Accessibility: there are no handicap spots here but there are TONS of available parking right in front of the shop all the time as the parking lot is huge. From the parking lot to the building it is all paved flat ground, and the door is always left propped open so its easy to come inside.Experience: let me first say that the shop owner, Rachel, is so awesome and friendly. She will always greet people entering the door and she is easy to talk to. She will answer your questions and give you great deals on things. If you want something and they dont have it, She will order more for you and then contact you to let you know it came in. All around, this store is awesome and has a great selection of glass, t-shirts, Jean jackets with custom designs, hats, jewelry, candles, and more. I love the smoke shop. Rachel always treats you like family and gives you the best prices. It’s never about the quantity of money she can get from you but the quality of glass she gives out.

Brought something back to EXCHANGE. Still in the original package. But was not able to EXCHANGE the item because I was told they have a no return policy. She then question my integrity by saying I left the product in the hot car, so she wasnt going to take the item back. Needless to say I wont go back to top shelf even though theyre the closest shop to me. Ill drive a little further to actually get some customer service.
