Sad that the outside of this store is so dingy. The first time that I drove by the store I thought that the store might be closed down. Please freshen up the outside because the inside is fine and the employees are really nice.

They have lots of fabric and lots of sales. Be sure to sign up for emails and the app to take full advantage of coupons. You will get lots of emails but they are handy to have when shopping and you get to save some dough!I made 16 fleece blankets this year and found a great selection of patterns and colors at JoAnns.

Joanns carries a variety of crafting supplies & a fair amount of fabrics for those that sew. I have always found the staff to be pleasant & helpful.

We have a friend who is pregnant, and we wanted to make her a baby blanket...so we hit JOANN Fabrics and Crafts in Escondido.We found just what we needed, and it was on sale too.Currently, JOANNS is open for in-store shopping during these COVID times...which is a plus, especially when you are trying to pick out something special.

Considering fabric stores are far and few, this chain is consistently there for us sowers.

Employee at fabric cutting counter on 4/29/2020 at 11:30 a.m. at the Escondido location was not very helpful or friendly in answering my questions. Also, unsupportive or compassionate when another customer cut in line in front of me in line. I will most likely not return to this Joanne’s location because of this. The cashier, though, was friendly and helpful. I spent $200 there that day.

This place is so easy to go to for all my crafting needs. Its not a giant commitment if you need to run out for some fabric or supplies. Parking is easy, lines are small & the people are friendly.

Went looking for Craft supplies for Card making and They had 1 Stamp Set, paper for .99 each, Stickers, no Die Cuts, and books of paper but the price was too much.I guess its more of a place for Sewing things and Cricut Machines, but few items for that too. Wont be going there again for My supplies.

I have been to a lot of Joann stores in San Diego & this store is definitely a 2 star. It is a very old store. I specifically go to Joann Fabric & Crafts for yarn. Their yarn selection was very poor. I was disappointed in the lack of variety and quantity of yarn. Also, a lot of the aisles had shelves with nothing on them. The store was small and not inviting for shopping at all for other craft items. I will never go here again if I am up in this neighborhood.

Online shopping pickup is by register or you can call when you have reached the store for curbside pickup. Mostly, stocked on variety of fabric and online shopping is ready the next day for pickup.

Excellent customer service! Straight forward, honest and fantastic sale prices. Picked up 4 Vogue patterns normally priced at $33-$35 ea. For $4.99 ea.! I am HAPPY! Far superior than the other sewing store in San Marcos. Extra benefit: they have sewing classes in their Temecula store. Pinch me!

Joanns is okay. Sometimes the service is good and sometimes not. It is the biggest fabric store in San Diego County. Decide before what you want to purchase and do not get hooked into being a fabriholic. Use their coupons that they send you or install the web-site on your phone. Take advantage of what they offer. They are okay, but in other cities there are some better fabric stores. Check out the internet in your city.
