I would not recommend coming to this place. This place is a SCAM!! I recently bought a used fridge, drove an hour to get to this place. A few days later they told me they were going to deliver the fridge, which I took off of work for. they finally delivered it. A day or so later, the fridge had a leakage, rusted rack, and it doesnt make ice. Called them 14 times and still no reply. They even damaged my wall, which they will pay out of their pocket for. I want a full refund on my fridge! Never buy another appliance from this store ever again!

We drove 3 hours to find out the one I went to get was sold. We bought another one and the ice maker broke and we have a 1 year warranty so I reached out to them via messenger got no response. NOT GOOD!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

Found a beautiful French door Refrigerator on Facebook marketplace. I message them and they were very kind and reasonable at first. Offered 1yr warranty. Then when we spoke about delivery details I was told the fridge was sold to a walk-in customer. Understandable, so they sent me photos of a second fridge that I also liked. By this time it was after 6:30pm. Again we got to the point of discussing purchasing and delivery, they promised next day. HOWEVER, they said that fridge had been sold to a walk in customer. Couldn’t understand how as it was well after the 6:00pm closing time they had told me earlier in the conversation. Not to mention, how can you offer me a different product and that be sold too. By looking at the other reviews on here I’m glad I ended up not buying anything. Seems like a big scam.

Bought a fridge that needs a technician to repair some items such as water leak. They said theyll come (even the manager said it) but never did even when we call back 20 times. Yes, I said it 20 times. Even stayed home from work to wait for them to repair. Have proceeded to report to the FTC file complaint. Keep your business clean or else youre audited.

Extremely hard to communicate with. Nothing is done on time. Full of lies.I paid for appliances over 1 month ago and they have still not been delivered. They delivered appliances to another house but did not pick up the old appliances as they promised they would do.Additionally, I am still waiting for a refund for an appliance that they could not deliver. It has been 3 months since I made the payment.

I found them on offer up. The original GE dryer that I bought from them did not heat up. They replaced it with a Samsung dryer. They delivered and setup and they have their own repair service. Good job.

Friendly people, they sell appliances so fast that they sold the appliance we were coming for before we got there, but made up for it by giving us a $100 discount :)

This company misleads their buyers. They instructed me to wait a few days, until the replacement arrived. Since then I haven’t seen them. I do not recommend their service; there is a high percent chance you may get ripped off your money.

I ordered an appliance on Facebook marketplace. Frist day, no show, but I called them, they rescheduled to the next day. Next day I work, but I took time off work to meet these guys. They never showed up again! I wasted a whole day off work to meet them, but they never even called! I called them. The lady said she already sold the one I wanted. She then showed me a picture of a similar stove but its got serious dents in it, and its only $50 off msrp price. I said wow you want to sell me a messed up stove for almost retail price. She said dont worry we will put a new door on it. I purchased from them. They didnt put the door on right or its crooked, but the thing leaks heat like crazy, cant bake or cook anything! Not holding proper tempreture. Its a fire hazard. These guys will go to jail!!!! I call front desk, they say call owner. Owner say call front desk. Waiting 2 months, I call every day. They say next week.

Friendly staff nice cheap used appliances

The appliance started having issues shortly after delivery. They say they going to come repair but no one comes. They keep saying tomorrow, tomorrow and tomorrow. When I call tomorrow, they again say tomorrow. I would not recommend them. They told me 1 year warranty but that means nothing as they dont actually come repair!

Please answer y’all phone!!!!!!! It’s saying your phone service is out of service. I need my merchandise to be delivered today, please call me to resolve this issue ASAP.
