have seen many of them walk away with incredible dresses that made them look so stunning. 10/10

Very beautiful. Have to wait too long for the orders but as explained in the comment that is normal (3 to 9 months) to be shipped and then you have to pay for adjustments after that. still the gowns are very beautiful and unique.

I had a wonderful experience dress shopping here with my mom in 2017, and they’re one of the few full service shops left in Eugene. The assistant asked what I was looking for and was able to pull 5-6 dresses for me to try on. Plus, if you find your perfect dress and purchase it on your first visit, they’ll give you a discount! Their in-house/partner seamstress was absolutely fantastic and so fun to work with.

Blush is the best!! The attention that each of the stylists give you during your appointment is insane. I never felt pressured into anything, and they made everything so seamless! I literally recommend them to every bride I meet.

Oh my goodness!! We loved our experience at Blush! We were able to find the perfect tuxedos my son and his bride to be were looking for. The staff all made us feel so welcomed and worked hard to find the exact thing we were looking for. A year earlier we also found the perfect suit for my other son’s prom. I wish I could give this place 100 stars. Blush Bridal was the second place I ever went to try on dresses. I was newly engaged and didn’t know where to start. I had never dress shopped for anything other than prom. After having a horrendous experience at David’s Bridal and left feel hopeless, I was determined to find something better. With a simple Google search I came across Blush Bridal. The gal I worked with, Sarah is the sweetest, kindest and most personable person ever!! She asked all the questions “When are you getting married?” “Where?” “Fiancé’s name?” “How did he ask?” “Let me see your ring!” “What are YOU wanting?” and you could tell she actually cared!! It was such a positive experience. After explaining a little bit about my experience and the dresses I tried on she had stated they just got a dress in that morning that the public has not seen or try it on yet! I tried on a handful of dresses and we save that one for last. I ended up falling in love and saying “yes to the dress that made me blush!!!” It felt so good being the first one to try it on and purchase it. I would recommend the shop to any bride, groom or bridesmaids looking for a local, personable, adorable and lovely shop! Not to mention, their prices are very reasonable. They went above and beyond to serve the best customer service. The owner and her daughter are adorable and sweet as well. They have since let me come in to try the dress on a few more times to show “out of towners” my dress and have made every single time I come in just as special as the first!Check them out! I promise you will NOT be disappointed!!!

If I could give them over a 5 star rating I would. The staff there is WONDERFUL. My husband and I were frantically looking for a suit to rent for our super quick wedding because he had joined the army and we wanted to get married. With only two days notice they were able to piece together a suit and even alter it so it fit him perfectly. I’m beyond happy. I would highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of sharing in the bridal dress shopping experience with my future daughter-in-law her family and bridesmaids. What a special event blush bridal made this special day. They offer a service called Blush after hours (Premier Appointment) and it is totally worth it. For a very fair and reasonable fee you have access to the store after they have closed for two hours and it includes a beautiful charcuterie plate, treats and of course champagne or sparkling cider if you prefer. The bride is the center of attention and the service was amazing. I cannot say enough how the entire team made this special evening perfection. Being the mother of the groom it was so very special to be included and to share in this special day.

Blush was the second place I went to to try on dresses, and the difference in customer service was nearly night and day. I never post reviews, but I feel like I have to because of how great everything was! I definitely would recommend going here, especially if you dont want to feel like youre getting your wedding dress from a car salesperson. Even with all of this Covid mess, they made sure that the small group I brought, and myself, had a great time and that the experience was as close to normal as possible. My consultant, Julia, was super welcoming and made everyone feel comfortable. She asked about my fiancé and how we met before we talked about my budget, she kept making suggestions and bringing dresses that were similar to what I wanted/liked, and avoided things she knew I wouldnt want. There were cute little decorations in the try on area, and a letterboard sign with my name on it. Little things, that had a big impact on how we all felt during the entire appointment. I did say yes to a dress at Blush, and about a week later received a handwritten card from them. Very impressed, and happy to do business with such a great place.

