I got into an accident with someone that had progressive Insurance. They referred me here with a life time warranty of their work. I couldnt say no to that... They made it painless and fast with no out of pocket surprises. Im very happy with the nice and friendly service they did a awesome job making my car look new again... Everyone who works here is so amazing! My repairs were thorough and every delay (a fault of my insurance) was communicated with me in a timely manner. The communication, service, and quality made for a perfect 5 star experience! I would recommend anyone I know to come here. They accept most insurance from what I could tell. Its worth calling!! After only 1500 miles and Only a few months my AC STOPPED WORKING.MY Husband looked at the Car and found a damaged low side AC line that was never repaired .......Cased by the front radiator support pushed in by the accident :(My Husband had to fix it at a cost of $200 for the part plus a few hours of work and pay for a AC Recharge $$$ Very sad since money is very tight now

Progressive told us this was the closest in-network service center to us and so we went with them. Unfortunately we should have argued for a shop closer to San Diego because this place is mediocre at best. Our mechanical work so far is fine (suspension, engine, muffler) but the body work is terrible. The paint job has significant over spray and orange peel affect. The edges of the panels werent even finished with areas having minimal, if any, paint on them. Leaving them susceptible to rust, one spot was even rusted already. This was all noticed the same day as pick up. Not months down the road. To make it worse they detailed the car using microfiber towels to *scrub* the side mirrors leaving horrible micro scratches that refract light when the sun hits it-very distracting whole driving. Our car was only a year old when we went to this place and should not have had any rust on it, and the parts were replaced due to a collision. Id strongly recommend not using this shop because of its shotty paint work and poor detail work. Also when we picked up our car the only individual there spoke very little English and could not convey what had been done to the car to get the engine running again, nor was it listed in the paperwork.
