Auto Art did a fantastic job of painting two door panels on my Honda Accord. The work was done perfectly and completed ahead of schedule. And I could not be more impressed with Ulises. He was extremely professional and thorough with me during the entire process. And more importantly, he was very honest about what needed to be done. Ulises could have easily charged me for other issues that someone else thought should be done, but he actually talked me out of more work, which meant of course that he denied himself more money in order to be completely fair and honest. Ulises and Auto Art are outstanding.

I have had an amazing experience with Auto Art. I went to a few other places for estimates and they all told me that there was no way my bedside could be fixed unless they replaced the whole thing which was very pricey. I came here and they assured me that they could get the job done without replacing the bedside. I was a little nervous because my truck is my baby! It has been like this for 2 and a half years and I was ready to get it fixed. I could tell that this place did good work so I gave them a chance. Boy did they exceed my expectations! They kept me updated through the process and stayed true to their word. Also has a lifetime warranty which is the cherry on top. They did great work on my car but they did keep it for 4 days past what they originally told me. It wouldve been fine if I went through insurance but I was paying out of pocket and that extra 4 days cost me an additional $250 for my rental car. They compensated by doing additional work need which made it a little more worth it. All-n-all, good work good customer service and if I ruin my car again, Ill go back to them for sure.1st & 2nd pick are of the damage to my driverside front and rear doors and the 3rd pic is of what it looks like now.

I cannot remember how I was referred to this collision center but this is the second time that I have used them for replacing or painting after being hit. They have helped in every way as well as returning my rental to the nearby rental car center. They also were very considerate with the fact that I had to work until the time their close of business hours. They were closing up and allowed me to come 45 minutes after closing. I will definitely recommend this collision center as well as return if I even need any additional services.

These guys are good, they take of everything and make you feel comfortable when youre going through a very stressful time. The work they do is great, the edges and gaps are pristine and the paint is flawless. They are extremely professional at all times and are not willing to rush through a job, which I really appreciated. An extra few days to have to live with 5-10 years of looking at the car is well worth it in my opinion.

The bottom line is that they are fair and honest, and stand behind their work. I had major front end damage, it was a lot of work. Ulysses kept me up to date along the entire repair and was very attentive to my concerns. After the repair was complete, I wasnt happy with the paint, no problem, they repainted until it was right. In all fairness, my car has a pearl tri coat color, one of the hardest colors to match. But Ulysses made sure that it was right and to my satisfaction. Months after the repair, I had concerns about the front suspension, again no problem. Gave me a rental, and they sent the car out to a third party to double check my concerns. Auto Art is a very trustworthy repair shop. I would definitely recommend them to everyone .

I do recommend this business for your repair needs.P.S. please try not to use all the gas in the vehicle. I understand for my circumstance the vehicle needed to be driven. There was over a quarter tank. I got it back with what looks like maybe a gallon left.

Originally brought our car here to fix a simple door ding, after being referred to this place by a friend. They gave me an estimate, performed the work, and when we picked up the car we discovered they had broken trim pieces, scratched the car door in a few extra places, and the door lock was no longer working properly. We took the car back, they repaired the damage they caused at no cost to us, and replaced a door lock part. Sent us on our way, but eventually the issue came back. Eventually after some additional toubleshooting on our third return trip, the problem was resolved.They do warranty the work they do, and we were not charged for additional work that was performed. But the time involved, and the fact that the problems happened to begin with seemed to show that originally not enough care was taken to perform the work without causing other issues. Maybe the tech was new, or was having an off day, but thats really no excuse, especially for a body shop to cause damage to a car that was taken there to have damage fixed in the first place.Because of this, I really cant recommend them, even though the work was eventually well done. Just the fact that it took three separate times to get everything back to normal, will prevent me from returning with my business.

Went with the shop due to their excellent customer service reviews. They are curtious and informative. The work done looks great and once the correct parts were in I had my vehicle back in a little over 3 weeks; holiday in between which added time. My rating is due to the frustration and added work of having to deal with incorrect part ordered and incorrectly replaced. I was asked if I would agree to keep the incorrect replacement part and bring the vehicle in if and when I had major issues with the part that should have been replaced. I was told I could keep the part that was incorrectly replaced. Since the covered damaged part had minimal damage I agreed and figured since they guaranteed the new part I was okay. After speaking to the adjuster I felt it would be unwise for me to accept this. Since I was already in a rental it would be easier if they fixed the damage before I picked up and returned the rental. I was called yesterday and advised that my car was ready for pick up. The correct part was ordered and replaced but they had removed the other part and replaced it with my original. Thats fair but I felt justified in my decision to not take their word for it and taking my car back with the incorrect replacement part would have been a mistake since now they went back on their word. Unless its in writing its never guaranteed. Well now the part that was originally not supposed to be replaced has damage. Which I cannot prove because I didnt take photos of the side of the vehicle that was not part of the claim. They buffed out some minor color transfer but I was told theyd review their paperwork and get back to me on the other damage; claiming that some of it was preexisting I agree that some of it was but not all. I leave this review because I feel that Im too trusting and I am now left with a part that was not in the same condition when dropped off. If they do make it right and replace the part now I have the inconvenience of having to return and wait at the shop for it to be fixed most likely with kids in tow. I shouldnt have taken it but my rental converge with my insurance was almost up. Hope this helps others.

