Very busy but the store had plenty of stock to chose from. The employees are very nice and helpful. I stopped by to see if there was any Halloween merchandise yet and no luck but the staff was nice and asked if I was looking for a Halloween item of particular. I have not seen what is coming out yet so no. I did walk away with a few Fall lotions and soaps and the kids got some candles for buy 2, get 2 free (after a long while of sniffing each candle and going nose blind). They always have great deals and their products are equally as great!

You have to stand in line but the wait is worth it, for all the Bath and Body fans. The selection and prices are wonderful. The employees ROCK, helpful and happy willing to stop and chat for a few minutes to help past the time in line.

They have a collection of food scented candles right now and they smell so amazing. I like that they have deals on their most popular things like the three wick candles and the little sanitizers. I just wish their staff wasnt so persistent on pestering you. And every employee will come up to you. Just let me look and not have to worry about fending people off.

Went shopping with my god daughter and she wanted to go to bath and body works at the Westfield North County fair mallWas greeted by Amanda. What a completely beautiful fountain of knowledge on all the products they carry.... She spent time with my goddaughter and treated her like a friend and really helped her get what she was looking for. Im normally bored in these types of stores but i was fascinated at the knowledge and information I learned.I will definitely take my goddaughter back there anytime she wants to go

I am a huge fan of their new store front at the mall. They are still the same great quality but my most favorite change is the bathroon they have next to the cashier. I am a mother of two small children with small bladders that conveniently always needs to be relieved after I load up my entire basket full of handsoaps. I was paying and my son was doing the dance so I asked the cashier to please hurry and tell me where the closest bathroom was. The in store bathroom was such a shock because I usually have to take them into a department store or to the food court. Small features in a store really help families like mine stay longer in the store to shop and improve our shopping experience.

Very helpful staff and plenty of choices

BLACK FRIDAY is a MUST for this store. Thankfully, they are at every single mall. Did half my Christmas list in one stop. The fragrances are a feast for the nose. I particularly enjoy Moonlight Path, but got a great variety of smells for other people.

Stephanie was so helpful and really took care of my husband and I, she was always there when we had a question & filled us in on the sales the store was having! She was very sweet & made our experience a great one! Thank you Stephanie!

Everything in store was merry & bright. Even though the system in the store was down so everyone was waiting patiently. Unfortunately the worker with purple ombré hair checking me out wasnt patient at all or helpful at all. She didnt take my coupon even though there wasnt an expiration on it. She could have easily swiped one of the many assorted coupons on the counter to be a helpful cashier. And on top of her incompetence she had quite a SCROOGE attitude. Wont be shopping here again. Merry Christmas!

It was nothing special and if you go, HAVE A BARCODE for the coupon otherwise its a 15 minute explanation to 3 people on why the coupon would apply. I got the code word off of an Instagram ad that said instore and online and instead of buying online I thought I would support the brick and mortar but it was more of a hassle than ordering and waiting for it to ship. Great prices and candles last awhile but nothing was special about the experience.

Fun stuff for October!

I had an order charged to my checking account that I did not place. I have called 3x to be told my order was canceled and should have a refund on my account. Each time I had to spend about a hour on the phone with them. I am canceling my online account and will not be placing orders with them in the future. to date I still have not received a refund.
