Just your regular save a lot nothing special. But is better than other save alot stores Ive been to in Cleveland. Much more cleaner than the other stores

Weird changes are going on in Save a Lot. Theyre not stocking muffins anymore, I can no longer get Tia Santi coffee there, and it looks like they will no longer be stocking instant coffee period! Even the bakery cookies are hard to find. Im most disappointed.

Poor and often overpriced until near expiration meat and produce selection but there is nothing for them in the area to compete with. They have this area hostage and it shows by the low effort and narrow selection but hey its there and you wont die.

Friendly employees, a great bargain on everything, well stocked, clean. In and out quickly. Carts always available. Parking lot is free of carts and ample parking.

Seriously, and theyre adding low sodium, low fat items as well now, so you can shop on a budget and get good food. I have to make a trip to Giant Eagle every now and again for something Save A Lot wont carry, but its never much. Spices, canned salmon, lots of good things here.Im thankful theres a Save A Lot just down the road from my house. It saves me a lot of cash!

I really dont like save a lot but I love this one. It smelled and looked clean. The cashier was very nice, she smiled and was very pleasant.

I was shopping and had a cart full of stuff when a giant rat ran across the floor needless to say I said forget getting my quarter back and left the cart full of food right where it was at. I told staff there was a rat running around and they didnt even seem surprised smh I will not be shopping at save a lot anymore

A little bit of eye contact goes a long way. The staff here is so disconnected to the patrons it is sad.UPDATE:As a regular customer I think it is important to say that things have improved. The line moves quickly, other customers are considerate to each other and someone always comes to help ring customers up if the line is too long.Sometimes they are understaffed but that is mostly everywhere now.

Prices and organization are good. Customer service is lacking. Employees sent me in the wrong direction or when speaking to them looked at me with a cold empty look on their face. I get you dont want to be there, Ive been there. Doesnt exactly make you feel welcome.

It was sad no carts. Missing product. No workers. Oh and prices have increased and quality of goods and services lower. I remembet when the store first opened.

The one I went to by E.260 in Euclid, Oh was poorly stocked and had one person working check out. There was a very long line and the cashier should have had help.

I Love It!!

They have a better selection of fresh veggies. The meat is not always safe to buy (pork chops) customer service needs improvement. Staff talks about and puts down a child because of the way she looks. The child wasnt stealing or being rude or disrespectful just shopping. I felt bad for the girl because a grown woman was talking and picking on her like a bully would do in a school. Damn shame.

I bought a 10 pound pack of pork chops when I got home and started dividing it up for the freezer the meat was spoiled.They keep changing things around. So if you trying to be in and out to catch a bus you may miss the bus.The staff is real nice though and the store is pretty clean.

Have some good meat specials. Like their diet lemon soda. Also carry turnip & collard greens

A lady with a short hair cut that look like a man always trying to my fun of somebody with a food stamp card,have a smart mouth,and always trying to keep your change or try to gave you less of your change.she dont need to work here no more.you dont treat your customers like that at all.something needs to be done.

Had what I needed. Needs more cashiers . Line was long. Only one register was open. Good prices though. Went for 2 things and ended up with 2 bags full lol.

Great service, concern for shopper,s needs will open a new line if one gets too long or service slows down,the good news, the bad news is they ALWAYS run out of stuff after the 3rd and 4th week of the month they have to reorder a lot otherwise it would be a GREAT store, they need to keep better track of their stock

The meat they sell buy it an open it up as you are packing it. Make sure its not brown inside your non frozen hamburger or Turkey meat. Hate to get home an have your mouth watered for chili an have to go all the way back to return it.