Great job fixing my 2018 Hyundai Elantra GT Sport. Ulysses provided excellent customer service. He kept me informed of what was happening as it was happening. Took charge and got stuff done even when the insurance company was not responsive. I hope I dont need to go back because of another accident. But if I do need body work done again I would certainly go back and I would recommend them can anyone I know.

First off, Ulysses and Melanie are super nice people and really great to deal with! It’s always a pleasure dealing with Professional people who are really nice and accommodating also! Had a wing added to a 2019 Ford Mustang GT convertible, according to the installation instructions you have to drill large holes underneath the trunk lid to access the inside bolts, but somehow Auto Art guys were able to only make a small incision on the sides of the decklid that you can’t even notice, looks super professional, they did a fantastic job! Thankfully, my review of Auto Art is the former. Among various extended family members, I think we have used them four times. We have yet to be disappointed. They are timely and professional. Most importantly, they do a phenomenal job with the repairs. I always get my car back fully detailed. They dont change their estimate midway through the repair unless they find something that they werent expecting. Cant recommend them highly enough. They will make the frustration of having to repair your car as pleasant as possible.

I really wanted to like this shop. The reviews on Yelp and how long they have been in business is what drove me to choose this place for repairing my 1997 F-150 which had been side-swiped at school and no note was left on it. I have used World Auto Body in the past, but I gave Auto Art a shot because I like to support small businesses; plus Ulysses was so nice and informative when I came in for a quote.Now, dont get me wrong, Auto Art does really good work. However, you need to go in knowing exactly what should be done to your car and you need to tell them. This is where my experience fell short.They ended up having to paint the passengers side of my truck. It looks really nice, however, they only painted the half that had damage to it. Unfortunately, they didnt suggest to me that the entire passenger side of the truck should be painted. The back half of the passenger side is now multiple shades darker than the front half. I have had many people, including strangers at the grocery store, point out that my truck is two different colors. Now every time I go out to my truck, all I can see is the two different colors and it is extremely irritating to me.I understand that you will never get an exact paint match. However, they are the experts. They should have told me that the entire passenger side of my truck needs to be painted for it to look good, especially since I ended up having to pay out of pocket. I had them fix some other things on the truck and spent nearly 4k with them, yet I feel like I did not get my moneys worth at all.In addition to this, they offered to do some touch up work on the drivers side since they had the paint mixed up. I ended up having to leave my truck with them another day when I went to pick it up and have them remove their touch up paint because it stuck out like a sore thumb from a distance; now it make sense, the paint was too dark.The other disappointing thing was I was told they would try to re-align my tailgate so it would be easier to unlatch and open, however I dont believe they touched it because its still really hard to use. When I finally went to pick my truck up, I found a dent in my drivers door that was not there previously. I didnt bother to show anyone because when I came into the office, I was just handed my keys without much acknowledgment and wasnt even walked out to re-check the truck. I think they were irritated that I had their touch-ups removed.The work Auto Art does is very clean and nice. Plus, they call you with updates, which I liked. I just wish they would do I better job at helping to inform you on the best way to make your car look like new, not just having a clean fix in one spot. It should all blend together neatly. Maybe its because Im a young girl they thought I wouldnt notice or wouldnt care? I dont know what happened on their end, but I spent more money than I should have for what I got which is very frustrating since I am in school full time and can only work part-time.Currently, I have damage on my drivers side from a recent accident that needs to be fixed and will have to be painted. I wish I could take it to Auto Art and have them work on it, but I dont have that much money to spend again on a half-done paint job that is noticeable by the average person. I wish the passenger side had been painted correctly so I could bring my truck back to have them do the drivers side as well.I was very impressed in the beginning with their knowledge, helpfulness, customer service and speed. But at the end I was disappointed with the product I got in relation to the price I paid and with how the customer service turned into as if I wasnt there and hadnt just spent nearly 4k with them.

After some inconsiderate fool sideswiped my new van in the parking lot, I was left with scratches and a dented front fender. With a deductible of $500 and a cost of much more to replace the fender, I sought out a lower cost remedy. Auto Art was able to pop the dent and buff out the scratches and even gave me a bottle of touch-up paint. It doesnt look brand new but certainly better than driving around with a beat-up fender. only 50 bucks!!Thanks Ulises

I had scratches, scrapes and paint chips left by valet parkers at hotel on a borrowed car. I read good reviews about Auto Art Collision on NextDoor and other sites. They were able to get me in in less than a week and completed it in 3 days as promised. They did a beautiful job. The cost was exactly the same as estimate. They are very helpful and friendly here. They drove me back home after I dropped the car off. I highly recommend.
