Worst customer service when you go in. I went in and kindly asked if they had a shirty a specific size, the girl at the counter was very rude, she was working on a shirt with the machine and just replied what ever you see on the floor is what we have. She didn’t even bother to get out of behind the counter to even look or help.

Ordered 6 shirts with logo and after first wash, logo was damaged and short was extremely wrinkled. The owner did replace 2 of the 6 shirts and gave me a $12 credit instead of full refund....which I paid about $35 each after logo was ironed on.However I went to use the $12 credit on a whole new purchase last week and no one had any idea of a $12 credit or issue with my previous order. I found much more affordable and better quality shirts elsewhere.

Wanted to try on a shirt but was met with a gruff man standing behind the girl at the counter. Our fitting room is not available. But you can try the shirt on over your own shirt, but make sure your mask does not slip off. Wow, not very friendly. The fitting room had the curtains tied to the side, no one was in it. Just a white box. I said, No thanks Ill go somewhere else.Not very friendly at all. I was there today 032521, about 3ish pm. Wont be doing business here ever. Ill take my chances with online shirts. There didnt seem to be much a a size selection either for womens T shirts or womens long ts. Theyre all super long man sizes. You could have had a customer but you were so rude and gruff. No explanation at all as to WHY I could not use the fitting room. Nada. * My response to owner***** you should have explained why the open dressing room was not available. And what does trying on a shirt have to do with Covid 19? You had your chance to be nice.

This was my first time to ever order custom shirts so I was new to the whole process. Both days I went in the lady assisting me was informative and helpful. Today I went in with a rough idea that I didn’t think would be possible and she spent much of her time researching and designing my idea until it came out perfectly and better than imagined. I’m so impressed with the design and excited to show my class. Prices were definitely cheap compared to other places. I HIGHLY recommend this place!

Amazingly inexpensive and good quality t-shirts. I was amazed by the thickness of the t-shirts, and the color holds up even after several washes. I bought a bunch of good quality socks as well and a bunch of tops for my fiancee, and she was very pleased with them. Also, the people here are very friendly and helpful.

Ive been following this little shop around town for at least a decade, if not two. Great place to go for inexpensive Tees, that are also decent quality. They also carry some polos and sweat shirts. Got something to put on your shirt? They do custom embroidery and logos too. Great little place!

We always get our shirts for our school at T-Shirt Mart in Escondido. They have great customer service. They always have great suggestions for our artwork and layout. They are fast, reliable, and always go above and beyond what I expect. The quality control is also excellent as we have never had a bad print with hundreds of shirts being printed. I recommend them to everyone.

Awesome customer service! I ordered 8 shirts for an event I was hosting and I decided to change the color design at the last minute and they were really nice about it and I didnt get charged extra! They also called me a few times to make sure that I was satisfied with my order. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Came here for a last minute custom shirt and adding a last name on my furbaby costume and when I picked it up, I had noticed the last name was spelled incorrectly and when I asked the guy there who did the shirt he blamed me stating I gave him the wrong spelling. After I repeated the spelling multiple times (Since I knew most people get the spelling wrong) and after I asked for him to fix it he came off like he didnt want to and stated it would ruin the shirt!!! After talking to the guy and asking what he can do for me since the shirt was messed up he ended fixing it and let me tell you he did not ruin it like he was explaining it was.. I just felt like he was over it and knew he messed up and didnt know how to apologize a simple oh I am sorry let me fix it the best I can would of done the job... but no you decided to argue and say the shirt will get messed up which that was not the case

The staff is friendly and extremely accommodating. We requested 2 custom made photo shirts. Jonathan took the time to help us design them, and they ready when they said they would be. The shirts look great!

I HATE to do this because I have gotten quality products and OUTSTANDING service (from ONE girl in particular).. Let me start by saying I do not know names of the employees so I will have to describe them by appearance and or race which may come off ignorant.. I have been a regular customer of this location for a few months now and have spent $400 or more in that time.. I usually receive SUPERB service from a Petite Asian young lady there BUT today (and a few other times) the MALES there (mainly a heavy set Latino man) have been COMPLETELY SHORT, RUDE and UNACCOMMODATING.. I just wanted to spend my money there today on a shirt and I guess he didnt feel like doing it..its sad for me but I took my business to TOP END TEES on Grand and so Far AJ and JULIE are as nice as pie and ACCOMMODATING as ever ✌❤

Fantastic work! They usually have my shirts within the same day, and the latest Ive had to wait was a couple of days! The employees are extremely knowlegable on what can be done in store, so no matter what the design, theyll let you know what works! Definitely coming back to T-shirt mart!

Tbh I only give this place 5 stars for the young girl thats working there & she knows me and shes a great helper, half the people there dont take me serious at all every time I go I used to get stuff done when they were on mission and till this day I feel uncomfortable unless Im getting helped by the young lady. Make me wait a week just for a hat haha . Other than that if they switched their attitude a little Id be happy

Kind of hard to make an order of 200 shirts when you have to pee so bad that you can’t see straight, but they don’t have a restroom to use.Also, I used their contact form online 6 days ago and still have not been contacted.Poor customer service all around.So, someone else will get my business.
