Alfonzo went above every standard in service. Brightview only wants Alfonzo as our main point of contact in San diego.

In the past I have never had a problem with renting from United. This time I had asked about my trucks compatibly and was misinformed. When I got to the branch on a Friday at 430 I was told my truck wouldnt be allowed to tow the trailer. The front desk listened to my dilemma and was able to deliver it Saturday morning. I am pleased with the Escondido branch and will be renting again soon
