Employee friendliness is good but nothing spectacular by any means. I would say my biggest issue would be that the timeliness of vaccine appointments is terrible. My first shot started 45 minutes to 1 hr after the scheduled time and received my second shot 45 minutes later than my appointment time. My wife didnt have nearly the same issue elsewhere. I have no intention of revisiting the pharmacy/clinic at this location ever.

Nice stuff, clean store, loads of different products available. This store also offers photo services, such as passport photo, Christmas and Valentines Day cards. The only negative thing about this store is the shortage of staff on the weekend. Whenever we come, we have to wait longer than expected. You can get great deals if youre Walgreens members. Also dont forget to buy res noses ($2 each) to support a good cause!

Dimo and Jen at the pharmacy were very helpful with covid vaccines and my mothers recent allergic reaction to a iodine contrast.

I don’t usually leave reviews anywhere but this has got to be the most unprofessional and inconsiderate pharmacy I have ever been to. I have to pick up prescriptions for my mother and they’re never ready or only give her a partial and instead of letting you know ahead of time or asking if you would like to get them somewhere else they wait until you get there which is very inconvenient being as I don’t live in the area. I get hung up on before even speaking to someone every time I call. Just an all around headache trying to deal with this place.

I have been getting my prescription at this location for years and I have no idea where they picked up these bunch of rude employees from. So I called the other day about my prescription guy on the phone was acting rude I even heard him whispering to himself and cursing like he was becoming impatient with me. Is this is the kind of people Walgreens have representing them am gonna move my prescription to another pharmacy shortly. Bunch of clowns

The worst pharmacy & customer service …

I get my prescriptions and photos primarily from here and love the drive through pharmacy. Ive also got my flu shots here as well, I sometimes ship in store but not that often truly.

The pharmacy staff are very rude, don’t have considerations with the patients. They laugh over the phone when we asked why we haven’t received a call about the medication. They don’t see they are playing with peoples health. Very unprofessional.

The pharmacy is absolutely horrid! Whenever I call to speak about prescription status, insurance questions, or refill they will keep me on hold for maximum allowed time then quickly pick up and place me back on hold. I usually wait 20 minutes every month on phone. They often will hang up on me once theyve noticed I havent hung up yet. I have been going here for 10 years and will be switching

Ive never had a bad experience with this location. The wait is sometimes long for the pharmacy (drive thru and indoors), but they fill my prescriptions QUICK. I have sometimes left my doctors office and they are finished filling my prescription before I can even get home. They have been courteous to me and have never given me any problems. Always have everything in stock as well! I enjoy this Walgreens location!

I love this Walgreens! They have good sales, the people who work there are friendly and always willing to help. I use the pharmacy drive thru and never have to wait unless there is a long line. Those who work in the pharmacy are great. I have never had a bad experience and Ive been shopping there since they opened.

We’re in the store about 3-4x a week. Jesse is our FAVORITE cashier and always brings a smile to our faces. Michelle in the pharmacy is so wonderful too. They both deserve kudos for making this Walgreens extra special and a pleasure to shop in.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING MY MEDS TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PLACE. THEY LEAVE YOU ON THE PHONE FOR VERY LONG TIME. I LITERALLY DROVE FROM DOWNTOWN AMD I STILL WAS ON HOLD. U GO INSIDE THE RELAXING ON THEIR PHONES. DONT GO THROUGH DRIVE THROUGH ONLY FOR THEM TO TELL YOU SWING BACK BEHIND THE CAR BEHIND YOU. PLACE YOU ON HOLD ONLY FOR THEM TO PICK UP PHONE TO TELL YOU STAY ON HOLD AGAIN. I HATE THIS LOCATION.

I came to print photos this evening for my daughter cause her father passed. The lady Allie that was working in the photo department was so rude. She was complaining about my order and I was taken so long.