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful and spacious salon. I shopped here after multiple other shops in Oregon and this one was by far my favorite.I found a gown here that I had fallen in love with at a previous store and was able to get it for less expensive.If you go here make sure you ask for Sarah as she is the most patient, kind and excited consultant! She made the process a breeze and you can certainly tell she is up to date on all things bridal as she has suggestions for everything.Love love love this shop!

I’ve had a awesome experience every time I go in. The staff is absolutely amazing and good at there job! Both owners are very knowledgeable in both suits/ tux’s and wedding/ prom dresses. I used them to get a suit for a engagement, mind you I am activity duty military and I am stationed in NC. I got a ultra slim fit that was a perfect fit and I got it done within a few days!All in all beautiful people to work with and you will have no regrets!

I had 3 tux’s from men’s wearhouse get canceled at last minute 3 days before my wedding. Mine, my groomsmen, and my dads. I called Blush, and they fixed us up quick and got everything on time and for a better price! Super happy with my experience and will definitely be referring them from now on.

Rented 5 tuxedos with only two weeks notice of our wedding (didnt realize how long it takes for the ordering/measuring process) and they helped me out with no judgement. I went to a few other menswear stores in town and they told me that with my turn around time they couldnt help but Blush did. All 5 tux came in a week before our wedding and the Blush team did everything they could to make sure we didnt feel stressed and that everything fit properly for our big day!Thank you Blush Bridal Team!

I just visited there for the first time yesterday, and I was very impressed. The staff was amazing, welcoming and very friendly. Sarah was my consultant and she was amazing! She made myself and my group feel very special. They had a good amount of dresses all within a reasonable price range. I would definitely reccomend this place to anyone that is looking for a dress.

Easily the kindest most friendly mother daughter team and staff ever! I found a style of dress I liked and they listened to me. I only had to try on 4 dresses to find THE ONE. They made the process simple and easy for me, even when i had an army of opinionated family members with me! They made sure it was about ME and my feelings really mattered the most. We drove 3 hours to this place specifically, place is cute, pretty gowns, stylist was not helpful, they carried a lot of smaller gowns & my daughter didnt get to see a couple on due to that. The stylist just kept talking & didnt make my daughter feel special. We left within the hour.

My son and I walked into blush last minute day before his senior prom and walked out 20min. Later with a beautifully designed tuxedo complete from jacket to shoes that fit him perfectly. For $40 cheaper than anywhere else in town! The ladies were completely amazing and made this mom look like a super hero! I wish i could give this shop 10 stars, they deserve them!

Amazing service. I didnt realize they were closed on Monday when I went to return my tux. I was able to get in contact with someone and they gladly met me there within 15 minutes. The tux was great, the fitment was perfect and the ladies there are exemplary.

I had a great time here. I bought my wedding dress from Blush. I was allowed to look at all the dresses and pull the ones I wanted. We were allowed to take pictures and the girl who helped us was friendly. It was so relaxed and i was not pressured into a dress whatsoever. My dress came in like 2 weeks which is crazy fast! I’m going in for my try on soon! I have nothing but good things to say about Blush and am excited to work with them through the process!

Came in with a flexible budget, kept pressuring me to set a budget and wouldn’t let us try on dresses we wanted because they were out of our initial price range. When I shop, if I love something I will buy it. Definitely not encouraging or plus size friendly. When I asked to try on dresses that I liked to look of they decided to end our appointment instead. I hadn’t set a budget and would have chosen something that I loved regulars less of the prices. This reply just goes to show how judgmental this boutique is.

