This was a great experience. I was looking for a specific build for my vehicle and they had it en route. we were able to confirm it was exactly what I wanted and Michael was able to lock everything in sight unseen. We were able to arrive at an out the door price and there was no pressure nor last minute surprises concerning the purchase.A very smooth experience with Michael. Only 2 reasons why I gave it 4 stars is because in my view, 5 would say that theres no more room for improvement and the second reason has to do with the dealer.There was a hicup in receiving the vehicle beyond Michaels control. He, however made everything right.I highly recommend Michael and the dealership.

They have indoor and out seating with spacing for safety. Ordered bacon lettuce avocado sandwich. Excellent, fries needed to be crisper but still tasty. Great wines and cocktails, lovely service, definitely try. I was having lunch. Only disappointment, no specials. They always served incredible dishes.

They are definitely worth the drive to.Great customer support from beginning to end with team going the extra mile at every stage. The Loaner Vehicle team contacted us the same day we returned the Loaner to advise that we left glasses in the back seat. Considering we drive from Riverside County, they are holding it for us until we make our way back down to San Diego.Our Service Advisor Matt Ivko is always prompt and professional and makes us feel cared about, rather than just another customer getting their car serviced.

This place is amazing! Architecture reminds me of a high-class casino, including many of the same elements - restaurant/bar, event spaces, shops, art gallery, hair salon, water fountain and glass elevator. The view from the Vintana restaurant deck on the 3rd floor is pretty awesome and unexpected.What a great idea to build a community center inside a car dealership, as California needs more of this with its introverted architecture in its neighborhoods (garages instead of porches).

Excellent service and at a fair price. Facility is up to date technologically and can diagnose and repair any problems with your Lexus. Did not try to oversell services not needed. Detailed out both the exterior and interior of my car when I received to back after the work. Provided me a loaner at no cost while the work was being performed.

Taking my car in for service was easy and streamlined. You park your car in the service bay, valet takes the keys and walks you to a waiting area, service manager meets you and goes over the details, walks you to the rental section for a courtesy car, if needed. Pickup was also easy and quick. They are a well oiled machine and EVERYONE is extremely courteous and considerate. I love my Lexus and their customer care.

I was disappointed with the lack of follow up regarding service status. I had major repairs done and over the course of 6 days had to request status 3 times - my service representative would promptly return my call but I had to initiate the call to get status. “Just calling to update you” goes a log way to customer satisfaction!

Great location. Everybody super nice, even during pandemic; nice and clean location; comfy chairs; no hassle wi-fi. Did what I needed without any upsell or trickery, as with most Lexus dealerships. Needed GPS to locate first time when going south on the I-15, but super easy to get back on the FWY after service. Kinda Dubai vibe, compared to other dealer I used to visit (I moved last year), but over the top suits the customer. :-)

I have had the pleasure of working with quite a few individuals at this location. The service department by far is where this place really shines. Baliee, Aaron and Alex are all highly recommended. Vintana of course is always a nice option to enjoy while you wait for your car to be serviced along with their coffee bar. If you dont have the time to wait, a loaner car is offered to you as well so you can go on about your day. Exceptional service at Lexus Escondido. I did have an issue when I initially bought my vehicle because their service department was difficult to schedule but they corrected the process and is almost seamless now. If you have some time, drop by, take a tour and become a part of the Lexus family 😁

They give a nice professional and luxury presentation upon entry. The fancy restaurant above Im sure aids this endeavor. When it comes to making deals, I believe they try, but not hard enough. I negotiated on a pre-owned L/Certified NX200t here, and while the salesman pushed, he failed to convince his manager to approve the deal on my terms. Maybe its time to just give your salespersons the ultimate say on the deal? I was giving them significant room for profit but they couldnt overcome the same greed that drives all dealerships. That being said, once their inventory increases, I am willing to give them another try.

Helpful staff nice salesmen but be carful I went to test a used Toyota Tacoma and it had rusted and oxidized parts the shocks were rusty and not safe every engine part had oxidation the used tucks dealers are getting have issues most from auction and out of state make sure you review the carfax throughly and even then inspect the truck top to bottom make sure to look for rust get under the truck for a visual inspection always test drive listen to engine don’t feel pressured to buy

I went for a problem to Lexus thinking that they are the authority on such matters and would give me a clearcut answer, cost estimate and resolve it. Instead, they charged me for analysis, and then gave me two different estimates for fixing the issue. I am not sure if theres an issue. I left with problem being unresolved. I spent the whole day there. Customer Service called me to ask why I was dissatisfied, and promised to call me the next day. It is over 10 days, I have not heard from them and I am not sure about the problem. I expect better service from Lexus. I have always had the best at other Lexus dealers.

