My experience with this company was less than ideal. It was challenging to establish a consistent line of communication to ensure my order was appropriately fulfilled and there was minimal effort reciprocated from the vendor to ensure customer satisfaction. I wasted time and money trying to do business locally, resulting in me using an online service instead. Its unfortunate as I love supporting local businesses, especially during these times. Good luck if you decide to do business with them and hopefully you dont have to deal with Bruce, hes doesnt have the best social skills.

USA Printwear has one strong email that pushes a ton of emails to junk. I emailed about a Flower Design for a Breast Tattoo last July and have yet to hear back. Guessing my breast wont be getting a Tattoo soon...

Poor management and communication skills. Rude and disrespectful owner. It took 3 weeks to get back with me about some questions. The product I received was incorrect and the color was also incorrect then the color I ordered originally. I will no longer be doing business here. Owner has some kind of mental issues.

I ordered mc rockers. And they worked with me to get the lettering I needed. When finished they looked great. Coulded asked for a better job.

Fantastic custom designs and artwork! Loved the personalized purses and chapstick holders for my granddaughters! They can do almost anything! Highly recommend!