I have been here a number of times and ALL of my visits to the pharmacy have been an issue. Misinformation, scripts not in stock, neglecting customers, slow service, curt pharmacists, you name it. I would honestly encourage anyone to take their business elsewhere as they honestly do not give a damn about you as a customer. The ONLY saving grace is the manager Bill who did attempt to reconcile my issues there on more than one occasion. That aside, the pharmacy is a waste of time and energy. Management should really look into restructuring the staff there and hiring more customer friendly folks that at least pretend to like their job.

This pharmacy is as worst as the cvs down the street. They run out of a medication and dont bother to tell you untill its after hours ans you cant get in touch with your doctor . forget about calling them. I was on hold for over 20 mins. When I said something to them about it they said yeah we are aware you were on hold. Not even an apology. I actually got in my car and went up there while on hold. They surely fit in with every pharmacy in Essex, I havent found a good one yet in this area. Walgreens store sales will surely suffer because of their pharmacy.

Absolutly the worse pharmacy ive ever been to. They make you wait on the phone for hours while they text on there cell phones. Ive had three perscritions turned away because they dont have any more. Who ever manges this store is terrable. The pharmacy is the most rude and disgusting people ive ever met. I though one gets into health care to help others these girls get a power trip from it and treat you horrable. I wish there was a zero star.

Store does not open on time!!!! Dont waist your time trying to get there early to stop before work.

Ive never had a problem with my actual photos themselves however getting them is ALWAYS an issue. I have literally walked behind the counter myself to get my photos countless times because Ive waited 20 minutes for someone to come over and they dont. Ive also came in to pick up and my photos havent been ready hours after they sent an email saying it was, then I have to wait longer for them to get my photos printed. I dont know what it is with this Walgreens and their photo section but its clearly horrible staffing or just people that dont want to do their jobs.

Use mostly for pharmacy. Drive through is convenient but its always a wait inside or out. They need at least one person for the walk ins and one for the window but it seems like there is usually one person trying to handle both.

The manager in this store is excellent. He goes that extra mile for the customer. I was trying to buy the wireless printer that was on sale but they didnt have any in stock so he showed me a printer that they did have a sold it to me cheaper than the one I was going to buy.

The pharmacy is closed for new years. I guess partying is way more important than peoples health.

Horrible. Same pharmacist incorrectly filled a monthly prescription 4 times. 4 TIMES! You tend to lose a lot of confidence after that many experiences. Another experience at this pharmacy was when handing my prescription to the staff member at the window she looked at it and handed it back quickly and told me Oh we dont have this many. Didnt ask a pharmacist or go and physically look for the medication or check a computer. She didnt want to be bothered. Needless to say, I havent been back since.

Pharmacy is so slow.... Never have any help. Then they have attitude because customer are upset waiting in line for 45 mins with only 2 ppl in front of me. It wouldnt be a big deal if it was once in awhile but its every time I pick up my medicine. Now the store manger is very nice but Pharmacy needs a lot work on.....

STAY AWAY!!! The worst pharmacy anywhere. I would rather die without my meds then to ever have to deal with the pair of utter incompetents passing themselves off as pharmacy managers.

Inexperienced cashier at drug counter! Didnt know how to use express pad...almost got charged twice and than got attitude from employee cause she didnt know her job.

The worst pharmacy ever!!!!!! I cant get through on phone, you go there and wait atleast an hour!!! Get more help or get a new manger!!! Absolutely ridiculous! I will travel 10 miles out of the way to avoid this debachery!

The best drugstore out there

Drive through PHARMACY takes forever even with 1 or 2 cars.

One item I paid for was not placed in my bag. I just found out a few days later, after the receipt was gone with the reciclable. And this is not the first time.

This place is A JOKE !!! 2 & A HALF HOURS WAITING FOR 3 PRESCRIPTIONS TO BE FILLED !!!!!!! Go to A DIFFERENT PHARMACY

Hi owners or employer please I would request to see ratings of your pharmacist how your employees are working in this pharmacy in time or not. Please train or fire them.

Drive thru is super slow...horrible. Takes 30 minutes or more to pick up weekday or weekend.
