The best repair shop that I have personally been to in Escondido. Fair pricing and work done very quickly and timely manner. Very thankful to have found a honest repair shop in Escondido. USA auto is my go to shop from now on. Just got brake pads and rotors done. They notified me of something broken in my suspension and scheduled me in same week to get the repair done. Needed these repairs done before a long drive to the mountains.

Theyre literally the best auto shop. Fair prices quick work. I dont go anywhere else.

Between myself, family, friends, and previous employers, weve had quite a few services done by USA. They have always done amazingly fast quality work at the best prices we could find. They have fixed things the dealer failed to fix at 20% of the cost. Every repair they have done has stayed fixed, I cant say that for any other shop. They are very quick and to the point, they dont say much, but they do much - youll be very happy with the service, honesty, and price.

My friends, family and I do really like this place. It offer quality and fast service for a great rate, and the owner and staffs are very honest with their assessment and maintenance plan. This auto facility is honest, straight forward and very professional.We walked in. The gentleman in charge listen to our concerns.We were there for a brake and light and smog check. We did not think it would pass as it was a salvaged car with a few lights on.This place was awesome. They were busy but were able to quickly pass the car on everything!!The price was fair as well. Took my Escalade to have the engine mounts and headers replaced. Great prizes and good service. My truck ended up passing smog test.

Not recomended they putme waterpump and my prius c and same gas sensor never needed never fix the isued over charge me water pump 1000dlls and sensor 350dlls still the problem in my car i ad blow headgasket they never figereout ot recomended never go back at this please

I always take my car here to get my smog check done, I always get a fast service and good price; I recently took my BMW 325i to get my check engine light taken care of and my a/c worked on. they new what they were doing and was a fair price. I feel comfortable with the service and the mechanics know what they are doing i recommend this shop to friends and family.

Fantastic mechanics. They know what they are doing, they work on European, Asian, and domestic vehicles. Most important of all THEY ARE HONEST, AND YOU CAN TRUST THEM!!!! Only place I take my vehicles, and my whole family goes there now. They are the BEST!!!

I discovered this shop in the early 2000s. Very fair price and several mechanics that can diagnose your car problem while you drive up. I recommend them all the time for things I cant do.

So far so good! I will update this post after repair work has been completed and final price for parts and labor are provided. So far, USA Complete Auto Repair and Smog has provided me the best estimate in North San Diego County! I very seldom do reviews, but after speaking with Tom, a day earlier on the phone to explain my repair issues, he gave a straight analysis of what everything would cost when I dropped car off the next day. The car is currently being worked on. If everything is as promised, I will sing the praises of USA Complete Auto Repair and Smog and recommend them to everyone I know--I already have a few colleagues waiting for my update!UPDATE!!! 11/8/2016I must say words cannot adequately express my love for this auto repair facility! They have exceeded every expectation. The price of all the work done is not even comparable if I completed the work myself--This place is more reasonable than any facility I have used. Tom gave an estimate, the initial charges came in below the original estimate, which was already a great price, and so far, the work that has been done is exemplary. My vehicle handles and rides excellently. The staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and they do excellent work at a very fair and reasonable rate. Tom added some extras in, that I will keep to myself as I will not disclose all of the benefits provided, but know this is the shop to use for any vehicle repair work. I have picked up my first car and have dropped of another already!I only have one regret.
