You guys are absolutely great! Over the past 30 or so years, when I have needed hard-to-find parts for my appliances, you have been the one (and sometimes the only) reliable source. And today, when my heat pump had quit on me and Sears Home Service said theyd have to order a part or parts that wouldnt be available till next week (at a cost to me of about $300), I called your store and had the critical part in my hands and installed, by myself, in less than an hours time. I just want to thank you for being there and doing the super job that you do!

They have taken extra measures to stay safe from covid wich makes them slow but, they put alot of energy towards the costumers wich we all appreciate.

These guys saved the day! Repairs for a Maytag Neptune dryer required a new motor pulley and belt. Salesman Mike L. had the expertise and references to know parts cross reference between manufacturers.And they had the parts I needed in stock, which was more important than saving a couple of bucks waiting several days or weeks to get them from an on-line discount supplier.Their showroom is very impressive. They have a significant number of appliance tools, including specialty LED flashlights, pliers, and wrenches.It seems a little unusual, but they also sell BBQ smokers and all sorts of accessories for the grill.I think this place might be my most favorite go-to place. Check them out for yourself.Great job Appliance Parts Company.PS. Dont trust the Google Maps pin. When I tried it, the directions lead me to the lumber yard at the end of the block. As you turn off Auto Parkway drive or whatever that main street is, just check the numbers on the west side of the street.

Gave them a part number, which I was questioned (interrogated) where I got number, then was told it would take two weeks to get here and he couldnt tell me a price.I tried to give my business to a local small business, but not with that attitude. Here you can probably find most everything associated with appliances. They have tons of parts so likely its here youll find it. NO plumbing. Totally for your appliances. Heating stuff too. I found my thermostats for my wall heat. Incredible. I never would have guessed Id ever find them anywhere. Really great people. Ready to help. Very knowledgeable.

Very knowledgeable staff. The guy helped me with an A/C contactor from a 30 yr old unit. Obviously the new part was not like the old and he helped me understand how to wire it up. They are very experienced there.

Ed has ample experience in every aspect of appliance repair parts. This place is even better now since the remodeling of its store with more tools as well. Ive been coming here for many years. 10/10 would recomend.

They usually have the part... that is to say made by someone else. Its has taken me a while to realize the parts are crap. They dont last. The switches for the refrig and freezer fail after a year or so. The brass parts are so soft they fail during installation. I dont know where else to get decent parts so I am stuck with them. Coast Appliance parts is an alternative but when they quoted $6.82 for a propane orifice and then charged me over $10 when I went to pick it up... and then warned me how soft the brass is? I think this is a lousy industry. Appliance {arts Venter was recently purchased and the new company is named Appliance Parts Company. The employees arent sure what to think but they have new computers and perhaps change will be good. But so far the parts are mediocre.

Crooks. Do yourself a favor and whatever you need - order it online from a place that takes returns even if you have to wait a few days to get your repair done. These guys do not take returns and they DO NOT INFORM YOU OF THEIR POLICY when you place a parts order. I fought with them over a $200 part that they would not take back; I even offered to pay the restocking fee. The store is a messy disaster, even though I like to support local businesses and will pay more to do so; these guys do not run a square business. Go elsewhere; these guys will take your money and leave you frustrated- its the entire company that is run this way.

Ordered 2 small parts and still waiting for them now over 3 weeks ago. I was contacted twice about the delay and said it wasnt their fault but the mfg. had run out still disappointed but will wait for the them. Make that 3 months now and I am still waiting for them! New eta on Jan. 11 so we will see what happens at least the manager is trying to get my dishwasher parts! I received the parts Jan. 30 Samsung was to blame for taking so long to supply the parts so I changed my rating!

I came in to APC for a hot surface glow igniter, as my existing furnace igniter was toast! APC offered a great price, very good service and friendly staff. I highly recommend them. Support local businesses!

I have been buying parts from this company for years. Appliance parts seem expensive but compared to the price of a new appliance or the cost of a service call they are usually very economical.

Open on Saturday and always has the parts, counter guys know their stuff.What more can you ask for?