I went in the other day and immediately felt out of place. I had a beat up 2009 Honda and knew all eyes were on me and my family. We met Omid and he made us feel very comfortable and took very good care of us. He prioritized my mother-in-law’s comfort and always made sure she felt comfortable and had enough water and snacks. That meant a lot to me! He made the buying process for me very easy and made sure I was understanding every process. For the past year and a half of looking for cars, definitely the most enjoyable experience we were given and most informational. He gave us our space to talk between ourselves (many times) and didn’t press us to buy. He was extremely helpful. 100/10 would go to him again

Brought my RX in to check out come alerts: Check Engine Light on; TRAC OFF and; CHECK AWD SYSTEM. Left it on a Thursday morning at 10 am and received no updates. Left multiple voice messages and called the dealer operator several times who told me she would leave a message for a return call. Saturday morning I called the dealer operator and asked for the Service Manager who said he check on my car. I received a text back that my phone was going directly to voice mail so to call him directly for an update. Even if my phone was going to voice mail I dont know why I had to make multiple calls to get an update. They could have sent me a text. I might be rethinking my plan to purchase a new LEXUS this year.

I had a good car buying experience when I got my L/Certified 2015 GX 460 with 69K miles almost 2 years ago through Joel Minaya. I also had an overall good service experience recently, when my vehicle was in for a complimentary 90K mile service, fuel pump recall, and a number of other things that I wanted addressed while the truck is still covered under the extended warranty. My service advisor, Matthew Ivko, was the real MVP and fought for me to get the most value out of my extended warranty. While Joel and Matt deserve 5 stars, I have to dock a star from this review because of the shortcomings of other people.The complimentary car wash might as well have been done with sand paper and my car looked worse after it than when I brought it in. The black paint shows the scratches more than anything else, so it looks especially bad. I was offered a polish, but I would have to leave the car there for another couple of days, so that was not practical for me (I live 31 miles away). Luxury automobiles that receive “top dollar” service at the dealership should never be returned in such condition. If anything, the polish should have been done automatically after the wash scuffed the clear coat all to hell, without me needing to ask for it.The technician that replaced the CV axle boots got some of the stinky gearbox oil on the KDSS stabilizer bar and didn’t bother to wipe it off. It’s not a huge deal, but shows lack of attention to detail or care for the vehicle. Also, the vehicle was driven for 28 miles while being serviced, which seems like a bit too much.Lastly, Lexus (corporate) turned down the replacement of rear differential gasket under extended warranty, despite Matt’s attempts to have that covered for me. Differential oil is obviously getting past the gasket around the entire perimeter, but, apparently, it’s not leaking bad enough. Inspection of rear differential for leaks is literally a part of the 90K mile service, plus I pointed it out, but they’re still not calling it a leak, because they like to dwell on semantics and call it a weep or seepage. Well, in Toyota’s own recall documents for a similar issue with 2016-2017 Tacomas, they clearly define what a leak is: “Any sign of leakage, even very minor, is still leakage. Minor seepage is still considered a leak.” Please see the screenshot from that document and how that compares to my leak. If you thought your Lexus deserves at least the same amount of care as a Toyota, think again.Overall, I feel like I have received much better service at Lexus Escondido than at the other Lexus dealerships in the area (Lexus El Cajon and Lexus San Diego), but there is still room for improvement. Just remember to pass on the complimentary car scratch.

Its a very rare occasion that I take the time to write a review but Lexus Escondido has disappointed time after time. My husband and I were in the market for a new Lexus and being that this dealership was so close to home we decided to give them a second chance and yep they disappointed again. The first time a few years back we went in to look and were not impressed so we went up to South County Lexus and ended up giving them our business. This time we went in, we test drove and a week later purchased our car but now 2 weeks later the whole transaction continues to be a headache. They like to play games, whereas South County was clean and smooth, definitely not shady like we felt at times with Escondido. I was working with my lender this week regarding finalizing my loan terms and they were shocked to hear that after a week I still had not received my sign documents from the dealership. Im unable to acquire any information regarding payoff of my trade in and on top of that I was harassed by a salesman from their sister dealership because he wanted our business. I wrote a horrible review when Lexus sent me the experience survey, received one call back asking for more information and at the end of our call I was assured that Id hear back with info on my trade in payoff and 2 days later its still like pulling teeth to get any info. Dont go to Lexus Escondido.

I saw this lexus car I liked on the internet. So, I went in it was like 6 p.m.. The car looked nice we liked it. Roland, the sales person took us in, did paperwork. While we were going over the fees, I asked for at least a courtesy oil change. He said No. Straight out, without even asking his boss.So, it was like 9p.m. when we finally got to sign the loan. I was tired, I just wanted to gohome. By the way, this isnt my first time buying a car from a dealership. My son drove the new car home. The next day he said he had to fill up the tank cause it was on empty. So, my other experience with other dealerships is they give you the car with a full tank of gas and washed and they even send you gift certificates for their restaurant, and show you how the car works. How to hook up your phone and other things you need to know. This was a BAD experience for us. Never buying from this dealership or recommending to friends.

