I am really unsure of QUALITY of the products. It was canceled by me the next day it was ordered. A representative Claims it was shipped out and now want me to pay a $400.00 restock and shipping fee. It clearly states on there/amazon web site that these items ship out within 4 to 5 days. from Kentucky This company has failed at customer service. We know things has been tight and off kilter do to the pandemic but out right stealing is just not fair business practice for the consumer. Magno Rocabado will be getting served soon enough. We will have our day in court. Buyer Beware............

WOWI! The best customer service I can remember. In a world where customer service usually means being put on hold and talking to a robot, I was surprised when an actual person answered my call... and I was even MORE surprised when it was one of the companys owners. Howard took my call, answered my questions, solved my problem and followed up. This is a company that truly cares about each client and will make everything right. Even better, this sink is truly amazing. The highest quality and craftspersonship. I cannot believe how nice it is. It was shipped safely in a high quality wooden crate and as easy to install as a heavy sink can be! We will be back for all our housing needs. Howard and the Magnus team are a delight to work with and they have given us an heirloom quality addition to our home. Because they were so kind and helpful, every time I look at the sink I have such a good memory... oh, and its the perfect size for washing a 9 lb. chihuahua! Thank you Magnus!

Great customer service when an item arrived damaged but I could not tell it until I opened the packaging. Magnus refunded my money promptly. I will definitely be a return customer!

Good customer service, lousy system, shipping the product never processed and if I didn’t contact them it would never have come. Shipped 2 weeks late, not due to delivery backups but system failure. Go to your local store and not this place. Waited for 6 f…. Weeks for delivery!

I bought a shower rod 84”. The description said it was sturdy but might need brace. Well folks, it really does need one and now I am stuck with a problem. Can’t find a solid rod in nickel to replace this expensive piece of junk.

Fantastic experience with the sales team when needed bathroom fixtures. They were very helpful with my questions. Worked with me to help decide on the correct size sink and toilet needed for a small space. Everything is installed now and so happy that I was able to get what I needed from Magnus Home Products. I will return when Im ready to improve my other 2 bathrooms and kitchen.

Ordered 72 inch cast iron tub, faucet, and drain. Tech support before the purchase with Magnus and my plumber was outstanding ensuring we had correct measurements before slab was poured. After purchase, Mary at customer service ensured everything was perfect. Beautiful tub and wonderful company to do business with. Highly recommend!

Magnus company is terrible, I was on a timeline, I purchased a sink and after 5 days, it was still not delivered. 2 days after ordering it, even though I received an email confimring my order, it was not shipped. I called the company, spoke with Dave and he promised it will get it to me overnight shipping. I waited on day 4, still nothing. I called again, Dave again told me there was a problem in the lot. I asked for a product similar, asked to get it overnight delivered as promised and they refused to do it. The manager, Howard, thwould not give me his last name, never got back to me to discuss the situation despite me spending 5 hours that day waiting for it. Terrible company, unreliable. Will never do business with them again, nor recommend it to anyone else

I ordered a sink from this company for my bathroom remodel. The website stated that shipping would be in 1-2 days. After 7 days of waiting, I still had no shipping information or confirmation. I contacted Magnus, and they stated that it would likely be another week until the sink is even shipped out, with a weeks transit time after that. In this day and age, 3+ weeks delivery time is unacceptable when your website promises shipping out in 1-2 business days.

Horrible experience. I ordered a medicine cabinet for a surface mount. I was given the choice of surface or recessed and chose surface mount. I get it and it is for a recessed mount. I call to exchange it and get the run around that it’s supposed to be for both: You can put your hand through the side opening to get the items out. The receptionist said I was responsible for returning it and shipping expenses. I tried explaining that the medicine cabinet does not work for a surface mount and that I asked to have it professionally installed and was told my the installer that it is not a surface mount but for recessed. He accused my installer of not knowing what he’s taking about. The manager was just a rude and accused me of not liking the product. What manager does that? I do like the design. When I’m told by a professional that it will not work, I think he knows what he’s talking about. The manager sent me a shipping label and deducted $26 from my refund for shipping. The manager also said that it’s going to cost him money to restock the item so he’s at a loss. Yeah right!! Just a way to get out of not losing any shipping costs. Poor experience. I will never buy from this company again or recommend it to a friend or family member. To top it off they ask me to post a review and I wrote what I wrote here and they deleted it. Just to falsely say that they have five stars for customer service. They only keep the good reviews.

The craw foot tub we purchased from Magus Home Products turned out to be more beautiful than we could have ever thought. The color we choose was prefect and Magus did a wonderful job putting the tub together. Mary B. was a pleasure to work with on this project, thanks for all your help.

HORRIBLE Experience if you buy a tub from here make sure YOU DO NOT GET the air Jets the pump is an ENGINE, you need to build an enclosure that allows air for it or place it in another room or closet. When I called for assistance... they pretty much said I could not return the tub since it was installed... and my options were to dig through the floor and have it in another room or enclose it.

I ordered a wall mount sink over the New Years holiday and expected it to take at least two weeks since it was coming by ground. Amazingly it came today in 3 days and its perfect. They even included an additional set of mounting bracket.

BUYER BEWARE. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND ITS PRODUCTS!! OPEN YOUR PRODUCTS IMMEDIATELY UPON RECEIVEING THEM TO INSPECT! I ordered a free standing linen cabinet for my daughter that I paid nearly $900.00 for that was received in absolute unacceptable/defective quality (see pictures) and Magnus did nothing to help! Mary with customer service was very nice and tried hard to help but her hands are tied to management/owners who somewhere along the way lost sight of the customer. To explain: Immediately after unboxing the product I contacted customer service regarding the issue and they said that they were not willing to replace it or refund it since it had been over 5 days since delivery!! They first blamed it on the vendor. They also blamed me for not opening the package sooner. Im sorry but it is not the consumer to blame when a manufacturer delivers a damaged/defective product. I explained to them that unboxing would not have made sense, since the bathroom was not ready for the piece and it would have been risky to not have the cabinet protected.I tried to do the right thing by ordering the product from the online store that I found the product first, it appears that was a mistake. Bed Bath and Beyond sells this product and many other of the same products and Im sure my experience with a return or exchange with them would have been handled much better. In the end the Vendor refunded $50.00 and Magnus refunded nothing. To me this was their opportunity to show that they at least cared and they did nothing.-Kevin

Bought a faucet for a new build and our contractors lost the handle. One call and they shipped a replacement handle for free, great customer service and my faucet is gorgeous!

Terrible quality products, purchased 2 toilets which both leak in the same spot, purchased a vanity with marble top which was scratched and filled with epoxy which I didn’t notice until I got home. Was not able to exchange or get a refund, stay away!
