Needed a unit ASAP and was able to find an affordable drive up with ease. Managers have been great and helpful. I have a smaller unit but it fits all my needs. Noted no rat droppings and the facility is secure. Planning on keeping this unit for a while!

Security Public storage has the rudest onsite managers. They dont honor coupon given by the company itself. They also are infested with rodents such as RATS. I know this because, I witnessed this. I recently had a unit there and upon moving out of a unit there were rat droppings all over my unit and boxes. My boxes were torn n chewed. A lot of my belongings were damaged due to rats. I recommend you choose another storage facility. This place isnt worth a single star.Past tenant.

Do Not Rent A Storage Unit Here! Have kept my stuff here probably since 2016 with no real problems. Recently went to pull some items out of storage and when I open my unit, the stench of feces hits me in the face and all my stuff is covered in animal droppings! Immediately shut the door and left. Now I need to find time to completely empty the storage and find another location, on top of making sure Im completely protected in safety gear so i dont catch something or worse get attacked by whatever left the droppings in the first place. Cant wait to see how much of my belongings I need to throw out because of this. This is why all storage facilities should be active in pest control. Wish I could give this place a negative star.

We i’ve only been storing our belongings with this company for one week in that one week they’ve been nothing but rude and disrespectful. The first encounter they tried to kick us out 30 minutes early before closing. The second encounter was I asked for a receipt and was met with a bombardment of questions and accusations which I couldn’t understand. I’m closing this place is terrible would not recommend it to anybody. Staff needs training in customer service.

The employees that work there are very nice very helpful.I ordered my storage online but it was not the correct size. On the spot they were able to locate me the correct one and found me a better rate.I am very pleased with my storage unit and the service. The entire complex is always clean and very well maintained.If there was a negative, I wish there was a dumpster onsite.

Website is extremely unhelpful. There is no list price of storage. You have to call to get prices. Why have an extensive website if you cant even list a price for any of the services you offer. Security public storage offers alot of storage options but using there website is a waste of time.

On searching storage facilities this was the most affordable unit size and price i found in town, i also liked they have some promos and discounts on different unit sizes, it looks cleaned and have seen security guards on the afternoon, that also made me feel secure when i go to drop some belongings on my unit. i also know that my belongings will be well secure.so far so good.

I really enjoy doing business with this company! The standard monthly prices are a little on the higher side, but the security they provide is pretty good, so I guess the cost for security is decently balanced. The staff members are helpful and their move in special is best suited for short-term renters. If youre ever running late on a payment, they have a 10-day grace period which definitely comes in handy.Overall, they are a good company to rent from for your storage needs if you have the money to pay for secure storage.

These people were the first to get back to me on Yelp. I was searching for a 10x10 unit, right away and for only a few months. I already had my rental truck in waiting, but needed to secure a storage unit. Online ads and pricing were all over the place, so I was starting to get discouraged. They not only were the 1st to respond, (even on a day that we were having thunderstorms)... But they offered me an online coupon for 50% off for 6 mos. And, it was on the ground floor, for easier access and ease of moving, which is what I was hoping for. Unit was clean, and secure, Metal walls etc, instead of drywall, or partical board. And the Staff made the paperwork process smooth and simple. I would Highly refer them to anyone.

I have been with Escondido public storage for awhile know. I was able to use my renters insurance to lower the monthly bill. There always great on customer service. If your close to your due date the on-site management will call you to remind you. Great service for that! The 10 day grace period is unheard of in this industry and it really helps a lot. Overall my things stay safe from the rodents which the management does a good job with. Good experience.

This storage facility is ALWAYS clean - office, driveways, units, etc. The help in the office are very nice and extremely helpful - special shout out to John, who is VERY outgoing, respectful and customer service oriented. I have been at this storage facility only since July. Management has being always polite and to the point. Overall, the facility seems to be safe and secure, nice and clean. Since I moved my belongings into my storage space, I haven’t seen any live pest activity; though couple times I run into couple dead roaches. Probably meaning the management keeps good eye on pest control. I can assure this by the subtle smell of pesticide ingredients surrounding the unit where my rental space is located.

I am very satisfied with the customer service of this storage facility. The storage have plenty of space and very secured. Also prices are very reasonable. I will recommend this storage to family and friends as the best storage!.

They do not follow the dates on lien notices as required by state, local, and federal law.They pay for good google reviews with credits to your bill.

Had a scorpion on our bed while still in the unit (bed brought directly from Western Washington 4 months earlier, where they dont have scorpions). And mice ate through a bunch of our boxes and picture wrappings. Wont prorate your move out month unless you ask well ahead of time. Asked for an exception given the mice but was told no. Staff on-sight were outstanding though.

Theyre located conveniently 2 turns from the freeway exit, and their rates are very reasonable. While I was away, they were very helpful and understanding any time an issue came up, and even though I was 4,000 miles away, I never felt worried about my stuff. Their facilities are clean and well-kempt, and their customer service is excellent. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area for their storage needs.

Security Storage in Escondido is conveniently located in the heart of Escondido close to the Escondido transit center and the 15 and 78 freeways. Very convenient hours 7 to 7.....these hours are what i like best about this place. Main office is very helpful and you cant beat the prices!!!!! Every town i have lived in i have used security storage!!!!!!!!!!Very very helpful .......I have gone to the office for help and they were more than eager to help me out!!!! The customer service was great . I came in on my lunch break and signed the papers, paid the fees, received the key and that night moved my stuff into the storage space in one hour. The space was exactly the size i wanted. The ladies in office were very friendly and sensitive towards my time.
