My 6 if 7 facial occurred on 12/31/20 with Ortal. I’m still waiting to book my 7th facial with Shani, owner, or her manager Ortal to this date of 4/18/21. Neither have responded to voicemails or texts for the 7th facial It’s very disappointing to say the very least. Before the 6th facial I purchased a neck machine that included 12 free facials and free products. I couldn’t afford the product when I purchased, but felt like a hard sell and purchased. Within 10 days I called Shani, owner of Vine Vera, known as Levalier located on first level at Escondido Mall, that I must return the product since she indicated no problem to return even though the receipt indicated exchanges only. I felt relieved. On my 5th facial Shani gave me a refund of a third back plus the sales tax I paid and indicated she would refund the rest on my last facial for products I previously purchased #7. She’s avoided texts, voicemails and not keeping her numerous promises of no problem, no worries I’ll give you your full refund. I still have the neck machine unopened so I could return for a full refund. As stated before, she has not responded since before 12/31/20 when I had my facial with Ortal. We were friends, I thought even though a customer relationship. I owned a business for 16 years, this is NO WAY to treat your customers It’s the way to lose business. I hope to resolve these issues once and for all. Please think twice before purchasing.

Its horrible that this company is allowed to set up kiosks in malls & get innocent women that arent educated or familiar with skin care information duped into spending hundreds of dollars. It should be against the law. Run from theses crooks.... You want good products that will take care of your skin and employees that will help you, go to Sephora.. A reputable source. I let the salesperson apply the eye Creme on me. When I went home it appeared that it as a mix of cornstarch and water. Just to tighten the skin around my eye..... I would NEVER pay that kind of $ on anything until getting info first. A huge rip off!!!

The product was good but the salesman was so annoying. I was interested in the product until he kept trying to get me to buy something I didnt want. Dodge that place if you can help it.

Aggressive, rude staff told me several lies about their products before allowing me to escape. One salesperson told me my skin had a melanin problem and that I needed a cream to make my skin whiter. Good advice, making $500 cosmetic cremes out of red wine ingredients is about the whitest thing Ive ever heard of so Im sure Vine Vera was speaking from a qualified platform on that one. Hard not to see a racist subtext in that comment though.Bullying isnt a good sales tactic. If the products worked they would be backed up with clinical trials. Also, if the creams were as well-formulated as the terrifying sales goon seemed to think they were, then they would not be loaded with skin-irritating perfumes. Women are not as stupid as Vine Veras marketing tactics seem to think we are. Back to the race thing: melanin isnt a skin disease. People with high levels of melanin have healthier and better protected skin. Just sayin.

Vine Vera Mission Valley: I was handed a sample that initiated the conversation. Intrigued by the exfoliation product, the promoter continued to build a take home set of products. Giving this motivated individual the benefit of the doubt, I listened to every word. Honestly, I thought it was a legit approach. The Promoter also mentioned testimonies, showed photos, and even stated that its about creating an honest relationship so that customers keep coming back, its about good customer service. Thats GREAT! I always look for companies like this...but once I mentioned that I like to do my homework before purchasing a product that Im unfamiliar with, I was accused of not wanting to spend $99.00 on the product which resulted in a $59.00 reduction in price making it $40.00. Then I was told, TOLD that $40.00 isnt a lot of money. Im thinking to myself, okay!?. Well, needless to say, return policy regarding a hypothetical bad reaction to the product was evaded, and the individual who claimed that customer service is a priority, completely shut me out when I insisted on doing my homework first before committing to any purchase. In the middle of my closing statement, the products were being placed back on the shelves and it was me thanking Vine Vera for THEIR time, and I didnt even receive a courteous reciprocation. Bottomline, this type of company does not deserve my money and I didont need to waist $40.00 or $100.00 to find that out.

I love the products at this store and the customer service is awesome, I would strongly recommend it and I got my stuff from Kim. She has excellent customer service she’s friendly and is very informative.

Vine Vera is the best products ever like the Pinot Noir best product in the market amazing results not to mention Chianti collection super wow ladies I love it!

Pressure pressure pressure. I was sucked in today and it was honestly awful. The salesman was pushy and seemed like a total scammer. He was trying to make me believe it was something special just for me, not to tell anyone, he just wanted to help my skin, I would never get this deal again, he just wanted to earn my business. He kept sayin the same things but with such intensity. It was so uncomfortable and at times wanted to laugh and run.

I needed something to smooth my skin and hydrate it aswell as help with wrinkle, I dont have any but you got to start now lol, I fell in love with how it made my skin look, I used it before I applied my make up and let it set in then I used my regular moisturizer and primerand omg I made a huge diffrence!! 😍 igot my stuff form Kim.

I knew stores like this are hard to shop at because the sales person would say almost anything to get the person to buy it. Gold ORO, forever flawless and vine vera are all the same company and products. so the first thing you would notice is that they give free samples out in front when they give a free sample to you right away they tell you a flaw that you have depending on if your a male or female the conversation can go two ways. (Male conversation) Shani the store manager serviced me she started preforming inappropriate things like instead of sitting on the chair to speak to me she bent over to show me her cleavage. then began telling me that I was cute and then asking if I was in a relationship then infront of my brother she took my hand hugged me and started telling me a ridiculous price for a product 500 dollars (fake price) to soften you up for the real price, then again tried to give me another hug and then gave my little brother a hug. when I bought 232 dollars worth of product one of them had a bad reaction to my moms face so I went back to return it she said there is no refund policy and that I would not get the money back. Not a good store.