Do NOT purchase SWAT from this dealership. Chances are if you do it NEVER gets activated. I tried as the customer to right this situation on multiple occasions and they did not come through. I paid an extra 995 for NOTHING, after such a headache I just wanted a refund and couldn’t even get that. Disgusting customer service all around.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! We showed up right when they opened because we needed to get something from our car that is in the service department. We were directed to ask a manager to ask if it was possible for him to open the doors to service so we can get some of our things from our car. First, the salesman walked right passed us while we were speaking to him. Then we flagged him down again. Instead of the salesman walking us over to the manager - we had to track him down, is how would we know how the manager looks like? All of that, just for the manager to be unhelpful. He told us no, and didnt want any proof of ID. Just no. Mind you, they had just opened and we were the ONLY customers there, so they were in fact not busy. We usually go to Lexus Carlsbad, but we had an emergency and ended up at this location. Worst service ever, we will not be returning! We will be sure to let all of our friends and family know!

Perhaps I have been spoiled by the service provided at South County Lexus in Mission Viejo. (Their sales team also shows a genuine interest in their customers!) At Lexus of Escondido, I was provided with a non-Lexus loaner car which was not clean inside (windows were unbelievably dirty). The outside obviously had not been washed in some time. The inside was heavily perfumed with some sickening sweet air freshener to cover up obviously some odors. This has happened to me twice with their loaner cars. Service was okay and performed as promised.

I have owned a dozen Toyota products and 5 were Lexus. I called both Lexus dealers service departments in San Diego to ask a simple question. I left a number to call when free. Nothing. Nope Nada. My last purchase was a 2020 RX 450 L for a pretty penny. This lack of service and basic courtesy to not take or return my call has soured me on the product. It seems it will be my last. This was my first visit ever to Lexus in Escondido. I have tried other dealerships in the past, but this one is the best so far. The process of checking in was a little different from other experiences, but I walking around the facility a little bit while waiting. I was amazed at how beautiful the building was and liked the different venues in the facility. There was a beautiful gift shop, coffee shop and a Wine Bar Restauraunt upstairs. The facility is top notch.When I arrived I explained what was needed on my vehicle. I was called back promptly with quotes of how much my services would be. One excellent experience I need to mention was the quality and pricing of some body work I had done at the facility. It was done above and beyond my expectations and I didn’t even realize how much so until I arrived home in Lake Elsinore. I will definitely will be going back! Moved on to Michael Boone for the negotiations. Gave them my drop dead out the door price and they met it to my amazement.Then finance with Colin Jones went smoothly. Even had a nice lunch and tour of Vintana while I waited for paperwork to be completed. All in all a very unique and successful buying experience for me. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

My service experience with Aaron Serrano is based on him handling the service with my 2011 and my 2018 ES350. But first note that the place is a palace and he treats you like a small King. The 2011 had a problem with the front bumper sensors. The warranty refused to cover anything with the sensors. Aaron and the mechanic figured out a way to just get new brackets and remount the units. Everything great. On the 2018 it just runs like a top. Aaron is quick to respond via text, e mail or phone. When I asked for a free loaner, five minutes later they called and set it up - with of course an up sale brand new unit!! Only go to this dealership!!

We have been here several times and the experience has been pretty great. Scheduling our service online was easy and convenient. Check in was a breeze and the service advisors were prompt, patient and friendly. When they dont have rental cars available right away during high volume times they partner with a local rental car company to help out. I appreciate the vehicle status report they provide at the completion of service which indicates the health level of car components, brakes, tires, filters, etc, very handy for observing the big picture of what service may be required soon. The lounge offers a nice coffee shop and golf shop with a virtual driving range! We also love the Vintana Wine and Dine Restaurant on the top floor! Its a great option if you only need to wait a couple of hours for your service.

I just purchased my 7th Lexus, yes I am that old... Lexus Escondido restored my faith in Customer Satisfaction and Service. The staff and my Salesman, were patient, respectful, and kind, they realized this is an investment and scary this RX450h cost more than my first house! The process took ~ 3 hours. My wife and I took a trip up to Cambria for the weekend, I Love the way the car handles and the comfort in the cabin. I rode my Harley up to check out the car (My Toys). Not your normal Lexus dealership or this place offers a variety of different businesses from a high-end boutique to a coffee barista its got a little bit of everything as well as a concierge service to get you started in the direction you need to go ! They have some friendly staff that treat you the same no matter how big your spending limit is these guys will treat you right! Ample parking as well as wheelchair accessible entrance and parking !!

Mediocre legacy dealer (at best). Purchased ~$65k used vehicle from them (2017 LX 570). We are from out-of-state and did not negotiate on price- we paid their asking price + taxes & fees. When we received the vehicle, it was extremely squirrely at highway speeds (to the point of being dangerous)- tires found to be at tread wear bars. Lexus of Escondido was unwilling to reimburse for even part of the cost of new tires. They were also very slow to release the vehicle to a shipping carrier after wire funds were sent. There was no streamlined process for wire transfer instructions and very slow communication at times- it took several hours (via phone and text) with various people to get confirmation our wire had been received. Other major online dealerships do a much better job of streamlining the purchase process (Carmax, Carvana, etc.). Glossy dealership, but who spends time at the dealer after buying a car? We contacted Misty (Customer Relations Representative & Assistant to the GM) about all of these issues and they basically said to pound sand. We should all expect better than this.

Went in to purchase car. Salesman told us gap insurance was mandatory and that they would only be working with San Diego financial or otherwise we wouldnt be able to purchase the vehicle.
