I was simply driving by the 15 freeway and I noticed the freeway sign, so I pulled up to check out the location since I will be moving South soon. I was greeted by Monica Vang who happens to be the Manager! Monica who is fabulous and the manager of this location personally took care of me and got me the best deal she could offer. I would recommend everybody to come in to the storage space and just rent a space. I promise you will get the whole homecoming feeling. They treat you like family here.

My experience with Esteban was very helpful and welcoming. He has answered all my question that need to be asked. Low key he needs a commission. Haha well, all I can say is the storage itself is very clean. I got a small unit inside. It’s gated and well maintained.

Lesli and Monica are great and have made a difficult transition process as painless as possible.My business decided to take a room here because we found it the cleanest and most conveniently located, and definitely long gate hours and Sunday gate hours are a huge plus!Even the non climate controlled units are reasonably protected from the brutal Southern California sun!

I continue to post monthly as I watch Monica discriminate which customers should use their code, as I drive in and enter my code, the shutters van and another car drive right in behind me w/o using their code as I watched to see if she would fuss at them as she did me, but she didn’t, Just don’t even bother if you are a darker skin tone, smh

This is the fourth time that Ive rented a storage unit from North County Self Storage. They have bee the absolute best in both quality of service and facilities. The staff is warm and friendly, the site was exceptionally well maintained. during my visit. The location of storage faculties are easy to get to on a single level facility. Lights, flooring and roll top doors that are easy to open made my experience pleasurable.