Very displeased with the way they run their business. Unwilling to work anything out as the bride did change her mind. I understand the dress being non refundable but the accessories that were not even shipped yet (nor were they special ordered to size). Blush was not willing to help us at all. I will NOT be sending any business to them

Teresa, the owner, and her ladies are so amazing! After a not so great experience at Davids Bridal in Eugene they were such a breath of fresh air. I am plus size, but that didnt mean I couldnt have just as much fun and just as many options, Davids didnt understand that, they had just two dresses for me and were pushy. Blush Bridal had so many choices for me, and they really gave me the kind of dress shopping experience you dream of, so friendly, kind, understanding and they really listen to you about price, etc. Their little rooms are cute and private and great for bringing a few friends to make it very intimate and you can really see that they want you to be happy no matter what. They werent pushy at all with their sales and let me come back 3 different times until I was 100% sure on the dress I wanted. Highly recommended and so professional!

To be 100% honest, I wish I could give no stars. I had such high hopes for blush bridal. I had heard nothing but positive things about this boutique before going in and what I experienced was completely opposite. I went in without an appointment to get a feel for the wedding dresses they carry and what not and when my mom and I walked in, we walked by two employees without a single word. I was never asked if I needed help or had questions. Hell not a single employee said hello to my mom and I. I didn’t find any dresses I was interested in trying on at an appointment and even if I had, I would never give my business to a place who had such TERRIBLE customer service.

My nieces and I had a wonderful experience there. The ladies in the shop were friendly and very helpful. My niece had a Homecoming disaster. The dress she had order was the wrong size and Homecoming was that night. The lady put us in a dressing room and brought every dress in her size to try on. Than after we found the dress she liked they altered it right away so it fit her perfectly.

So disappointed with this store. I came in looking for a simple lace wedding dress which they had plenty of but none in my size. Don’t even bother coming here if you have any hips or a chest. Definitely not curvy friendly.

Ordered a size 4- got a size 12 with the beads missing and dangling off. They even personally took my measurements. They will not pay for the alterations nor return the dress and get the one I ordered. They say I ordered a size 12 but you cannot lose that much weight in a week. The dress arrived a week late in top. I will never go back nor will I recommend them this is a disaster.

When I went back later for bridesmaids dresses they were nothing but helpful and attentive. The girl who helped us even remembered me, even though Id only said two words two her. Id definitely recommend this place again, especially compared to Davids Bridal in Eugene where the saleswomen were pushy and rude.

After spending 1,200 on a wedding dress the alterations absolutly ruined the dress. 3days befor my daughters wedding we had to purchase a new dress from another boutique. No refund. Nothing. I know when you walk out it’s your problem but when we got it home after 3 sessions with their alterations lady we thought it was as good as it was going to get and left with the dress ( our fault) after watching my daughter tug and pull on this horrible dress as a mother I insisted we try to find another. Good news we found a beautiful dress on a sample rack and it fit like a glove. Very disappointed with this bridal salon.

I rented four tuxes for my wedding, one black one for myself and three gray ones for my groomsdudes. Its harder to find non-black tuxes but Blush had them. The fitting and ordering process went okay and was as uneventful as one would hope.Myself and one of my guys came in on a Thursday (wedding was Saturday) to pick up the tuxes and make sure that ours fit. Just before I handed them my card to pay, I realized that I had ordered gray tuxes and all of the ones that came in were black. I called my then-fiance to make sure and she confirmed it.The people at Blush overnighted the correct gray tuxes and one of my guys picked them up on that Friday. I had also asked them to change my tux to gray too, only to be That Jerk Customer and change back to black after they had already turbo-shipped a gray one, and they put up with me on that.I believe that a business should get good reviews when it operates well and has good service and such, but I think that an even better marker for how good a business is is how well they handle problems. Blush handled their ordering error very well and they put up with my indecisiveness and my wedding was the best in the universe. So while I hope that errors like that dont happen again, the people running Blush are human and its how they handle such issues that matters, and they handled my situation very well!

Suit was fitted incorrectly shoulders were 3in + off wouldn’t do anything to reconcile the situation, wasn’t able to wear suit for my wedding.

Honestly if I could give it a zero star I would the owners unbelievably rude they send out items that arent even sewed together if she disagrees with the way things looks even though youre happy with it she will not send what you want all in all Im very unsatisfied with the money that was spent on the Suit
